We found a car online at BMVW for my daughter, and traveled almost an hour to the location. From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences Ive had buying a used car.Mike was fantastic - no pressure, very helpful...I would definitely recommend them, and gladly return!
I bought a scion xb a few weeks ago from BMVW Inc. Service and selection where great. No pressure sales, rather friendly atmosphere, and the process was quick! I test drove a number of vehicles and never felt rushed. All the cars i drove i felt could of been workers, but chose the scion for my own reasons! The car is fantastic! I have already put almost 2,000 on it, no problems, everything is as it should be, excellent!
Just traded in my older model Tahoe and bought another. Excellent one owner car and such great price. These guys really cared about my needs and opinion; gave me a super deal on a great vehicle. Thank you so much. I will send other people to you.
Lets just say, when I want another car, I will be traveling all the way to Georgia from North Carolina! haha! My husband and I live in N.C. but were visiting family in Georgia when our car went KAPUT. We had a limited amount of time to find a new car and BMVW turned out to be the best place! Mike was very friendly and helpful but was not pushy at all! He had a great selection of cars at unbeatable prices and we will definitely be back.
New car dealers take an hour just to tell you how much the car costs. The entire buying process at BMVW took less than an hour. It could not have been easier and the entire staff was professional and easy going. No old fashioned car salesman, hard sell techniques. No silly fees and extra charges.
Ive bought 3 cars from them in the past and they always have the best reliable cars at great prices! They are great people. i would recommend buying a car from there.
I have been buying all my cars from BMVW ever since the first one many years back. First, their new location is out of this world; if you havent seen it, you should go. And their prices are unbelievable; I had to do a little haggling, but the deal I got on this 2010 Lexus LS Long hybrid was amazing; it was low mileage, had every feature you could think of, and I got it for less than a 1/3 of what it was worth when it was new. My friends have offered to buy it from me at $$$; which I would do as soon as they bring another LS hybrid in there. Everyone is helpful there and if you are buying a car, it really is worth the trip. Im coming back in a few months for my daughters first car.
Don webber is the best... Kept me informed the whole time. Made my process easy. I want go to any other service rep
Just bough my second car here. I bought an Acura last year and it has been running great. They pick their cars right. I got a Corolla this time is hoping for a 2 in 2. Highly recommend.
We had such a great experience. He really worked with us to find a car that would work for us. He never ever pressured us or tried to show us a car out of our budget. They had the best prices around. The costumer service was amazing. Science we have had the car for a week we have found some issues such as tires so bald the wire is showing. They also did not have a key with keyless entry capability, they told us you can buy a key at a dealership but we cant because the car is not wired for it. Bmvw does not know much about the cars they have but you want beat the price. They rushed is so much we couldnt really inspect the car.
Im on my seventh auto from BMVW so that says a lot.I must say BMVW must have a niche for good decent cars and the pricing is one of the best on the south side and customer service have always been great so I cant ask for anything better. Thank you bmvw.
My husband and I located a car at BMVW that was the model we were looking for an at a fair price. When we went to visit, we had to wait to be spoken to. While normally this would not be a problem, their waiting room is very cramped, and there is a lot of traffic through the waiting room between the offices and the garage, so I constantly felt like I was in the way. The salesman who was helping us was also helping several other customers, and was not able to devote a lot of attention to what we were looking for. We did get to test drive the car, but we were concerned by some minor maintenance items: one of the brake lights was out and the weather stripping around the front two doors was hanging loose. We were afraid of what else they might have missed if they had neglected to fix these obvious problems, especially since they do not offer any kind of warranty or promise on their vehicles. The vehicle was priced very competitively and seemed like a great deal, but we ended up purchasing elsewhere.
Vehicle as described, super easy transaction, very fair pricing. Recommend
My boyfriend and I searched around for a good deal and found a car we liked at this BMVW dealership. The car looked clean & ran well, but had 150k miles on it and was 10 years old. Their price was listed at $6k, which was above market value - we compared their prices to KBB and other cars for sale in the area with same make, model, and miles.First, we walked around the lot for about 5-10 minutes, and accidentally set off a car alarm. No one came out to greet us or help in any way. We walked inside and had to ask to test drive a vehicle. After test driving the vechicle, their sales man began the sales deal in the vehicle showroom, and asked us about what we would offer him. We asked what hed take cash today, and his response was that the listed price is the cash price. We responded with, Wed like to offer you something less than the listed price in cash today. There are other cars with less miles on them, same year, make, and model for less than your listing. The salesmans response was, Why are you here then? We wont accept anything less than listed price. We walked straight out! We were prepared to pay $4,500-$5,000 cash for that car and the salesman had no interest in working out a deal.Another thing, on their online listing it clearly says Only out of state residence pay listed price. We are both in state GA residence. This car dealership is unprofessional and over priced! We will not return! Buyers beware!
I purchased a 2006 Subaru Tribeca from BMVW in October. Within a week of purchasing the car I noticed a misfire the car was cold. The check engine light also came on. I took the car to AutoZone to see what code they pulled. It was a Cylinder 1 Misfire. I tried some engine cleaner as was suggested and had the code cleared. The check engine light stayed off for a few of weeks and then came back on. We then purchased a new coil pack and spark plug. However, once we removed the engine cover, we saw that someone had already replaced the coil pack. So we replaced the spark plug and cleared the code again. Once more, the check engine light stayed off for a few of weeks and then came back on. After trying a few more at home remedies, I was finally forced to take the vehicle to the Subaru dealership. I was then told that the piston and rings on cylinder 1 are completely shot. They stated that this was not a new issue, but by the condition of the pistons and rings had been going on for more then a year. I was quoted over $6000 to fix this issue with the vehicle. Without doing these needed repairs, the car will be unable to pass an emmission inspection needed for the car to be driven.
BUYER BEWARE!!!I test drove a vehicle at this location. The Tire Pressure light was on, on further investigation I discovered that all FOUR tires were bald and one had a NAIL in it.I asked if there was anything they would do. I was asked to call back later after they spoke with the Manager. I did and after several return calls (the Manager couldnt be reached), I was told that for $362 dollars more they would replace the tires.I asked if they would let their Mother leave the lot in such an UNSAFE vehicle?BUYER BEWARE
I am very dissatisfied with this dealership. I thought I had purchased a car and later found out they sold it from under me and swore I did not call them when I did. I transferred the money called and confirmed and then the next day they sold it to someone else. I never got a call telling me that they sold it to someone else. I guess it was just not meant to be, but I would beware of this dealership.
Great service
