Mikhail was extremely helpful with me and my Mom’s visit today! He was super efficient and had our best interests in mind. He was also very friendly and answered all of our questions! Went to the Hayward AT&T store. The employees there were not wearing face coverings. So I visited the Union City store and everyone was wearing face coverings-- employees and customers. There were shields at the tables and lots of hand sanitizer. They didnt have the phone I wanted at the store, but Carl helped me sign up for a new plan that better suited my needs, he found a discount that I was eligible for and ordered the exact phone that I wanted. My new plan is less expensive than what my other carrier had morphed my old plan into over the years. Carl was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I was a former AT&T customer and I didnt like the Union City store because it always used to be crowded with posers and attention seekers.

Long wait but worth bec. They were very nice and explained well and answered my questions patiently. Sales rep Isabel is very helpful & engage explaining about new plans & savings discount. Explained the advantages of changing to a new plan. She has an excellent customer and skills & made me feel comfortable talking to her! And same with her Manager Alexander**Great job !!

Horrible service! I was Helped out by Kevin I needed to port 2 lines from cricket. He never activated the numbers Instead he gave me two new numbers and sent me to another store to activate my original numbers. I ended up being billed for 4 lines. I having to go back an forth to fix my account. Completely unprofessional. He really seemed like didnt know what he was doing.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE location / service / lying management! It seems like the sales reps are only there to give false information to sell products with no refunds, and the management has no empathy to help resolve issues. One of the reps - Fernanda - seemed like she was just trying to sell a service and not provide accurate service information; really bad experience with that rep. Would not recommend this location based off our experience dealing with the nonsense here. Such a headache — go elsewhere or would advise to choose another service provider.

I ordered an upgrade phone online and picked it up at the Dyer Street store in Union City, CA. Michelle greeted me as soon as I opened the door, was really friendly and courteous, went to the storeroom to get my phone, brought it to me, explained the next steps - all in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service!

Customer service bad. 1 and a half of waiting to be attended by a staff just to return the old phone for trade. One person who was receiving customers by the door(I know his name but I prefer not to mention it however, the first letter of his name is T according to one of the staffs there working), was rude answering me when I asked him about the time I will be attended since I had been waiting for almost 2 hours in the store. He said that if youre not happy in our store, you can see other store and make your transaction there(after waiting for a long time, then Id get that remark? What a nerve!). Finally I was attended and it took me about only 15 minutes to complete the transaction. Very bad experience. I never went back after the incident. So sad that they treated their loyal customers like that!!!

Worked with Nicky and it was the easiest experience I ever had in my history of being a customer at any phone service. His knowledge and expertise about products were bar none and educated me on the best iPhone + accessories for my wants/needs. Highly recommend working with him if you ever get the chance!

After meeting with Elijah, I really enjoyed communicating about the various phone plans he provided me. Certain options worked well with my lifestyle. Nonetheless Elijah was very easy going and one of the most polite employees I’ve ever come across. I definitely recommend anyone and everyone who is interested in changing their phone plans to AT&T. Today I was helped by Nicholas and it was honestly a great experience. I had 3 different issues to take care of with my account and Nicholas was able to handle all of it with ease and made my experience in the store great! This is the worst most horrible customer service ever.Super unprofessional. I’ve had problems with the same extract model phone 3 times already . Same exact issue. Phone goes completely blank on me, won’t turn on at all .Have in mind This is a business account that I’m using to run A BUSINESS .I’ve already paid $250 TWICE for a new replacement thru the insurance . I went to the store and spoke in person to their representatives & manager & all they had me doing was speaking ON the phone INSIDE the store to other techs on the phone .They couldn’t do anything at all to help me . It’s been over one week and I still don’t have my phone . I keep calling Samsung nobody can do anything at this point I don’t know what to do .

I walked into the Union City location and was immediately greeted. After getting helped from Nicholas, I was greeted by Travis and he informed me about the survey Ill be receiving after the service. They both did an excellent job and Im glad they were able to resolve my issue!

Shavon H. is very friendly and knowledgeable. I came into the AT&T store about 5:00 p.m. on August 24th and Shavon helped resolve all the issues I was having with my phone (S21 5G) until they were resolved, which took about 2.5 hours. The issue that could not be resolved in the store was an AT&T issue (Virtual Voicemail). However, Shavon called AT&T Customer Care and ensured that that person was able to resolve it, which it was. Shavone showed me how to perform certain functions on my phone and she told me about the asurionhome+ Program, which sounds like a great deal and I will probably end up getting it although I do have Technical Support Insurance on my electronics already. Shavon offered to put a new screen protector on my phone to ensure it is installed properly.Shavon is Awesome, Thank you Shavon for all your assistance. Visited the ATT store this morning in union city, the store seemed a little short staffed but I was still able to be helped right away. I was assisted by Nancy and the Manager Joe. They were able to fix my billing issue and even help lower the bill. Make sure to ask for them on your next visit!

Recently came into the Union City AT&T store for my parents to upgrade their phones. From the start of when I arrived at the store to the transaction with Mikhail (store rep) was very professional. Mikhail was very patient answering all of my questions and going over possible phone plans which I really appreciated. Great service! The store is also observing covid precautions which made it feel safe.

Rina and manager were great. Tried to help me out with patience and kindness. Spoke with 4 different specialists over the phone and no one knew what the issue was. But they tried their best and did it with grace. Thanks team!

Too long wait time for walk ins. Recommend going with a reservation spot online.Too bad for new customers, I had to spend a long time before finding out how to do a online spot. I took my chance with a walk in and had to wait another 50 minutes. They need to have more people during the evening time.

Very bad experience!I got 2nd appointment notice from AT&T at 8:02 am for my 10:00am appointment.So, I arrive AT&T office before 10:00am.But, I got a cancel appointment message from AT&T at 9:58am.And, Union city AT&T customer service staff just told me that is AT&T system issue.And, I have to wait.If AT&T system has issue then AT&T need to fix. It is not customer issue.

Upon entry, the ATT location in Union Landing (Union City) was clean, they practiced social distancing, and had minimal customers in store.Within 5 minutes I was greeted and called into the store to be helped. Mind you, this was 10:30 Monday morning, so it was calm.Kevin helped me and provided excellent service. He was kind, witty, and gave me multiple options. Kevin explained his process while conducting different tests on my phone. And it might sound kind of silly, but he offered to let me open my new phone case. He mentioned how many he does at work, so he wanted to give me the opportunity. Normally I would jump at this offer, however, I figured it would be safest if he did it due to COVID; Less touching.This was the best experience I had with ATT in years.

I went to the store and had terrible unprofessionalism from Shak Shakib. I had customer representative on my phone who wanted to talk with him. I waited for him. While I was waiting for him, he ignored me whole time. The customer care representative on the phone kept asking me to hand over the phone. By that time he was with another customer. The customer rep on the phone said he just wanted 30 seconds. So, I asked Shak if he could give me 30 seconds. Instead of excusing 30 seconds, he spent more than a minute saying he could not speak. Then the client went off on me and threatened me saying anything could happen. The whole ignorance and discrimination is terribly unprofessional and intolerable. He did not even ask me that he would help me after he will finish helping the client he was talking with. The whole situation was caused by his uncooperative behavior and subtle discrimination.

Scheduled a contactless delivery for 2 phones and only 1 had arrived and they said the other one will arrive later today. How does that even happen? Like I have time to be here the whole day...since technically you need to be present for the setup....youre better off picking up in person.Update: so we had gotten the phone a day later after they said they couldnt come anymore the previous day and well hey they would not take the old phone like they normally do when you do in person? and when we went in person, they still wouldnt take it? Said it was not working. Like it was working when they initially did the contactless delivery. They even saw it and everything. And now it looks like they are just trying to screw us over. Most likely messed up the phone when they did the initial delivery....

After weeks of trying to get my plans and billing issues resolved for my accounts by calling customer service, I decided to go to the store. It proved to be a great decision because Stephanie C took care of my needs excellently. She had explained my bill to me clearly and concisely and there was no confusion at all. Great Customer Service All accounts - consumer - business and direct tv were handled well by her . All inquiries and needs are met in a timely manner .

This is the best AT&T store in town! They get things done and very accommodating. Reps are friendly. Manager on site is hands on. Keep up with the good work and great customer service even during this pandemic.

Last month I went to a different store and got screwed over while upgrading my phone to the new iPhone 12. I was in the shopping center and decided to just see if they could help me here. Had to wait but they called me when it was my turn and waited a little bit for me as well. The sales rep was great. She went above and beyond trying to fix the mistake however was unsuccessful by herself. She got her manager Shak involved and he was able to get my issue resolved. Shak was extremely professional and apologetic. His service today redeemed at&t for what happened in the past.

Worked with Mikhail to upgrade our devices. He had really great customer service skills. He was very patient while we decided on the devices and accessories. Answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in our purchases.

Came in to upgrade my phone and had to wait a long time to be seen. I get it’s a pandemic so wait times are long. Once I got in I could easily see why this store has such long wait times. Compared to other stores they actually want to help you here. They will go above and beyond for the customers. The manager Shak was very involved and worked with the sales rep to get me a great deal. He not only saved me money on my cell phone plan but also got me one hell of a deal to switch from xfinity. Thank you Shak. You’re service makes the wait much worth it!
