Very helpful service agents and parts guy was very helpful as well. Helped me save atleast $200
This place shut down... Go to another location.
I was trying to call and all the extensions have full mailboxes so I was not able to connect to a representative aka poor customer service.
I dont hate anything, the line was constantly busy and I was NEVER able to get thru
For the longest time I was trying to get in contact with this service center so I could get the oil change that my car was due for. But every time I call this place they either don’t answer or it goes to voicemail and I can’t even place a message because the voicemail is full EVERY SINGLE TIME. I could call everyday at all different times (within their hours obviously) and still not get a response! How are you going to run a business when you always have a full voicemail and you don’t answer your phone? I obviously went somewhere else to get my services done (After attempting to Make an appointment with you guys but failed after weeks of attempts), but I would be very upset if My car Was still under warranty and I needed to get something done and couldn’t because of this issue. Very dissatisfied with this location. Its obvious they dont wanna help customers because if they did they would answer their phone and check their voicemail everyday, at least once. Ridiculous.
Very nice people
It was horrible! I paid for extra coverage for the tires, rims, windshield, dents, and upholstery. When I went to use my coverage back in November, they told me they couldnt find it. They took over the old dealership but didnt have any paperwork on file. We made some calls and I was told that they found my coverages and I was good until March. When I went back in February, the story changed. They refused to honor their word and the coverages which I purchased. Bad business. Also, when I received my car back there first time, it smelled like cigarette smoke. That wasnt something I wanted my 2 year old around! New ownership but same old you know what.
Service was excellent. Prompt professional and suggests needed service but are not pushy
Union Service is closed someone who worked for them said they are closed and they never opened the doors today to service my car. I had an appointment along with other people we all waited and had to leave because they are closed. Don’t buy a car there you can’t get service.
Difficult to get an answer when you call them, overpriced, and they never do a decent job with the carwash. Didnt even bother to vacuum leaves from passenger side floor! Bye bye Volkswagen.
Ive always gotten terrific service from VW of Union Service Center. Theres no up-selling of repairs. Theyve been completely up-front with me. You need to give them lead time if youll need a loaner vehicle. Nothing unusual there... When I had an issue with a used car Id bought from their sales department, the service dept. was prompt in fixing the matter. In the past, Ive used discount repair shops. What a mistake! Im sticking with this shop!
Its hard to find a trusted mechanic or workshop for a car. I took my car there and thought there was a major issue because the car went into safe mode, come to find out, there was a small oil leak and the oil had gotten low. They remedied the problem by changing the oil and sealing the leak, and instead of lying, which we know mechanic do, they explained what it was and just charged me for the oil change which was due anyway. Theyve earned my trust
Took what felt like forever waiting for the part. But all service agents were very courteous, attentive and detailed with their explanations. Id take my non VW cars there if I could.
I have a VW GTI and took it here for maintenance, the entire staff is friendly and informal. They took very good care of my needs and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. There was even a shuttle bus that was talking its customers to Starbucks and back for free. Well air-conditioned room with snacks and a television along with a very clean restroom. I will definitely keep coming back to this location to keep my car in great condition!
I have been bringing my car here over two years and they continue to increase the prices and waiting time for simple work. Some of the staff are not pleasant. I will not be getting any work done here anymore. $600 for front brakes to be changed is a rip off!!
They charge two hours diagnostic fee of $270 upfront. They were not able to fix my car and still charge for this fees. I dont recommend it at all. This is s red flag about the whole Volkswagen dealership service.
VW of union service center is amazing! Erminda & David are the reason why I keep coming back. Erminda is empathetic and caring. She also is very knowledgeable and professional. Great service! Grear Staff! 5 Stars!
They provided me with a loaner and a free bagel. Customer lounge like in Mercedes dealership. I had few issues with their work but they reached back to me and resolved it very professionally.
I booked a service only to find the service department is closed for a while. Yet their online service does not indicate that they are closed, and it let you to schedule your appointment. I really regret buying a volkswagen car with the tire warranty, cause they dont even offer the service.
Excellent service. I had an electrical issue with my Atlas that prevented me and my family from driving home to Maine from New Jersey. Had my car towed to this service center because it was the closest one to me. Erminda saved my butt. She expedited my service and got me and my family on the road within a few hours. A couple of days later Erminda actually called to make sure we got home safe and the car was working properly. Thank you Erminda!
I have bought and leased many cars before and Union VW was the best experience so far. Brand specialist Kevin Santos and manager Mitch Patlock were very pleasant to deal with. No endless back and forth running with numbers, the deal was done very quick and straight forward. Now my daugher is very happy with her new Bottle Green Beetle Classic!
If I could give less than one star I would. Made an appointment for the scheduled service and oil change and my headlight was out. The loaner they gave us was dirty and dented, and THATS the silver lining to this story! They kept my car for 11 days because during their routine inspection they found an issue with the coolant and one of the tires. Finally, they say the car is ready to be picked up and when we get there....the fixed tire was flat on the floor. Get into the car to drive it to get air.....THEY DIDNT FIX THE HEADLIGHT.......AND MY OIL LIGHT WAS STILL ON! Call the next day since they dont have a late night so were already closed by the time we got there to pick it up and the MANAGER tells me they were never told to do either of those things! THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON FOR THE APPOINTMENT!EVEN BETTER......they gave back all their loaners and wouldnt have any until October! Well, my car ran out of oil and left me stranded......guess who didnt help?! I had to pay for my own tow EVEN THOUGH I PAY EXTRA EVERY MONTH FOR A COMPLETE SERVICE PACKAGE and havent been able to drive my car since because they are not offering any type of assistance to fix THEIR ERROR. We even tried to go to corporate and VW financial but when they contacted the MANAGER, she placed all the blame on us, apparently we didnt repeat what was needed over and over and over. The 4 phone conversations before the car was dropped off and the one at the facility werent enough. So basically I am stuck now paying for transportation back and forth to work due to their incompetence with no end in sight since they have no idea when they will get loaners to accommodate me. Sooooo, whatever you do, DO NOT GET YOUR CAR AT UNION VW OR USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT. spare yourself the headache that comes along with it.P.S. make sure you go over your contracts with a fine tooth comb, you would be surprised how many things arent covered on their TOTAL COVERAGE POLICY !!!
Horrible customer service. At VW of Union there is a culture of customer blaming, lack of ownership and dishonesty. I will spare you, the reader, the details of my experience and hope this review serves as a warning. I have been a brand loyalist for decades and after my most recent service, I will not return to VW of Union, neither is service or sales. I “vote with my dollar” and I choose to support a competitor. The GM of this location should be removed from his role immediately or spare the staff any further agony and resign. Shameful.
If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Absolutely the worst. Lets forget about the free refreshments and lets think about the value of customer service. They are rude, the staff is non educated in the work they a preforming. I took my brand new car there because a clamp on my turbo broke my car was making a very loud noise . And yet they told me nothing was wrong. I took my car to my father who works on cars as well. With in 30 seconds of looking under the hood he was able to tell me what the issue was. I took it back to the VW Service center and had to fight to explain to them whats wrong. After having a manger come look under the hood so I can show him where a clamp was missing was than they became apologetic. Another time UNDER THEIR SO CALL NEW AND IMPROVED MANGENTMENT. I need a new tire for my car they told me they didnt have it in stock they had to order it. Okay fine no big deal. But the order took 4 weeks before I heard anything from them. I had to call and say wheres my tire. Turns out my tire came and they sold it to someone else. And the person who ordered my tire quit the job. So its like my tire order never even existed. These are only 2 of the many bad expierces Ive had here. I will never ever bring my car here again. Nor will I ever recommend them even to my worst enemy.
Very thorough and excellent experience w the rep. Ed was great.
So far so good, their service rep Victoria is a true asset to the company
Terrible service! They don’t even pick up the phone! Called Sales as well and nothing!
We didnt have the work accomplished @ VW. Estimated, but was Way too expensive. Went to great local repair shop for 60% of the price
I would like to give no star. they are so expensive. the labors hours rate two time the part and hit my car and they didnt want fix it well.my advice be careful.
Good service very cozy waiting area
THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY SERVICE! THEY SOLD ME AN ILLEGAL CAR AND ITS BEEN IN SERVICE FOR MONTHS! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM PLEASE!!!
Their new service bt new ownership is great!
Great costumer service! This is easily the best dealership Ive ever had.
My wagon had a random leak, which put water in the engine and essentially ruined the motor. Given that there was nothing I could do to prevent this from happening, and that Volkswagen the parent company never informed the consumer, you could imagine my reaction when I learned that my car that had just passed its warranty needed a new motor for $12,000.Tamara was awesome, and worked with the manager and mechanic to get that bitter pill down to $4,000. I begrudgingly bit the bullet and fixed my car. About a month later, my brakes stopped working. You could imagine how I felt when I had to take my car back to the shop. They fixed them for FREE! And gave me a courtesy car for no charge. These people get it. They represent a huge multinational company that just committed one of the biggest acts of fraud in the history of the US yet they represent themselves with compassion and professionalism, despite defending a sub-quality product from a dishonest company. I commend them, and highly recommend their service. When VW gets around to buying my TDI from me, I intend on taking my new Non VW car to their shop.
Poorly Managed from top top top to bottom. Originally sold me a BMW that had been in a accident. eventually i was able to switch out for a different car with a little more miles and minus the back up camera :( . New mgmt has horrible attitudes.
Service was quick.. other than that..blah
I dont know about the service, nor do I expect to find out. The sales department, conveniently did not pay my loan on the trade in and now I have my first black my on my credit report.
One of the greatest services I have ever had since I got my VW.
Attempted to make oil change appointment kept getting the voice mail then discovered by coincidence that the place is closed. Their voice message does not say anything about being closed it only says to call later 😏
Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I bought my Audi A4 from the company and that is why I service my car there. But will never go there to risk my car with their unqualified technician. I was there to change my break pad and rotor which they promise will take 2 hours. After spending 3 and half hours there, they came back to tell me that the calipers are note good, they even took me to work site and showed me the part of the caliper that is not moving, out of annoyance I told the guy to put my car back together. the lady on the desk who was with me on the work site when the guy said he will put the old parts together because he cannot change the break pad and rotor without new calipers went and wrote a bile of $656 for me. I ask her for what she for the new parts and was arguing with me. The technician came and told her that he did not change the parts. she started ranting about who will pay for the parts that she ordered and called the manager. the manager told her if the parts are noted used return it for refund. Anyway the bottom line is I took the car to more qualified technician and they changed the break pad and the rotor. I specifically told them to check the calipers and make sure it is good. they told me that my calipers are in perfect condition. I will never go there to service my care again, I will be better off with road side technician. some dealers hire new graduates who have no experience and let them experiment with your car. the last time I went for oil change they wrong sticker on my car and did not recommend or mentioned anything on the check engine light that was on.
Couldnt get an estimate from service manager David, other than a VERY quick verbal estimate, in the $2,500 to $3,000 range. Went elsewhere for service, paid $1,760.00, exactly what the written estimate was for.
Professional personnel for all departments. On time and knolegenle on aspects of treating costumers !Thanks
Nice people work here!
Worst mechanic!! They took my car for contaminated gas 6 MONTHS AGO!! they kept ignoring my calls, not connecting me with the manager, they told me that they had to change my engine 3 times and so much more. I just got my car back, so now I have gas leak which is killing me with the smell! Everywhere I go people ask me what that smell is cause its extremely bad.. The smell has been making me really sick and I have no option but to use the car due to the fact this is my only car. These people dont know what they are doing they played me, took my car for a small reason only to find out I brought a horrible car, and let me tell you I brought this car about 7 months ago so I only used it for one month and its been in there shop since then. Im paying for a car that I didnt even use for 6 months. If my gas leak problem leads to serious harm, theres going to be a serious law suit against this company and Hudson Toyota whom sold the car to me with a bad engine which I had no knowledge in!
Worst service. Beware!
Closed. Not open for business anymore
The service desk goes to a recording. Called several times on 10/9/18 at 5pm with no answer
Dont waste your time not worth the hassle !!! Poorly managed ! Doesnt even deserve one star
Good work.
Friendly staff, cool waiting room
They are fine, but fine
This place is a dump
Very bad service, new staff is not very friendly, take a long time for repairs. week and a half to solve something.
Never had a good experience here. Always recurring problems and the staff doesnt know how to treat customers.
Service center....Great !!!
Second time taking my car for service here and they are very friendly and professional.
Great service!!! Fair prices!!!
Good communication with the customer.
Friendly personnel and great service
They say they cant give me a shuttle to get my car because I live 9 miles away. When initially they said its within 12 miles and they did give me a ride when I dropped my car. However, when I put the address in my map it says 6.3 miles!!
Great staff
Fair and accurate diagnosis
Great service
The staff is friendly and they have a coffee machine for the customers.
