Dont go to this place early morning if you need to go inside. They make up their own hours of operation. I come between 345a.m. to 415a.m. Doors are usually locked. Is it 24hrs or not?

Every drink machine out of order, filthy store - who ever inspects this store should be let go - down right nasty

DOORS ARE ALWAYS LOCKED AROUND4 a.m. EVERY MORNING..CANT GET AN ORANGE JUICE that I stopped for...SMDH

Lies about being 24hrs workers locked the door and stood around holding a conversation.

Unfortunately for the past two mornings at 4 am I came to get coffee and breakfast and a sign and props preventing people from getting to the door were present. I am now having to come to QuickTrip. Really Not Happy! Yesterday(Wednesday)The guy saw me and I was asking can I come get coffee, and he keep saying we are closed.😡I am a morning regular and I am disappointed

Trying real hard to figure out why they closing the store around 6pm at its highest peak time. Can’t even get to the door to ask because of security. RaceTrac we need help cause I’m not the only face that looks disappointed

Theres no point in having 20 fuel pumps if only half of them work. Its annoying AF to be moving around 5 different times hoping that the next pump works. Racetrac in Union City needs to either get new management or pay their maintenance people to fix all their shity pumps.

Quiktrip is waaay bettter. They are more direct with customers. This RaceTrac closes when they want to. Just pulled up at 10:10 and they were closed. 2 days ago I was there at 10:40. Just ridiculous. I went to Quiktrip tho like everyone else. I’ll just ride by for now on.

Was given half the product I paid for, store employees claimed their drawer was not over...of course not it’s in the 2nd shifts leaders pocket!Asked for 4 pack 5% menthol juul, typically about 20 dollars. I gave a 100 dollar bill, expecting about 80 dollars and 1 -4 pack. Down the road I noticed I only got a 2 pack, and still only 80 back. 2 packs are only 10...where’s the other 10? Me and my 23 associates and 5 trucks will simply keep moving to quiktrip, not interesting in dealing with this place.

This has to be the best gas station in union city period..... They are always friendly great customer service, I have had in a long time.... store always clean. Coffee always fresh throught out the day... food always on point. Never a dull moment.... When I walk in a store/ restaurant I always look up than down and around, do a complete travel path... Its always clean.... even if its raining you never see water on the floor... coffee and soda station always clean... and not to mention the restroom. Well the ladies ( only been in that one) always clean... my husband ask why I go there for everything, well because of the above statement.... I want to thank you guys for an outstanding job you do there... keep it up!!!! Im watching 😀

If you make yourself a hot dog, dont ask for a bag cause shell throw it in the bag like she doesnt care. Then (unless your just as rude as her and give it back so you can make 2 more) you end up eating 2 links with ketchup, mustard & relish running all down the side of your bun. Havent experienced this with the younger ladies there though, theyre kind & sweet, like customer service should be.

This place is an absolute joke, at least once a week they have the doors locked and wont let you in because no one comes to work, when they are open the employees are very unfriendly, they lose a lot of business from people wanting a breakfast sandwich early in the morning and they dont have anything ready so people walk in and walk right back out, it has been a month since I have been able to get anything to eat in the morning, I really like the chicken biscuits but I am never able to get one, I am not sure why I keep stopping here every morning just to have to get back in my vehicle and go somewhere else. Horrible business.Update: This place still sucks, the doors were locked once again not letting anyone in. It has now been a month and a half since I have been able to get anything to eat in the morning.

Warm coffe and great selection.The food area is kind of small but ordering is easy-to-use.Swirl is not working sometimesWine and beers always on the go.Pumps are kind of old and dirty. They should upgrade that part.They have 4 -5 seats on the side that makes easy to take a quick bite relaxing.Bathrooms have to be cleaned more frequently.

They offer incentives. I love it!!! Low prices. Never crowded. They just need to do a bit more cleaning and were good.

Well when I stopped by it was trifling, nasty, just plain old disorganized. The area where the fountain drinks are was just sticky & the tops was splattered on the counters. Just sad! I was just in the area at the time & with me being a loyal RaceTrac member I love using my coupons/freebies. I just used their restroom & didn’t even want a drink. But overall I still got one & the root beer was bland. Definitely will not be coming back here!

Doesnt Invest in Equipment & Understaffed. Doesnt Invest in this AreaGas pump screen has delayed functionality. Let miss reading my card code because of delay. Words barely visible on gas pump screen.Went inside to pay, no one at register. Waited a minute and when they did come took my card for prepay and went on slowly to service a customer who came after meand I waited another minute for my receipt. They came back and asked if I wanted a receipt.

2008 INFINITI G35 white colored was stolen on MONDAY July 21, 2019Never stop here and if you do make sure to check your surroundings and make sure to take all your valuables with you and please lock your doors . They stoled my vehicle, keys to other cars and book bag with important paperwork .

Rocky, the “manager” can not count. I came in handles her $9 and bout a pizza and drink which came to $2, and told her to put the rest on the pump, she then proceeded to tell me it was $2.39 that was going to be put on the pump when I did had to tellHer I gave her $9, she opened the drawer to realize I did give her that and that she didn’t count the money correctly she the told me it was going to be $7.39 on the pump, but when I went to pump only $5.84. Then proceeded to try to explain the mistake that she made but couldn’t admit she wasn’t paying attention and put the wrong amount in so the receipt was incorrect! Idk If ROCKY is a new “co-manager” but she either needs to be fired or demoted and go back into training

One of the worst.every day you gotta wait for them to finish their conversation before they will help you,even then they still dont listen to you and its mostly upper management.smh they never have any of the hot food ready, and if it is its old. Almost every morning the door is locked. For almost three weeks straight nobody asked me for Id,until corporate was there.

Came in at 12:15AM on Friday and the staff were very rude and unprofessional. They kept rolling their eyes at me, playing on cell phones, and horsing around with some guy that was in the store. One employee kept going into the bathroom and throwing up very loudly. When I tried asking for help with something one of them gave me a nasty attitude. Then I had to wait about 3 or 4 minutes to pay because lady just had to finish her text conversation ‘yes at the register!’, and the other employee continued to horse around with the random guy.

Had a short lunch. Grabbed a slice and two roller taquitos. Slice was doughy and uncooked by a lot. what a waste of time and money. Please consider better training.

When I come in the morning there is usually NOBODY at the counter! The last time I was there me and another customer put our stuff down and didnt get ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!! Been going to the union city location for years and I swear its getting worse and worse!

Easy access, super clean inside and out, recently remodeled, tons of drink/snack options including make your own froyo. Super friendly staff, too.

I would love if they has a sugar- free fountain option other than diet soda, The clerk said even the flavored water had sugar in it.

This Racetrac smells horrible all the time.
