I wish I could give this location a zero. The workers are extremely rude, they laugh and talk among themselves and totally ignore the customers. Their products are also fake. It is an absolute shame that they will rip people off with their fake products while being rude with it. I work hard for my money and so I deserve some respect while I am spending it. I do not recommend that anyone does business at this location.

Rude customers and they all have this sour face. Only one lady was nice and was willing to help. The rest not so much... their tone and way of talking sounded like they were tired of the customers. Ima have to order online from now on.

Jenn is a good salesperson, the store is nice and clean. I recommend paying with a card only because they struggled to get change for cash payments.

I came in Recently to buy all black air maxes. They were the last pair and had a slight defect on the front of 1 shoe. I spoke with the manager to see if there can be some compensation for this and he was not helpful whatsoever and cut me off instantly mid conversation which was a bit rude. But then a young lady Ms.Gonzalez saw the defect and sided with me gave me a slight discount and even helped with touching up the shoe with the defect. She was extremely helpful and really turned a bad experience around especially on my birthday!

I got ripped off. They charged my credit card twice. They told me one transaction will be reversed. Its been 25 days and nothing. Never will buy in this store again. $90.

Just walked in to the store with my dad and younger brother. We were looking for some sneakers for my brother, and this rude guy had no intentions of helping us find the shoes we were looking for and when my dad asked him for shoes he said as if he was in a bad mood. No, hablar español I do not recommend this place and I will never go there again.

This footlocker is really useless. Never gets the big/hype releases. Unless you want the boring white air force 1s and converses that you can find anywhere then find a better location. The female manager here is also garbage; extremely rude. She doesnt know anything sneaker related and her breath reeks. Quite frankly hope she gets fired, she is that horrible.

Trying to return an order that was duplicated and women was very rude and gave me attitude. Questing me like I was lying and constantly rolling her eyes at me. At least I got my money back. Won’t be coming here again

Good staff and its looks clean and well organized

It says online open until 8pm, the staff close the doors early at 7:30pm. Looks like the staff are gaming the system. “Time Thieves” stealing 30mins each day, while getting PAID for it!Ima make a complaint with the headquarters when I get home. They do it all the time. I’m not gonna let them get away with it today, without making a formal complaint.

Obviously great spot for sneakers and sports wear, unfortunately the female manager there (not sure of her name) is extremely rude and nasty. No attention to customers, straight attitude face and rude manner to speak to us and I heard her speak to others. She mentioned really loudly dont do any more returns! We have no cash! Everyone was uncomfortable and a few people left the store too. I came to buy a fresh pair and instead left to another footlocker to purchase it. She needs to either go or get a reality check. She has a job and a good position, grow up. Energy in the store is bad too, idk what it is but I wont be coming back to this location.

I love going here to look at new shoes that come out but every time I pick a shoe out to try on they do not have my size

Another place I havent brought kicks from. Prices are to steep,but they always have new sneakers on a no weekly basis.

Everytime I tried to buy shoes there, I felt uncomfotable. I wear kids size but the employees seem not to believe me. Also I am from Europe and I asked for European size and the guy just did not want to look for it. They always send me to the other Footlocker for adult size...
