My shopping experience is always good here until I reach the cashier. Same cashier. Unpleasant to put it best. She dropped the bag on the floor that I was paying for to put my groceries in. Didn’t even bother to attempt to pick it up. No sorry, no excuse me. No nothing. So, I went over and got a new one. I looked back while packing my groceries and she was having an issue with the next customer. The customer looked at me and shook her head in disgust. She left upset. This prompted me to ask the cashier to speak to the manager. I waited. When the manager didn’t come I went over and asked her if the manager on the way? She said, “ I’m the manager!” Okay.. so you have me waiting for no reason? This is the type of person assisting your customers. She says her name is A——-a. A——-a needs more customer service training.Sincerely,L. Norman

The Aldi store in Union City is my go to stop weekly for fresh produce. The meat is always fresh. The store is very clean and well stocked. The manager, Marco is awesome! He greets you with a smile and is always willing to help. His leadership style shows through other staff as well because they are awesome too. I love shopping here. 😀

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this location. While shopping I was purchasing a papaya which was price marked for $2.19 each while at the register it rang up at $3.14, priced over pound. The cashier Tavares who then claimed that he was also the Manager said that he could do nothing about the price, and would not honor the price tag.  He then was abusive and walked off not giving me my receipt or items purchased.  After I requested another cashier to assist me he returned crushed my receipt and handed it to me together with the items I purchased. The right thing would be for Aldis to honor your prices and stop hiring unprofessional and abusive managers/cashiers. Is this treatment acceptable in your neighborhood?

Line is very long. One cashier, the mangers who is really slow. No one else comes in until 4. What? New to our neighborhood and all ready-made the decision.... shameful.. Not covit friendly

ALDI this is a very nice clean place usually have all the things that they advertise. I love shopping at ALDI the prices are very reasonable and the produce and items are very nice.

Aldis is a great store with great prices ONLY when they honor their prices.. Unfortunately, My experience wasnt a good one at this location. Their were 4 items that were marked one price but at the register it was a different price. The manager Im assuming expressed that he couldnt honor the advertised price and proceeds to remove the price tags in front of the items. However, I took a picture prior to him removing the items. The right thing would be to honor what YOUR STORE advertises.

A welcomed additional grocery store for the local area!

SOME of the cashiers are rude. One young lady wanted everyone to swipe their card before she started scanning. Wouldn’t let you get out the way before she starts scanning the next customer items, and would snatch carts away from customers.

I went here in a whim because I happened to be in Union City. I remembered that they opened up a new location. On the outside it looks fantastic bit when you get inside I was just underwhelmed.Its been open a few months but it just seem like it doesnt have everything like other neighborhoods. Why one a new store if you are not go8ng to treat it equally? Aldi is known for an aisle of shame. Its the aisle where it has items not food related that may be seasonal or what we call a good find. It was junky. Items were out of place or in disarray.The good thing about this store is they have really bumped up their meat selection. I was amazed and mad because my deep freezer was already full. My purpose was to find wine and veggies. Found some good cheap wine. Again I wish there was more of a selection like other locations but ik not complaining because not all locations sell wine. Major plus. Vamp up your wine and you will get more loyal customers. I found some reasonbly priced spices, frozen fruit and food items. I was happy with that. Hopefully the merchandise will grow.Also the staff was very polite and friendly.

The employees are in an awfully big hurry here. What really irked me is the cashier took my buggy which had my purse in it, while I was paying with my debit card, and shoved it over to the bagging area. You should never touch someones buggy with their purse in it. The Newnan location is much more hospitable and that will be my Aldi from now on. Will not be back to this location.

Still looks pristine... theyre doing a great job keeping this new store tidy! Its an awesome location-- not far from the hwy & close to other major shopping stores.

This Aldi is very clean and stocked completely. The staff is very pleasant and I love the different options they have available.

Aldis is my go to grocery store to purchase fresh fruit and veggies and great organic items and spices! This is also the place to get good tasting wine🤗 at a very reasonable price!!! If you dont mind bagging your own groceries and purchasing a few bags I highly recommend this place!!!

Aldi is the most wonderful grocer store in the nation. I have been with them for 20 plus years. They always have my needs covered. I also like when they bring over some products from GERMANY!

Ive been waiting for this store to open as its really close and i am a regular aldi customer. The store is brand new so its still pretty clean and nice in there.On the other hand customers beware and double check your receipt.I purchased an item 4 days ago and I guess because the price is low and because i didnt check when i was there, i only realized now that they charged me 3x for the same product.Now how can i prove it, probably cant and take the loss on that one but mark my words i will double check my receipt every single time i go there.And theyre slick doing it on small price items but if you end up paying 4$ for some that cost 1$ and multiply by hundreds of customers it adds up.

This particular Aldi seemed to be very pricy and they were out of a few items I wanted.

I love this store! I have been a fan of the Aldi since they opened up on Riverdale Rd some years ago. I shop the one in Peachtree City. This is the store to get your everything!😁😍

It was my first time and I loved the quality of food. I wish there were more sugar and caffeine free beverages but overall it was a good experience.

Very grateful for the bus route 89 having an Aldi. It is so hard to get to the one in college park, even though I am IN college park, but this is one bus and a 15 min walk. Well worth it to me. Plus it is very clean and the staff Ive came across have been nothing but lovely to me. So thank you for being you all!!

That was my first time today going to Aldi and Union City and Im not going to Kroger or any other grocery stores long as I live because everything was pre-packaged real fast everybody was friendly and I was in and out and I got what I needed thank you very much and it made my day I was so happy

I am so excited this store opened near my Fairburn home! I had to go to Douglasville, Fayetteville, and Peachtree City locations to shop before this store.I did not realize that the store will give you a quarter but you need to return it. I am thankful for this in a coinless society as well as the cashiers being helpful when l was trying to use Apple Pay. I have had great experiences at this store since they opened.

I am a regular Aldi shopper and my experience at this one was not good. The prices were higher at this one for items I purchase often. This prompted me to ask the cashier if all of the Aldi stores were owned by the same company or if they were franchises.First he didnt speak/greet me, and then had a bad attitude when I asked him, as if he just wanted to ring me up and get me out. NO WORRIES, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION.
