These guys were absolutely amazing. The made sure I understand what was wrong with my vehicle and I felt no pressure that things had to be done immediately. Patrick at the front desk was amazing to work with. He was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. He even went as far as searching for the best deal for my issue. I highly recommend these guys.

I have a fleet vehicle that had a faulty battery and they work with the Fleet Service to get it replace even though the Fleet Service said it was passing their parameters. These guys are amazing! As a woman it’s sometimes hard to find a comfortable place to get your car fixed. But the team here is always extremely friendly and always explain everything in detail. They are super helpful and always give advice on how to keep your car running smoothly. Car issues aren’t fun but will always return when I have an issue.

Went on a trip to Virginia and ended up getting a nail in my tire. Thankfully the tire lasted the entire trip, but when I got back and took it to STS tire, Trevor and Troian took GREAT care of what I needed! Took my tire in on a Sunday morning, worked on it super quick! In and out fast, especially since it was nearing noon. Walked In and handled my tire right away. I needed an oil change ASAP. I was running on straight fumes- check engine light on, TPMS light on, just an overall hot mess. Its Sunday and Im desperately calling places for a good price. Kendale answered my call and let me know I would only be charged for labor at a VERY decent price if I had the materials. He was working the front desk when I came in and was very helpful. He was even excited that I was interested in knowing about the process for an oil change and wanted to see it happen. Ive always felt very uncomfortable at mechanic shops because I just dont have a lot of knowledge on cars. I always feel lost and afraid to ask questions. The crew at STS was super kind! The complete opposite of what Ive experienced so far in other places. Jair, Laurence, and Bruce were all patient and answered my questions while showing me the process. They gave me explanations for why my TPMS sign may be on and offered solutions. I felt heard by all of them and none of them judged me for not knowing things- they genuinely wanted to help me learn more. They didnt even laugh when I ran up on the curb as I left. 10/10 service, will definitely visit again. Thank you all for your help today!!

Came here for the first time with a flat tire. Patrick was very pleasant and accommodating and said repair will be done within an hour, which it was. He even loaned me his phone charger because my cell phone battery was almost dead. Suggested I should replace the tire because it would be safer but there was no pressure at all. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and great guys. They were so helpful and friendly. I literally left Maxon Mazda service where a had an appointment and warranty on my tires and would have had to wait 3 hours and wouldve paid $45. Got to STS with No appointment and was out of if there with in the hour at No cost. What a difference in service and attitude.

So lucky to have found these guys! My wife and I were in there area with our 2 small children when we got a nail in our tire. We were driving around for a while trying to find a tire shop that would help. Most places told us we had to wait 2 hours and still may not get to us today. We randomly found STS and told them about our situation. They took us right away and we were on our way in 20 minutes! These guys are the BEST!!!

Went there my car was overheating and losing coolent,the young man at the front counter is very nice,and professional. However mechanics need training or glasses,they replaced a hose but failed to see the crack in radiator right in front of where the hose is attached. 2 days after this my car started smoking big time, fortunately my mechanic was open.took him 1minute to spot crack in radiator. So now Ive paid twice for the same issue to be fixed.I will not go back there,and I recommend unless you need wipers or something very minor dont go there.

Went in to change 2 tires. In the process of changing the tires, Patrick, the technician showed me that my brakes were worn out & posed a serious safety issue. I had many other questions which Patrick, together with John, the manager, patiently answered all to my satisfaction. They were honest, sincere and I did not feel pressured nor got any feeling of being ripped off, unlike how I feel when I go to other auto shops. I had to leave my car & John was so kind to make arrangements with Brittney, the front desk lady & asst. manager, to drive me home in spite of the fact that they were so busy. She also called me several times for updates on the repair of my car. Everybody was so nice, kind, honest, sincere, and professional!!! Best customer service!! The guys here were great! Morning of my birthday I woke up to having tire issues. Took it to the Mavis on up the road and they had a 1 hour and 45 min wait to look at my car. I asked if they reccommended any places near by as I didn’t want to wait that long and the guy told me about STS up the road. So glad i went. Trevor who I think was the manager and the person who greeted me was soo nice from the get. Told me he’d be with me in 20-30 min and sure enough! They had me outta there within the hour. Didn’t have to stress on my birthday. Kendale was also super friendly and so was the guy who actually patched up the holes in my tire…name was Reggie I think…Highly reccommend these guys if you’re in the area. I had a tire that was not holding the pressure on my VW Tiguan and I suspected a nail. I took it to STS Union ( have been there before) and was told by the manager that the wait will be about 35 minutes. All the bays were full. The interior is very clean so that was not a problem. The car was taken in about 30 minutes and in 45 minutes the manager advised that my car was ready. I tried to go to the desk to pay but to my amazement he told me it was complimentary. I would have gladly paid $ 25-30 as the overall service was excellent. Has always been. Kudos to the manager & the team for maintaining high standards of customer care. My visit was yesterday - 16 July, 2021.

Received an notice on the dashboard on my car of.low tire pressure. On a wing and a prayer I stopped by in the hope that so.eo e would favor me with air for my tire. Approached the first auto-mechanic on site, indicated my situation and asked if he would be so kind to fill my tire.He smiled, took a look at my car and agreed to render assistance.A moment or two later, he spoke with a fellow auto-mechanic and as he returned promptly, said someone would be over shortly.The same gentleman resumed working on the car he was repairing. About nine minutes, or so later, an auto-mechanic appeared with a tool of sorts, peeked at the tire and proceeded to administer air.I told him he was my night in shining armor and he accepted me compliment with a smile...I thank him again and again for his time, kindness and overall good nature!Much to my regret, I did not have any cash by which to tip him, but I did ha e a complimentary card to a local eatery, but when I asked him if he dined at the establishment, he replied that he did not. Again to my regret I was unable to give him the card. Hopefully this story will reach his ears and heart and that he will receive the favor of my gratitude and best wishes withinand throughout this message...A note of gratitude, again to the initial auto-mechanic and all.In closing, STS Tire your service is appreciated and warmly acknowledged.Peace and blessings to you all...

They have good prices but they take too long they give you a appointment for tires and foget to see they have them in stock in that case li me you wait 3 hrs and they tell you tires are not in stock amd they just say sorrynot very organized and unreliable i will never go back rather go to pep boys much better

I brought in my 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe to have my driver side window that was stuck to be fixed here at this STS location. I was asssited by John the manger. He was very professional and helpful, explaining step by step what the cost of the part and labor would be. They fixed my window in about an hour and a half, no scratches on my door or any dirt left behind, I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience here at this STS location. John worked with me, he provided outstanding and excellent customer service and support! The staff treats you and your vehicle like it’s their own. The staff thoroughly advises you of any problems that needs to be fixed. As I waited for my car to get checked they were constantly giving me an updates. This shop is a great place to take your vehicle when you need it taken care of in a timely manner.

Came in for 2 tires. John the manager took me inside the shop and showed me that I needed extra work done. He made sure my car was up to date with maintenance. Great guy, great service!

BUYER BEWARE: -Poor Mechanic Practices and Dishonest Sales Techniques--In short- never trust a first opinion here- always get a second opinion. Get quotes from other mechanics because I found STS charging $250 for $90 parts. Lost my trustOriginally went in for new outer tie rods and an alignment on a Cadillac with 77k miles. A few months later went to get the car inspected at another garage and they showed me that the tie rods were never installed correctly from STS and that it cant pass inspection. Spoke with STS on the phone and they said to come in for them to take care of it. Luckily I had warranty but it only covered the parts so I was still on the hook for an $87 alignment that they need to do after replacing the tie rods- again because they didnt install the parts correctly to begin with. And now they were claiming the parts failed due to the struts going bad - even with no evidence of them going bad. They explained because the struts were bad that it caused extra strain on the tie rods, causing them to fail early. And to most people that would make sense and youd feel pressured to spend the $800 on the spot. However they didnt mention the fact that the parts werent installed wrong- I looked at the bad parts while the car was on the lift and neither of them were greased like they were supposed to be and one of them didnt even have a cotter pin placed. So not even taking responsibility for bad workmanship, STS wanted to replace struts that 1) werent leaking 2) no signs of rusting out 3) the car never bounces hard when driving 4) the car never bottoms out when driving. None of these classic signs of bad struts were not occurring. Its evident that STS was only speculating on if the struts caused the tie rods going bad and not taking responsibility for their lack of workmanship.

My time there was amazing. These guys really know what they are doing. There wasn’t a time that I was not informed or aware of what was going on with my vehicle. Jason really took care of me went out of his way to make my experience go with a breeze I’m going to recommend this place to everyone I know

I came early to get my wheels and tires installed and left sooner than I expected. Jeff did a great job completing the task and I knew my wheels look good but seeing it in real life was insane. Unfortunately i didnt get the guy’s name at the front desk but he was really helpful with informing me on the right brands to use when I want to change my suspension. I recommend others to come here 10/10

I have never had a bad experience here. Labor cost is always sticker shock but after I try to find a better deal I always either lose with another shop taking too long or not doing it right. You get what you pay for and the staff are faster then I even expect. Sometimes I think theyre calling because of an issue only to be told my vehicle is ready to be picked up. And did I mention theyre honest, I usually know the issue already, they have never tried to upsell a job. Great job crew!
