I love this store i rather shop here n pick up my meds here than Walmart...the employees are very helpful and very nice they know me my kids and husband very well! And treat all of us very respectful and always keep us updated with new merchandise and new deals!! The store is always well kept up n nice n clean!! But the employees in the pharmacy and in the store keep me coming n telling everyone to shop there! Shawn (the store manager & pharmacy manager are doing a great job!!!

Very bad service, I went 4 times to get Western union cash $300 i received and each time they ask me to come back as if i have nothing to do. In the middle of the pandamic, they need to have some compassion for people receiving cash to help their famillies

They close 10 minutes before the announced time and ask them why they close early and just keep quiet. I would like the zone manager to find out that the employees close the store before closing time.

Its a wonderful place to buy a quick snack when u r rushing. Great.

I was racially profiled at this rite aid, came here to buy a notebook and ice cream with my son and the manager or an employee alerted the loss prevention employee to possibly block me at the exit. The African american loss prevention person was not there guarding the exit when I had arrived to the store - but after I checked out, he was standing in front of the exit scoping me and my son out and was checking to see if I had a receipt. As I walked out after completing my transaction (and purposely ignoring him) he said ok youre good...and then he left his post guarding the door since I guess the threat of criminal activity was over...Ok guy, yeah I know Im good...do you think I brought my son to rite aid to steal a scoop of ice cream and a day planner? There is absolutely nothing suspicious about us that warrants being watched and checked by a loss prevention person. I was buying a scoop of ice cream and a day planner for god sakes! Are all Hispanic people treated this way at this store? I find it ironic that this loss prevention officer was staring me down - being a black person Im sure he is subjected to similar or worse racial profiling and met with suspicion all the time. Im sure it makes him feel awful when people eye him suspiciously at stores, how can you live with yourself doing that to other people - most of which are not doing anything criminal or nefarious at their local rite aid. Never coming here again, I hope they go out of business.

Very helpful and professional techs and pharmacist. Make you feel like family. Always trying to give best advice on drug use and cost.

Came in for a prescription and the pharmacists were very professional and courteous. They also were super quick!!

I love their ice cream here. My family and I walk down there and get ice cream all the time.

OVERDOSE ALERT! Pharmacy so bad I had to go elsewhere. Had prescription for infants where disagree was in ml and getting right dose was important. They would not give, and did not have for sale, anything to measure such a dose. Totally uncaring. Went to better pharmacy which gave needlelless syringe allowing me to avoid over dosing. Maybe you do not have an infant, but their lack of care for your proper use of what they depense should keep you away.

Convenient when going to the next door market.

Love the ice cream! Why go to BK when you can get 3 scoops for under $4......

I want to use the restroom because I have to wait for 30 min for my medicine to be ready and they say they can not find the key I ask the front for the key and they say it was missing I told her can someone open it please and she say nobody can find the key then she say to the other Im going to warm my food I know the rest room is the same direction where the lunch room is and she open the door went in and leave me here almost peen in my pants I got so mad I want to pre Im the front door like a dog because that is the way I feel I was treated
