Best for repairs needed for a great price people can talk all they want about Maaco but they do Amazing work my door jam was pushed in badly shops want to replace my whole quarter panel and would as for crazy cash more than the car is worth but not Maaco they worked on it in 2 days I had it done and lined up proper for less than $1,500👌 take that stimulus check get that work from Maaco you would save some money.

It all started with the courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable staff and ended with my dream realized. I had been told by others that I was trying to make an old car new. At first, I was in denial and then I realized that was exactly what I was trying to do with my Toyota Camry XLE. I knew the color I had in mind, similar to the rich dark brown color I already had. With a reps help, I found an even richer, metallic dark brown color. (Metallic is the new gold!) To be quite honest, Ill never be the same again (and my car wont either). Riding in what used to be an old car is now an unbelievable experience. As I whiz by, I notice people in a shocking gaze about the sheer beauty of my new car. They seem dazzled and so am I!!

This is the most satisfying car repair experience that I have ever had. The driver side front door of my car was bended outward in an accident, as a result, the door check, door bolt, and the area under the left mirror of door skin and the door itself were damaged. while other body shops gave the entire door a death penalty by claiming that the door was beyond repair and a replacement of the door is unavoidable, union Maaco did a fantastic job fixing it and everything looks perfect after repair! Their customer service is also amazing. They cared about customers every unique need and tried their best to accommodate! After knowing that I need some help to pick up my car, they came to pick me up and drove me to the shop, to name a few. Overall, this is a reliable and friendly car repair place which does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

I had been looking for a body shop to do frame rust repair on my 2001 Nissan truck. Shehryar and Ali set me up right away with Tony, who was a very knowledgeable and honest fabricator. Tony welded perfect patches in the affected area of the frame, and coated the area in rust resistant paint. The work was done at the price given, and with a high degree of craftsmanship. The work took a little longer than expected, but you cant rush art. An extra day or two in the shop was well worth the time, over a lesser quality job pushed out the door. A job extremely well done, I would recommend the Maaco in Union to anyone in need of quality frame or rust remediation work.

I highly recommend Maaco of Union, NJ. They are a professional team that makes the effort to provide the best customer service. I had my car painted by them and headlight replaced. It looks like a brand new car.

Just went for a estimate but the owner was very helpful and honest.

I needed a hood and bumper painted. I got 2 estimates (one from another place, and one from Maaco). Maacos estimate was significantly less costly. When I arrived to drop off the parts, Rob was very helpful, efficient and genuine. Later when I returned, Pete was also great and customer-friendly. The project turnaround time was only 2 business days. Looks great! I am pleased with their work. 5 stars.

Fantastic service and great attention to detail. Most of the value providers dont deliver on time or are sloppy. Not these guys. Rob and Chris are really great at communicating updates and sticking to their end of the deal. I came back to correct some minor misses and they addressed it immediately. Highy highly recommended. Plus the quote they gave me was half of other places . And their bays and shops are well equipped...

I’m not gonna lie, they’re probably the best paint shop around for your money. They told me my car would be ready in a week, and they indeed had my car ready in one week. When I went to pick my car, as soon as i saw it, I noticed the front bumper’s paint was cracked, I talked to one of the guys there and he just said that there is a lot of vehicle flow in their parking lot, and that it will be hard to know what or who damaged my car. I went there to get my rear bumper painted, and they did a good job, but now I need to paint my front bumper, basically paying twice as much. The guy told me he was gonna check camera footage to see if it was a costumer or one of his guys that hit my car, but I didn’t get any call, and it makes sense, I dont expext him to check days of footage. In the end, I would not recommend this shop.

There was too much in lack of communication. My car ended up being there way longer than needed, accruing unnecessary storage fees because employees werent properly communicating.

Took my ‘89 Camaro here which was about 4 different colors, covered in rust and just a real eye sore. Got many looks for the wrong reasons. Took it here and asked for a red paint job and the boys did great work. Highly recommend it. Two week job and the estimate was exactly what I paid.

The guys at the shop were super professional and accommodating!! They painted my 99’ cherrie red Corvette and did a stunning job! The pricing was very reasonable and Greg & Pete were great to work with! If you have a luxury car, don’t be afraid to stop by. Let’s just say that this team needs a good lesson in customer service. The customer is irrelevant to them.I was never informed on the status of the repair, I had to call multiple times to follow up. On top of that I was called to be told that the quote the had given me was going to be increased. And finally charge me financed feed, after job was done.Thanks, but no thanks ..

I would give 5 stars because nobody is perfect, but these guys did an outstanding job. I bought a beat up 05 Nissan Titan and they brought it back to life. I didn’t even get the best quality package. The guy, Robert (very cool guy), did my estimate and was very straight forward and gave his professional opinion. I didn’t find myself getting my pockets killed at all. Very fair price for the quality of work. They even cleaned the interior of my truck a little bit. I got the “preferred” paint service and it came out very, very, very nice. It was all done for $1,400 and some change. I was told the dings on the car would still show but there would just be fresh paint over it. I don’t see any dings now. (Only on the bumper, which didn’t get any work done by request)Robert even showed me some other cars that got the preferred package and I feel like my truck came out nicer...The only thing I would say that went wrong though out my experience with them is that I was told it would be a 4-5 business day turn around and it actually took 6. It wasn’t really their fault because it rained a lot within those 7 days from when I brought it in. But other than that, I highly recommend getting work done there.Don’t listen to people saying Maaco gives cheap low quality paint jobs, I think that’s the thing of the past. Their quality of work has improved greatly! If you know how to take care of your car you won’t have any problems. Simple.

The gentleman Shehryar was the guy who rung me up they took a 2001 Jeep Cherokee and made it look like it was right out the factory with a custom paintjob i am extremely happy with results. had a small chip by a door handle and they stand behind their work and i respect that great team.

I leased my car in February 2019. By March, someone backed into my brand new car and ran. This was incredibly frustrating And I was stuck with damage. I did not want to put the repair through my insurance so I shopped around and received several different quotes all around $3,000.00 to $4,000.00. Everyone told me it couldn’t be repaired and a quarter panel and a bumper would have to be ordered to fix the damage. This was so upsetting to me as I just did not have this in my financial budget. I drove my car with the damage for a year and a half before we met Rob of Maaco. He told us was he able to repair existing damage without ordering new parts. This resulted in a significant savings! Rob helped provide a solution to match my budget. He was honest, reliable, timely, efficient and provided top quality work. I am so grateful to Rob for his professionalism and would recommend him to anyone! It feels so good to drive my car and finally feel “new” again! THANK YOU!!!

Agreed to repair side panels, use original color and quality workmanship. They filled the side panels with paste, covered up, use cheap paint in different than the original color, did not paint a black strip, overall extremely poor quality and workmanship. Very disappointed.

Maaco is fine just go to another location. Hard to find and unorganized in general.

I dont really write reviews but for this one I had too. They did the most amazing paint job on my car that I will not forget. They made my Infiniti look 10x times better. Plus great customer service. I had my 2003 Toyota Corolla done a total paint job from this place and I am impressed by the work done. Aside from the paint job, I had the rear bumper and both headlights replaced and the end product was excellent. Except for the delay in the delivery of the rear bumper that extended the supposed due date from 4 days to 7 days, other than that, overall result was impressive.

Great paint job at a great price. Somewhat sloppy in putting my car back together. High cemetery brake light on my SUV has 2screws. They only reinstalled one. License plate and frame, only installed 3 of 4 screws and only put 2 of 4 caps back on. Spare tire mounted on back of vehicle (Jeep) only loosely installed. All 3 lug nuts were so loose it could have fallen off. Lastly a trip panel on the driver side rear door not installed with enough adhesive to prevent it from falling off. It took me about 3 hours to fix the omissions. That said, the paint job was great.

Rob has done work on my Audi A7 for the last few years. The work has always been excellent and cost effective. He is a straight shooter and I highly recommend them including to my friends

Robert the owner came up with a game plan for my Older Jeep. He painted 1/3rd of the surfaces which had faded including the hood and fenders. The paint job is perfect. It matches the factory gloss of the rest of my vehicle perfectly. He also gave me a reasonable estimate...HALF the price of what 3 other shops quoted me. He listened, understood and delivered...on time.

This is my third time using Macco / Union for different vehicles. They are an exceptional body shop. Very impressed with the owner Roberts customer care and service in handling each issue. This is a busy place, the quality work and speed of each experience was also impressive. Robert is excellent to deal with, also Pete too. We all hope we don’t ever need body work, but cars are made a lot different today and things happen. If I need to seek body work again, I’ll be back knowing I’m getting the best handling around! I’ll also refer my friends to Macco too for their 5 star service.

Tough to find, its back in a maze of alleys behind car dealerships, best land mark is behind the AAA tow truck center. To get in got to cut thru & across car dealerships on Rt22 west (watch your back) traffic on rt22 is always dangerous. Roadway was full of junk and trash driving over it could cause a flat. Street map shows it in wrong location. It behind Hyndi dealer last driveway, then all the Way to the end,behind AAA. Estimate was fair dont know how good work is, dont know any one who has used them.

I got a paint job through a mobile auto person. The mobile guy just spray painted my car. it was pretty much vandalism because the job was sooo incompetent and bad. Buyer beware of Internet Auto People.I went to Maaco and they fixed the paint job quickly and at a reasonable price! I would recommend them.

Rob, the owner, stands by his work. If there is a problem he will address it. If you arent going through insurance and have a tight budget, he will work with you to meet your needs.I am not a reckless driver. But since I started running errands for my mom, I have had a few parking lot accidents: shopping carts driven into my car, once a shopper backed into my car. Maaco has become my go to body shop.

Original Review: (4 Stars)Had them put a new bumper on my Kia Optima... It came out good and they were the cheapest price I could find!I took off a star for the service. They finnished it quickly (about a week) but on Friday I called and told them I was about 30-45 minutes away and asked if I could pick it up. The guy said yes but when I got there there was no one around - they closed an hour early I guess???That pissed me off because I dont live around the corner but I guess you get what you pay for...Edit: (4 months later)I took off another star because they never properly screwed down the cover around the wheel well and it started catching on the tire and eventually made a big hole... It looks ridiculous and I will probably have to go back and get fixed.

I dealt with the Manager ROBERT. He was professional. He took his time to answer my questions. Told me what he was going to do with the body work (using METAL and not putty/filler) and paint.He gave me a fair estimate and told me how long it would take. MAACO did the body work with polyurathane painting (I recommend). ROBERT told me it would take 3 days and other Companies--even another Maaco said it would take 5-7 days. ROBERT had the car done in 3 days.The results were AMAZING! It was better than I expected.I have read some negative reviews of course, which happen sometimes and I I know not everyone is happy with things they have done to their things in life with Companies BUT this job MAACO did, EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.It has been almost a month and I cant wait to wax it (recommended time before waxing) and have it sparkle again like when it came out of MAACO.My mechanic friends and fellow car enthusiasts are still talking about my car.Please give them a shot at looking at your car and giving you some honest feedback.
