These guys are incredible. Every time I bring my bikes here they come out perfect. Wouldnt bring my bikes anywhere else. Have recommended 2 people to them already. Honest. Fast. And good at what they do. Recommend them anytime.

Best experience Ive had in any motorcycle shop. They did an outstanding job on my bike, charged me extremely fair prices on parts, better then what I was seeing online, and the bike was completed in a relatively timely manner. Cant thank the guys there enough

I highly recommend this place - after not riding for over a year and recently moving to UC, I had my bike (2011 Harley 1200XL) shipped here to get an oil change and battery replacement. They were very welcoming and they received my bike towards their closing time with no issues. I got my bike back the next day running perfectly. Very fair price, I am extremely happy to have worked with a local shop and will be returning here for future service to my bike! They also had a large selection of bikes for sale - worth checking them out if youre in the market for a bike of any size.

It took over one month for a tune up and a simple repair. Now I understand why they charge so much an hour. Also Im concerned of bogus charges. Take your business somewhere else. Very disappointed.

I used to have good experiences with this place, and for that i forgave small issues.The first time I got my oil changed there they didnt tighten the filter enough and i was leaking oil after every ride.The second time I went there they purchased the incorrect break pads and were luckily able to secure the correct parts from another nearby shop.The third time I went there they didnt put my Gas tank back in correctly and it wasnt secured and could have popped off.The last time I went there, last week of September, i dropped my bike off on a wednesday for an oil change, new tires put on(i brought the tires myself), new rear break pads, and an engine flush. I finally got my bike back a week later as they had to let go their mechanic which wasnt as much of an issue as the consistent lack of and poor communication on their part. Every day they would say it would be done that day, and then it wouldnt be. Now two weeks later my bike is having issues starting when it didnt before the visit there.This place had merit and potential, but I emphatically would not recommend until they get a decent full time mechanic at the least. As long as they get another good mechanic in there its worth a look, whenever that happens.

These guys are very experienced and provide great and quick service. Im very happy with all of the work theyve done.....I highly recommend Metropolitan motorbikes!

I recommended this place to my friend since its right by my place. The took of the break pad with a hammering an screwdriver. The bit up the bike and charge for an oil change that the never did. Stay away....

2014 brought my H-D in for a LED headlight swap. Bought a new bike here in May, (Cleaveland Cyclewerks Heist) Had them make an exhaust modification which they told me was a simple fix. Cut the muffler off and weld on a tip. I picked up the bike and at 439 miles the tip fell off. They never welded it on they put it on with pop rivets and wrapped the exhaust with exhaust wrap to hide the rivits. Cost $110.00 american dollars. I brought it back to have it repaired along with warranty work and a service. I was told it was a 3 day process....well we are on day 10 and still no bike yet. I might be putting a nail in the coffin by writing the review before I get the bike back but it is what it is. So after writing my review I get a call that day to pick up the bike. They did an outstanding job on the exhaust repair 5 stars for that. Wish they had done it that way the first time. Bring the bike home in my truck. 1st ride stalls 50 miles from home (wife driving bike) wait 5 minutes starts up and make it home without further problems. The next day my son takes it to school. Stalls on the way there on the highway under power and all the way home. Going in with it tomorrow again to fix it. Speedo not working or the light in it. This sucks.,

It was terrible the owner is inept, and the workers are extremely slow they dont know what organization is one motercyle comes in they fix that one but if another 2 come they drop the first one and work on the other two and work in that order.The worst part besides waiting 3 weeks for any simple job and overcharging for everything and anything. By the way Hal (he is the owner) you know im not lying you know you received lots of complaints on service I have witnessed it myself too many times. The first and foremost, biggest problem i had was that i clearly told you guys to fix my carbs and anything else along the way they said everything else is good the same day i get my bike i get stranded in the highway bring it back to them bike lasted 1 week and then another problem it broke down again had to bring it back they keep you in a loop so you keep going back to them. I spent $1800 DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I brought my zx10r front forks on Monday to install new seals. I was told that they will be done by Friday. I was given price for labor and parts. It took them 2 weeks to get my forks back. When I went to pay for them my bill was almost $300.00......That is $100.00 more then when i drooed them off....... and the forks were off the bike...........Kawasaki Dealership asked $350.00 if I bring the whole bike they would have to remove the forks from the bike.....This place is a rip off I do not recommend this place to any one they will F__k you in the Ass and take your money.
