I received a shock collar for training my dog as a Christmas gift. I was under the impression that the collar was in fact resistant to water completely. However, it was not and once my dog jumped in the water for a retrieve the unit was submerged and damaged. I emailed the company and told them of the problem and was immediately sent a new unit with no questions within two business days! I was made aware of the water resistant specifications and now have a brand new properly working shock collar.

Stay away from these crooks. I bought a Power supply. On their instructions I returned because it didnt work correctly and they never replaced it. No refund. Nothing Im out 100s of $. Check with better bussiness bureau.

Placed an order with this company after reading some reviews that showed good. The package arrived and of the three items purchased two were shipped and one was missing. The packing slip indicated three items in the box. Of the two shipped one was physically damaged with no evidence of damage or tampering on the shipping carton. I have been unable to do more than leave voicemail and as yet have no response. I hope paying with paypal will protect me from what is looking like bad business.

I just got this today. ( 01/30/2016) It looks and has the feel of a professional meter like Fluke. The probes are thick and feel solid. I have owned about 10 meters since I took an interest in electronics in high school. I tried the NCV and it does work quite well. You have to bring the unit close to the circuit you are testing. I am quite sure the sensor which is in the top side, is an inductive type. It also flashes and beeps at the same time.I measured a .33 Ohm precision wire wound resistor and it showed more than 0.50 Ohms. The manual says to subtract the resistance in the probes before making a measurement.By (subtracting), according to the manual, it says to Short or touch the probes together to measure the inherent or line resistance. Yes, there is resistance even in the probe wires no matter how long or short they are.After correcting the measurement, the average resistance was right. In other words, this meter is extremely accurate. I have not yet measured Capacitance, but I will shortly. The Frequency function does work well and the white back light is very appealing and warm to view at.So, I will give this unit 5 Stars for performance and accuracy. The price was right at $31.99. Common opinion(s) say that a quality meter in the medium range of $50 is a great deal. For the money, this meter with high quality and accuracy, is a steal.If Dr. Meter makes a higher capacity/higher performance meter or an inductive clamp Ammeter, I will get it.

One of the worst companies. We now have 2 antennas that they sent when we simply wanted a refund. They wont respond to us so we have a dispute with the charge card now. Do not order from them.

Ive had several shock collars all have given me problems but they have replaced every one and even upgraded my model due to so many problems with the model i ordered. Im very satisfied with the customer service.

I would give them less then 1 star! I ordered multi colored led lights and they shipped all white lights. When I tried to return the ordered they wanted me to keep the ordered and tried to offer me $6 off. It took them 7 days to get me a return label and when I returned the ordered they lied and said I only returned part of the order not the whole order and tried not to give me my full refund. Luckily this order was placed thru Walmart and Walmart refunded my money and handled everything properly. Hisgadget is a complete SCAM and tries to mislead their customers and lie.

Bought a replacement charger for my Asus laptop that came three weeks late and defective. Totally fried my motherboard after half a second plugged in. 200$ worth of damage and they dont answer their goddamn customer service line(s) .

If I could give this company anything lower than 1 star I would. The customer service representatives are rude and will just talk to you like youre stupid. Wont answer any of your questions and will put the blame on the customer. When I order a product, no matter how cheap it is, unless stated I expect a NEW product. What did I get when I received my product, a product that was already RETURNED. I know this because when I sent an email to the company about the prongs on the dog collar rusting, due to no fault of my own, I was then told the product had come from the returned pile and sent out to me. I wish I had done more research on this company before I purchased anything from them. I will never make that mistake again.This comany is not BBB accredited, and actually has a C- with the BBB.

You place an order, never receive an email confirmation, cant get them on the phone, all emails come back undelivered, your credit card does get charged. Weeks later the product shows up at your door, only after you have already reported the company as fraud with your credit card company and you have already purchased the product you needed somewhere else. They also have changed there name. Dont purchase anything from them!

When a product of mine needed replacing, they handled it quickly and efficiently with no cost to me.

Ordered one laptop charger, received with NO receipt and never got an email confirmation. Then our credit card was charged twice. When you try calling you get a voicemail to leave a message. I sent an email with a copy of our charges, they never responded. STAY AWAY !!!

The HD multi-directional antenna I bought arrived bent and damaged. The amplifier box was very cheaply made and would lose signal with the slightest touch. Attempted to contact them per the instructions on the warranty card and found the email address to be invalid. Dont buy from these guys!

Worst place ever sent me the wrong item and now I can get them on the phone or even get a email back from them so Im S.O.L. Do your self a favor buy it from another company
