I went into this dealership looking for a Nissan or a Toyota and I didnt find one for the price I was looking for. So my searched continued other places. My sales rep (Val) stayed in contact and followed up very frequently. After almost 30 days I decided to go back on their website and thats when I found my next car! I was so please with Val and the rest of the team who helped me and made the process quick and easy! Great deal-awesome car!

My friend got a car from these people 4 days ago.The very next day she was in the car the check engine light came on and the car was overheating.She tried to return the car for them to fix it or get her 1400$ back.They only tried to offer her a little compact version of her car and she have 3 kids.Then they told her to take it to auto zone to get a print out of what’s wrong and to let them know.Now they told her to drop the car off to a auto shop that they use.She did and they are making her pay out of pocket 500$ Do not buy a car from these people!! This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST vehicle I have EVER purchased!!!! I purchased the truck and LITERALLY 5 days after I was driving the truck, the check engine light came on and my truck is in HORRIBLE shape under the hood. I went and spoke with the manager and he basically said oh well. Also DONT purchase from here because the Finance company they use of TERRIBLY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

They will help you drive out of the dealer the same they you go if that is what you want. They helped me get the Truck I wanted the seller went above a beyond.

I loved my car, paperwork process was easy and I drove off the lot the next day. I really wouldn’t recommend this type of loan if your just working a regular job, if any hardship was to happen to you, US Auto do not give any assistance or advance. They will continually send harassing phone calls all day everyday until you pay and if you speak with customer service they act like they don’t note anything in the system so your continually explaining your situation per harassment call. US Auto also will deactivate your car at anytime and if you pay your balance, it takes 30 minutes to a hours to get that removed.

I started the car buying process online. My sales person, Mr. Larry Wallace then texted to confirm my appointment. I texted back to ask if the car I saw online was available. He went outside, found it and sent me several pictures of it. He had it waiting at the front door when I arrived. He made the entire process easy and explained everything in great detail. Dont buy here or at any location! The company is ripping people off. Selling cars without doing emission checks! Thats why as soon as you drive off the lot, you are stuck with the car! They will sell you anything! Georgia does not have a lemon law for used cars.BUYERS BEWARE!! DONT BUY HERE!!!Even if they say theyll fix it, theyll do a crappy, cheap fix or they wont fix it all!Example: put on cheap brakes, so they still squeak but theyll tell you theres nothing they can do about it! OR theyll replace your faulty gas cap with another faulty cap. So youll keep having issues! See pic below.... Fyi, A gas cap error will keep your car from passing emissions.Every week theres some new issue with the car. Im sick to my stomach that I bought from here!.... Please STAY AWAY from this company!!

It took a week an a half for them to put me in a vehicle, first vehicle I received was roach infested, which they had no clue about since they never inspected the vehicle. Floating managers and Regional Manager were of no help at all about the condition and quality of vehicles on the lot and showed zero empathy about the issue at hand. Staff there were so incompetent about customer service, accountability, and professionalism. During my experience there I also encounter 2 other customers who were also experiencing similar issues. Horrible experience at this location. We have to do better folks!!!

I get all my cars from here. Even since my credit has been improved...they work with you, and will help you find what u need. Only reason I didn’t give 5stars is because I need body work done, an they cover me. I pay a 500$ deduction, fine. I still pay a car not as well 285, fine. But boom no rental car, unless u pay for it. An that’s if u take their insurance which is still pretty amazing, being that you can total your car, and literally have a new one from them in a week. Everyone is super sweet, I had Big Sal for all 3 of my cars!

Cars are EXTREMELY overpriced with EXTREMELY high mileage. The staff was nice but nice staff won’t help pay to get your car fixed once it breaks down on you. They’re scamming people. Charging 3 times what the car is really worth. Wouldn’t recommend

We came here to have our vehicle serviced. Shortly after we arrived another customer came in complaining about having to bring the car back. So I began to wonder if we should stay. But everyone experience is not the same and that was proven. The service manager came into the waiting room, introduced himself and advised us all that they are working as fast as they could but it would take some time. He apologized, thanked us all for our patience and left. Close to lunch, he came back and checked on everyone and apologized for the wait and ordered lunch for us all. Out of all of the service centers Ive waited in, the service manager at this location took the time to explain to us the wait, checked on us and bought lunch. First time ever experiencing this from a service center. For me it was about the managers sincerity to make sure we (5 customer cars and 7 people) were aware of who he was, the wait and expectancy of service. He also took the time see each and every vehicle owner to explain the the vehicle issues. Even though I had to bring ours back to have the second part done, it wasnt a drag to come back. This was a great first time experience for me, Thank you!!

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. My husband purchased a car here before we got married. Had I known, I would have never allowed this mistake to happen. The car is severely upside down as far as worth and payments. We also both lost our jobs due to the corona pandemic. Because my husband’s separation notice did not say “covid19” it was deemed invalid for the payment deferment. We’ve been harassed everyday by extremely rude customer service agents. When we explain our situation, they say oh there’s unemployment and stimulus checks. We haven’t received any of those things yet!!! Instead of waiting, they just decided they were going to repo the car. That’s fine with me!! I cannot do business with crooks who only care about money. We are both struggling to keep a roof over our head and the only thing they car about is us making a payment!!! Take the car!!! I’ll take the repercussions if that means I never have to deal with these ppl again!!!

There’s selling lemon cars, my nephew bought a car from them not even two weeks ago it keeps shutting down shut off they’re telling him that it’s going against his credit they won’t take the car back and he’s already given them 1200 down and they want him to pay another 420 every two weeks and that doesn’t make any sense and the manager even hung up on my nephew so you guys are scamming people and the news is just gonna love it. Y’all better make it right ASAP or sueing y’all will be my joy.

My experience was horrible I purchased a car from them in February 2015Chevy Cruze the same day the car was running hot With stop engine and check engine light coming on. I returned it the same day the manager had a car salesman put Coolant in it and wanted me to call the next day to have the car checked out. They told me I had to pay diagnostic fee for the car that I had just purchased I didn’t think that was fair so I left the car with them for two days and the manager was supposed to see if he could get the fee waived mean while I tried speaking to someone in Corporate office and warranty No one seemed to be able to help me I couldn’t get a refund for the car I missed two days of work. I went back to get the car because my agent said there was nothing they could do about the diagnostic fee. And my car literally set outside my house unable to properly drive it. Then someone called me about my first payment that I was not going to pay because I couldn’t use the car and when he reviewed the notes he said the manager said the fees would be covered to have the car checked out . There was a lot of back and forth conversations and the end result was I didn’t get refunded and they came and got the car The fee wasn’t waived and I haven’t heard anything from anyone and I still have the keys I tried to call warranty but set on hold so long I hung up. This was in February it’s the end of March no refund no knowledge of where the car is or who I need to give the keys to.Over all do not use the Unioncity location it was a horrible experience for me a single mother of three.And I only put one star because I can’t post without placing a star rating but really I wanted to give NO STARS.

I got a 2015 Ford Focus Dec 1st 2018 as an early Christmas Gift to myself which I thought I would love but unfortunately the car drive bad I started having problems after having the car for 1month and I thought the warranty would cover but instead I had to pay $125 diagnostic fee and the man at Pepboy told me it was driving like transmission problems but couldnt do nothing without the check engine light being on and as of now 4months later Im still having the same problem except the check engine light is on now and I still have to pay at least $100 before anything can be done and maintain my payments sad to say I havent enjoyed my car since I bought and the manager said their is nothing he can do horrible experience

Claims department is rude and we only have one car through us auto sales but when we pay our bill the car we had that was totaled is still being charged to our account. We had gap insurance some bull us auto sales made up lmfaooo and it doesn’t help . This place reminds me of Matilda’s dad !
