My 2020 Camry was bumped on the side rear. The first place gave me a written estimate of $1100. Then I went to a 2nd place(Union Collision) and they told me it just had to be pushed out. I had the unfortunate experience of getting T-boned on my way to work in July 2020. I had the good fortune that it happened around the corner from Union Collision. At the time of my accident, the UPD asked me where I would like my car towed to. Living in Union for over 40 years, I knew of Union Collision but luckily had never needed body work so I had never used their services before. I had it towed to Union Collision simply because of their location to me. I am very thankful I had it towed there. Right from the beginning the staff (Kenney and Mike) were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They told me not to worry, that my Durango was in good hands. They just also happened to be an authorized body/mechanic shop for my insurance company. Even with an understandable Covid 19 delivery of parts delay, my car was completed promptly and looks perfect! I cannot believe how this place allowed me to question the heck out of them AND they allowed me to see my car while it was getting done, the details behind the repair, and even allowed me to speak to the guy repairing my car! This is huge for me bc I love to know exactly what is being done to my car and why. It also came out immaculate! Mike is the man as well, both Mikes there.

Unfortunately i scratched up my brother in law’s truck. Stopped at union collision to get a idea on repairs. Spoke with mike he took the time to work on the area of the damage and touch it up free of charge so it looked much better before returning the car to my brother in law. The full repair quote was very reasonable but as a small business owner myself i know you can not put a price tag on that level of customer service

This place is the best. I have moved out of Union and this is still the only place I will get my car repaired. They are honest, fair, and do terrific work. Unfortunately i had need of their services on a few occasions.... each time it made why i had to be there a whole lot less painful. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Now Im not saying i would purposely go and damage my car just to bring it here, but this is the 1st place i would even consider to take it if needed.

I visited Union collision about two weeks ago and met with Kenny. He came out and inspected my car, saw the dent that I had on the bumperof my Toyota Camry. He gave me two options: either to replace the bumper with a new one or pull out the dented part. I told him that I would go with pulling it out and asked him how much it would cost, he said it would cost me nothing.I went back today, the repairs was carried out within 20 minutes. After the guy that worked on the car gave me my key, I tried to give him a tip of $25, he said no. I was following and trying to convince him that it was a tip that I wanted to give willingly. The guy insisted that it was a favor and favor doesnt cost nothing. The staff of this company are very dedicated and God fearing. I will highly recommend this Union Collision to everyone. I can’t say enough good things about this body shop. I’m in Alabama and sold a Mercedes GLK to a customer in New Jersey. A transporter damaged the vehicle on the way up there. I had it towed to Union City. Mike took control of my repair from start to finish. He was kind enough to give me a discount because of my predicament. Mike, Kenny, etc are all good people. I have used them unfortunately many times as people in my family are accident prone in the sense of they stop at all yellow lights and get rear ended for being careful drivers.They have always treated me well and their paint matching is very good. The repairs are done in a reasonable time and looks like it never happened. They have made a few mistakes like when putting the door back the electronic system was not tight enough that connector fell off and the rear door would not unlock with the keyless remote but when I mentioned it, it was fixed withing 20 minutes (they wasted no time and the 20 minutes was to take off the door panel and put it on again.Another time I had brought in the car for a repair that was done a year prior, the car was rear ended as mentioned prior and was repaired promptly but since the car was garaged I never noticed it until we happened to get another car which forced that car to sit outside. The seal had a situation where it was improperly installed or so and it allowed rainwater into the spare tire wheel well. It took two tries but they fixed it and they never charged me for it. They figured the problem out after the second try but they showed me exactly what happened and without ever doing it, even I must admit I would not have caught how the car company required the seal to be put in. Again they could have easily said, its been a year and the repair had been done and I must have done something wrong, but they chose the honest and honorable way to cover it. That is why I have to give them 5 stars and hopefully never have to go to them but if I ever get into another accident without question I will use them again, no questions asked.They even while I was waiting one time asked me if I wanted part of a giant sandwich. Apparently they repaired a sandwich shop vehicle and in appreciated they brought in a 6 foot sub. I mean it shows that this place is good people if the sub shop sent an appreciation sandwich for something they paid already.

I was a little skeptical that an auto body shop could have such spectacular reviews. I became a believer today when I took my small electric car to them for bumper repair. The bumper had come off, and I was worried that it would need to be replaced. Union Collision managed to push the bumper back so neatly that I can barely tell where the damage was - I was out of their shop in 45 mins. And no dent in my pocket either. Hands down the absolute best experience i have ever had at a car repair shop. if there were 10 stars available i would have given them. So i was having the absolute worst day before i got to this auto body shop. First the wind was blowing so hard earlier in the day that a large tree fell on my garage and a part caught my house. the branches and debris also scratched my benz that was parked in front on my garage. so i took it to these guys for an estimate to get it fix because this was the closest body shop to my house. i totally forgot the name of the gentleman that looked at my car but boy i cant say enough good things about him. without even knowing i was having the worst day ever he turn to me and said dont call your insurance company we will take care of it for you for free. i looked at him and almost teared up. i said are you sure and immediately follow with thank you so much brother. then i told him what a messed up day i was having until now. he said dont worry brother we will take care of you. what a gentleman, what an awesome experience. if i should ever get a fender bender with any of my cars, theres no debating where i am taking it to get fixed.
