We had an amazing experience with Express Union Tile while we were remodeling our bathrooms. Mike and his team helped us with the design and showed us several tile options that worked for various budget levels. They really made the process easy for us and our contractor. We ended up not only buying the tiles, but also the medicine cabinets, a shower door and the bathroom vanities from them. We are extremely happy with the service we received and the quality of the materials we purchased.

We worked with Ali at Express Union Tile on our Kitchen remodel. He came out and measured, listened to what we wanted and designed a beautiful new kitchen layout for us. Weve done our kitchen and master bathroom with Express union tile. Its a huge showroom with thousands of samples you can choose from. It is overwhelming to choose but with the help of the guys who work there made it so easy for us. As for the kitchen part, they came, measured, designed, and then sent a full 3d of the kitchen how it would look in my house. There was no guess work, everything went according to how they planned it. I recommend them.

We had the most amazing experience working with Mike (owner) and his entire staff! We remodeled a portion of our kitchen and remodeled a full bathroom as well as designed 2 brand new bathrooms in our Westfield home. Express Union tile designed a custom vanity for our new master bathroom as we couldnt quite find exactly what we were looking for. His designer captured our vision perfectly and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. For the full bath that we remodeled, we chose a vanity that was on display but wanted it in another color. Mike was unable to get a sample of the color we chose so he ordered the vanity in that color and told us that if we dont take the vanity when it came in he would just use it in his showroom! Now thats customer service!Express Union Tile has the most incredible selection of tile at every price range, the new showroom is gorgeous, the staff is courteous, patient and has great design ideas...I wouldnt shop anywhere else! I’ve done my kitchen in November 2020 with express union tile. Designer that was assigned to me was Jay. He was great to work with and very knowledable. We had several revisions that i requested but turn around of each design was very quick. We had to customize one of the cabinets and he even helped us with that because manufacturer we chose did not produce 10 inch depth cabinet.. i appreciate this place and I highly recommend it.

I began designing my kitchen and was passed amongst three designers after being told that they were overwhelmed and that both of the original designers were unable to help me. Each of the original designers, Mike and Jay, had corresponded via email with their beginning designs only after multiple emails requesting the designs and many MANY weeks going in between without correspondence. It was requested by the third designer, Ali, that I come in to the showroom, so I set up an appointment. When I arrived at my appointment, he was with other people. I waited quite some time and then spent a good amount of time with him picking out cabinets and coming very close to finalizing the design. After our in showroom consultation, I requested measurements of a specific area to ensure that there would be enough clearance around the oven with the door open. His response was completely inappropriate stating that their policy was not to provide measurements (after the other two designers had no problem with this-- something I called him out on and provided scans and screen caps of). He demanded a $500 deposit for measurements, and when I told him that this was an unreasonable request without pricing information on the cabinets and on the rest of the details and pertinent information about warranty, delivery etc, he began misquoting me saying I said things that I absolutely had not.They wasted an extreme amount of my time, were unresponsive without me chasing after them, when they did communicate it was ineffectively, there was extreme inconsistency amongst the designers as they had to restart designs with each designer that I was passed along to, and they made up policies and changed expectations as they went along. If my contractor had not recommended them and endorsed them how he did, I would not have wasted the time I did with them.Please dont waste your time-- you will be sorry!

We had to rip out our kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring on an emergency basis after finding mold. Ugh! This happened right before the holidays and during COVID. On the recommendation of my contractor, we contacted Ali at Express Union Tile Kitchen & Bath. Ali quickly helped us pick out new cabinets, flooring, and granite and promised that everything would be delivered to our home before Christmas, which was less than three weeks away. Ali (and my contractor) went above and beyond to deliver on this promise and the kitchen was completed on December 23! The cabinets, flooring, and granite are beautiful and were also very well-priced. I will be eternally grateful to Ali for his kindness, friendliness and expertise during a very difficult time. Highly recommend.

Hiring Express Union Tile was the one of the best decisions weve made for our home. Before finding them we had consulted with another kitchen designer who seemed mostly interested in up selling us and gave us an unreasonably high quote on cabinets. Sales representative at Express Union Tile on the other hand, presented us with a range of options, both in style and cost, and never pressured us about any decision. So Ive decided get my tiles from them as well. In addition, their kitchen design emphasized functionality and produced a layout that maximized the usable space in our kitchen. I encourage you to go into your consultation with an open mind as to your options.

I went to several backsplash and tile places before coming here last. 80% of the backsplashes are the same from store to store, but this passers had some very unique choices which I went with. The results were stunning and the prices very reasonable. If I had to say something negative it is that they dont do installation themselves but that did free me up to get it installed at a very reasonable price from someone Im familiar with. I thoroughly recommend this place for their unique selections and eye for what will look good.

I have been to this showroom few times. Though the place isnt a very large in size, but the inventory they do carry is much nicer then you would find in other big retail shops. Service is friendly and special order I placed came on time. I was happy with their service and the quality of tiles and other products I purchased for my bathroom. I would recommend them to others.

Great place first and last place to go. Initially, i thought this was a small place but they have so many selections and lots of items in the inventory. Mustafa was VERY VERY helpful, not once in the 2 hours i spent, he was pushy. he gave detailed informations on the tiles and hardwoord/laminate floors.. He was full of knowledge on the items they carry and suggested lots of great ideas on the items that we may have overlooked otherwise.. The price is just right; I did compare price of the SAME items at other places and his prices were much cheaper then the rest. Really really great experience. I would definately suggest them to anyone who is planning to remodel their kitchen/bath/ floorings..
