Mike & Son were excellent on service, prices and received my product in a timely manner. This place has everything a plumber needs and sum. If they dont have it in stock they will get it for you. Great people

Prices here are outrageously high. They dont even try, its such a congested neighborhood, they dont have to. Speaking of congested, they are ALWAYS smoking at least one cigar in this place, behind the counter- be forewarned... its a putrid asthma attack waiting to happen.

Unbelievable service! My dad and I have been going to this place for years, ever since I was a little girl. We even knew the owner Mike and we never, ever had a problem here which is why Im not completely rating this all the way down to one star! The last time my father went here, which was like 2 days ago there was a very mean and racist overweight man that told my dad not to speak Spanish. Keep in mind, Union City is heavily populated with Hispanic race. He even dropped the F-bomb, when my dad asked why he cannot speak Spanish. This was super unprofessional and my dad was really hurt by how this business is running now. Mike is such a great dude, but I dont know why he hired this guy. We give them tons of business as my dad is a contractor, but the attitude on that guy was way too ridiculous. We are definitely thinking twice every time we do think of coming here for our plumbing needs because of this. Sorry Mike.

Think twice before purchasing anything of value from this store. They sold me a water heater that was shown to be defective shortly after installation and refused to honor a replacement. I’m now forced to work directly with the manufacturer under warranty replacement, which I would understand if this hadn’t broken down immediately after installation, but this was brought to their attention the next day. They don’t stand behind what they sell.

I have been to almost every plumbing supply in the state of NJ and I can guarantee the service here exceeds all and is second to none. If you need a special part they will find it and track it down and do everything they can to get it ASAP for you..and they will! The prices here are beyond fair as well. I sometimes work in Bayonne and I choose to drive all the way here because even with the drive youll get what you need way quicker because the service is so fast especially compared to GPS.

Customer service is garbage. They like selling you high priced boiler systems, but when you have a problem, they give you the run around and are reluctant to provide any support as per manufacturers instructionS. The son Mikeito or whatever the hell hes called is rude. As far as Im concerned, I wouldnt spend a cent there.

I will not go there again. My cast iron radiator was leaking and I went to get new one. As being consumer and not plumber I may asked some silly question but attitude of sales person was really bad and disrespectful.
