This Walmart told me I have to book appointment for a tire changed and they started it today I called corporate they said they can’t make these decisions because they short staff. But they have 3 worker and no car inside everyone getting turned around!! The store manager is the worst

Walmart has changed things around, but it is still as reliable as ever. I always find everything I need in abundance 🤗 Thank you Walmart for caring about our every day needs 🤗 Walmart for life 🤗

They have reorganized the store and no more long lines. They have several self checkout counters that are easy to yes and if theres a issue, someone is always available. Great improvements

No disability scooters in front. Some stock in front of items. Service always good. Not enough for 3.

Managers need to take more time ordering stock BEFORE it runs out. Otherwise, cool.

This place is pretty average for a Walmart. Theres not much in the way of negative aspects here, though on busy days you *will* be waiting a few minutes in the checkout line.Also, the employees here are helpful and usually know where items are located, making navigation much easier if you dont know where to look for some item.That being said, this is a Walmart. You wont find top-tier goods here. If youre looking for high-quality electronics or tools, youd have better luck elsewhere.

Pretty decent store. Looks like it was refreshed not too long ago. The produce section is nicely stocked and looked fresh. Overall store is straight for the most part. There were a few pockets that needed attention but overall was clean and low key

Moved to the area a little over a month ago. It seemed better than usual (at first) but it got worse FAST, one day I went in there and the fruit was not in a refrigerated area or maybe it was broken but all of the strawberries were rotten and warm. It was disturbing.Theyre usually out of stock of normal items but now theyve remodeled the place and made faster self checkout areas. Customer service improved so I changed my rating.

They are just plain sorri here. No one wants to work. There are never any registers open everything is self checkout. You see a lot of Walmart workers but you dont see them working. They be on there phones outside smoking cigarettes standing in groups having long conversations or simply just horse playing. Do better Walmart I guess they dont care since theyre going out of business.

This is one of the slowest stores in Ga they only have two lines open for check out and the rest is self check out, and those two associates are slow as syrup this store os no comparison to the wal mart in Peachtree city. 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬

They have renovated this location and it looks so nice, organized and clean! Theyre signs in every aisle now and everything is in order. Love what they have done!

They have made a complete makeover. It looks really nice. They have just a couple of cashiers to check you out but plenty of self checkout which seems to work unless you have 100 items trying to self check out. No line no wait.

I think that store needs a big shake up in management and personales. It need more training on how to greet customers and make them feel welcome. I went to a Walmart in Monroe Ga and that was the only time that I was not treated like a suspect on the way out the store when finished shopping.

The 2 guys that was assigned to keeping the floors clean was really friendly spoke to us as we walked by them several times, 1 guy even held a conversation with us .The only problem I have with this store its always hard for them to keep the laundry liquid in stock that we use other then that I enjoy shopping at this location.

I wish I could tell the world not to ever bring your your car here. I asked to have my car alignment tires balance and rotating which they did but I had to turn around after I pulled off because my car was shaking I was advised that the alignment was not straight with the steering wheel so they supposed to be fixed that I got on the highway and it was still shaking so I said something else was going so 2 weeks later I took it to another shop that said that I need it two new tires I shouldnt have gotten and alignment with those tires I should have been advised that I needed new tires but I wasnt advised that so I may not have needed I take it to the other shop it cost me 35 dollars just for them to tell me I needed two new tires I come back too Mavis I have to pay $169 for new tires which they should have and I might not help me get an alignment. I was told that the person that did the balance overlooked that I needed tires how can you overlook that

I like shopping at this Walmart. Parking is simple. The store is mostly organized in spite of back-to-school shoppers. I interacted with two employees, one on the sales floor; other at checkout. The staff was friendly and courteous.

This store was great but was out of stock on alotnof items such as water and toiletre

Theres only a few people thats curious, the lady n customer service older lady, shes always nice others are not at all.

Not crowded at all. I was able to get in, get what I needed and walk straight up to an open selfcheck cash register and check out.

Its walmart. Says enough. I nolonger expect great deals or good customer service. I avoid as much possible. Get in and get out is my moto. Amazon is the goto retailer if possible...

Dont do curbside pickup because when you call to talk to them, the line hangs up on you. Ive tried the service twice and both times I had to go in and get my order.

Too crowded sometimes. I cant buy the supplies here, unfortunately, because there are so many cashier centers that are closed which is causing a scene and the lack of employees working. That usually happens in the late or evening afternoons which is why I stopped coming here at the noons and thats a bad time to go to Walmart too. I had to stay in one of the lines or I just wanted to give up for today. One of the two possibilities for myself. Although, I LOVED the customer service here and I never experience a mean worker there. I met a girl at Walmart and she was an employee there and SHE was super friendly to me and every worker here. Second time coming here I dont come here very often cause Im an ALD fan but would love to come here often.

This is the ABSOLUTELY WORSE Wal Mart EVER! They never have anything in stock or workers are stocking during the day so it’s a mess…customer service is a 0 on a scale of 1-10…nobody never answers the telephone…workers are not knowledgeable and never know where anything is at…and let’s NOT talk about the ONE long line! I know companies are short on workers but this was an issue BEFORE the pandemic! I do appreciate the new self serve lines that seem to go faster …the only reason they received ONE STAR from me! I would rather drive all the way to Fayetville or Douglass to go to a Wal Mart! #IHateItHere

This store is none professional I came in to get a tire fixed and they turned me around saying we just started today doing appointments because I only have two worker. there is no sign in the worker was sitting on the counter. Walmart doesn’t do appointments and their is not car inside getting work. The store manager is turning all business around saying you gotta make a appointment

This Walmart Is By Far the Worst Walmart on the Planet as far as Never Having Carts AVAILABLE and Accessible that Actually Are of a Use and without Being Broken. I have to go through at least four to five shopping carts before I can get a Ok one. I can say that the ladies that work in this one are sweet hearts with Great Customer Service

There is a Walmart that is less than a mile from our home, however, the customer service could definitely use improvement as the lines are always super long regardless of what time of the day you go (Union City Lication).Therefore, the five (5) stars are from the Newnan Super Walmart that my family and I go shopping there every two weeks.It can get extremely crowded, however, most of the time, all of the lines are open and checkout runs smooth.The other great thing is no matter how late we go to the Newnan location, the shelves are pretty much stocked. There was only one time, last year, we went on a Sunday and I guess due to the Pandemic, the trucks had not made it in. We still were able to get the majority of the products we normally purchase.I only wished the Union City Walmart functioned as this one and the Peachtree City location does.

This store seems to be under construction inside, it has been this way for weeks. The lines are always long. I mean going past the jewelry case or into the clothing. Self checkout is the worst, the line is sometimes all the way to the meat department. I would suggest to simply go to a different Wal Mart if you have a choice.

I went to the Walmart in Sharpsburg,outside Noonan,Ga..had a bad experience until the manager named Xavier appeared,his customer service was superb..he did a helluva job assisting me…customer service goes a long way..thank you Mr Xavier(Coach)…

Just a customer briefly visiting 2 grab a few things, which turned N2 grabbing A LOT OF THINGS😂😂 the pricing at this store is always off point👌 advice, please take pics of the prices of your items! In case a pricing issue unfolds at the register😎😉 the store was full of customers surprisingly for the early Sunday morning crowd😉 but nonetheless the line moved at a nice pace... not a long wait. Out the door! Thats how I like my visit!

My low rating is because the pharmacy emoyees refused to fill my most needed prescription at 6:42 pm. The closing time on that day was 7 pm. There were 2 people ahead of me with 2 employees checking them out. I have to scream racial discrimination here because I was the only white person around. Why does this store post a 7pm closing time. I dont own a vehicle and had to wait for a ride this day, June 1, 2021. This store in union city just doesnt care.

Horrible experience. they only had self check out and the line had about 40 people in it. Customer service was terrible, they actually tried to check my receipt upon exit..No you dont do it Alpharetta. Im not allowing it here. To think I had to wait almost 45 minutes before I could check out, and now theres a line to check your receipt. FOH

No carts available, 2 spills down different aisles, last week 5 employees outside gathering in cart area, laughing, talking and smoking instead of gathering carts from lot.

Walmart is a great place that has almost everything that im looking for and affordable prices.

Don’t go to the subway in there. The glass that they place over the food isnt clean. The cheese be having lots of crumbs and other things in it and the youngins in there will rinse off the sauce bottles and drip dirty water all over your sandwich then touch your sandwich with no gloves.

Although the service sucks I go back.... They need to hire and or open more check out lines to accommodate the large masses of people that shop there. If I could I would not shop there... My weekly visits there are now biweekly. I only go if Im desperate... OH! & GET FRESH FRUITS WITHOUT THE BUGS..

This seems to be the only Walmart I can get in and out of in a reasonable amount of time. For some reason most of the Walmarts in Atlanta and the metro Atlanta have degraded customer service but Im not saying the customer service here is great Im just saying the expedition is at least my nominal

They need more mobile carts for disable ppl, and the elderly. They need to open up more cahier lines so ppl dont have the lines waiting all the way down the shopping aisles, and theyshouldnt have to wait so long online to check out!

Im frustrated with this Walmart...and its not Walmart its this Walmart. The shelves are not properly stocked on the regular and on more than one occassion...I will say several, at this point, the wrong item is in the place of something that I am looking for.I feel like I can never get what I need from this store. I was so frustrated, I drove to another store to shop instead of getting items that I didnt plan on purchasing. This is my local Walmart and I love the distance that it is from my house. Im not sure that I will return.

I recently moved here from San Francisco where there are no Walmart stores...I found everything that I needed (and then some)! The staff was great and it was an overall wonderful experience!

As is usual the last many months, I suggest you take a cart from one of the parking lot racks to save a trip back out for one. Also be prepared for very long checkout lines and time.It appears they want to convince us to use order and pickup service.

Usually enjoy going to Walmart except when we was leaving one of the Walmarts and stopped going to that one. The one in Marrow stopped us twice as we was leaving after ringing up our items and paid. Never going back to that one.

No matter when you go to this Walmart. There is always an issue. Either long wait, customers fighting or arguing and employees have the biggest attitudes. Nothing ever stocked up. Only go to this walmart if is a last minute option

Its Wal-Mart...what can one say? I must admit, one employee was EXTREMELY helpful and patient in my search for Patti Labelles macaroni and cheese. He took time to look the item up online after leading me to the freezer aisle only to find that it was sold out at this location. The gentleman even advised me of the restocking times. Sadly, not everyone was as eager to assist-espcially nor with such diligence and a great attitude.

I’m not sure what stocked store the gentlemen below visited but it wasn’t the one in union city. The aisles are always always always, a mess. I understand that the customers come in and mess up sometimes but not to this extent and as far as in stock I don’t think so, and if it is, it’s in the wrong location. No matter the time of day the lines are excessive even with multiple lines open and self checkout. The only thing that has irritated me since I’ve moved to this area is the lady who stands in the garden center all day and talks. Never seen her check a customer out she will watch you of you look at the plants but she doesn’t work. The line can have 6 customers waiting and she and register 71 will remain closed. I’m not sure how she’s an employee here, but this type of behavior doesn’t seem uncommon.

This was my first walmart experience that was actually pleasant since covid

Signage is needed when closing for lunch in the automotive department. They were out of stock for what I needed. However the attendant was very helpful and attentive. She showed patience and continued throughout our visit being very thorough with suggestions and directions. This time I didnt get her name(sorry) but the stars are really for the customer service she alone provided. Thankyou

Nice, clean. There werent a lot of registers open but its still early. Theres a grocery store on the far right, a nail shop and a subway.

Personel were slow as hell like they didnt care whether you got helped or checked out at register, Ive seen slow help before but these employees take the cake

There’s no Pick Up spots and the area they claim is the Pic Up area doesn’t have a number to call. I tried calling from Google provided number and it just hangs up. I tried asking an associate who was outside and he didn’t know where to go or the number either. I selected Pick Up for a reason but still had to go inside. This place is trash every time I come here. It’s unfortunate I have to drive 20 minutes to just to get the service they claim they offer.

I dont know whats going on with their phone system, but everytime I press a number option to be directed to a department, the phone automatically hangs up. I ordered something online, and this was the location for pickup. Fine, however, I needed to let an associate know that I was outside because there wasnt the option to on the app for this location. I stopped coming to this location years ago for similar service reasons. Didnt think there would be any issues for a pickup order, but I was wrong.
