I love the owner Jay whenever I toke my car there he would get his guys to take in the car pretty much right away and tells me what needs to be done. The pass two times(whoever the guy that so there now ) tells me it’s a 2 hours wait for a oil change(never waited 2 hours ) so I said okay and left today i went and asked the (same guy ) if he could give a look at my brakes for me to tell me if they need to be changed he tells me it’s a 4 hours wait and I gotta leave my car there and if I want to come back tomorrow ? I literally work on the road I’ve been going to this place since I lived in union not with two cars but three cars and it’s just like upsets me to know that I’m a loyal customer and I can’t just have my brakes looked at

Woke to a near flat. Limped my car over. They are really close. My first time there and they treated me like a long term client. I am now! Good guys. Very competent and very fair.

I’ve been here many times and I will continue to trust these mechanics with my vehicle. They’re diligent, timely, and honest. Tyrone is always going above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle is back on the road in no time. He goes the extra mile to make multiple calls for parts to get me the lowest price possible. Very great conversation as well. His customer service skills are commendable and is the reason Union Auto is my first choice when getting a repair. Although this auto shop is a bit pricier than other places, when I leave, I have piece of mind that the job was done right and that I did not get swindled into getting multiple repairs I don’t need. They’re good in my book 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Good service got it Don in a reasonable amount of time, but beware of adding extra services always try a negotiation a lower price they will work with you

Bad service, I’m new in town and they kept me waiting. I had even made a call upfront. When I got there I was ignored.

Update: 4 flat tires...Union is raggedy.. potholes everywhere...3 flat tires this week...these guys fixed it up quick and at a good price..I would recommend

They denied doing our oil change, after we drove the car and the oil light came on indicating 15% oil. That’s not the ending it started with putting a tire on backwards? I should have stopped doing business with them at that point but since I live in hillside and I wanted to support local business, how I regret that idea! Then on a basic spark plug change that gets screwed up and I suddenly have a engine gasket leak that needed attention so after all that I still had to go to my safe haven a REAL HONEST MECHANIC SHOP Wakeman Auto go there for real mechanic work to get done properly THE FIRST TIME. Never bring your vehicle here unless you want to take a chance and making your car worse then when you drove it in for help! Just go to Wakeman Auto!

Some people are just unreasonable,Union Auto took responsibly for their negligence and fix what they were responsible at no cost to the member . Now an oil change that was done at another shop was not the shops fault and Union Auto can not be held liable for that.Sometimes you just can do favors for some people...

First time was there they are awesome. Especially Jay the owner I had to bring company vehicle to get 2 rear tire repair. It amust I coming back for my personal car. If anyone knows this place you already knows

Ive been taking all of my cars there for 15 years. I love their work and honesty. They have become very good friends also. I send all my friends to get there vehicles serviced there and they all have been absolutely satisfied with there work.

I stopped in for help with a flat tire, my tire was cut right down the middle. I believe the owner helped me, unfortunately the tire I needed for my car was not at the shop but the owner directed me to another location. When I went to the location he directed me in, the owner of union auto shop had called ahead and let them know what I needed and when I got there they were able to help me. This action speaks for itself. The owner did not have to help me or direct me elsewhere, to another business but he was genuinely trying to help me.I recently went because my tire light was messed up and they were very helpful and able to find the main problem and fix it up.

We got an oil and transmission leak fixed about 2 months ago...our car is now on the side of the road due to our oil pressure being dangerously low! Despite other discrepancies in communication..I would suggest thinking twice before trusting your car to them
