Most importantly, he always answered my call and was very responsive before signing, after we signed and after the project was completed. His showroom is fantastic and he offers a great product. Almost done with my kitchen remodel, still tiling. I considered painting my cabinets, I had HD come and give estimate for refacing with new doors and hardware (way more expensive than it seems IMHO) and considered three different remodelers. I shop around a lot, I mean I was in 8 different stores before I found My House Kitchen. There are a few things that this store differs from most stores. One is the great showroom you can see what the kitchen looks like instead of just doors on a wall which is what a lot of places have. The modern contemporary cabinets are just gorgeous. Finally the customer service is just top of the line (Rep. Han was awesome to work with.), they will work around your budget and I can guarantee you that you would come out there with the kitchen of your dreams for the price you had in mind.

This company put in a new kitchen and bathroom vanities for me of which I was extremely pleased with. Almost two years later I had an issue, no fault of theirs, and they were still there for me. We remodeled our kitchen which required a full tear out, including removing a ceramic tile floor. We worked with Bora and really appreciated his design sense and candor. Our family/extended family is on our 4th kitchen with My House Kitchen. The prices and service are excellent. Bora is responsive and great to work with - no nonsense and gets the job done. Recently we just remolded our entire Kitchen (major renovation) using services of My House Kitchen. From day one when we walked in the Union showroom, we were greeted by Allen. He was very helpful and patiently listened to our needs and wants. He suggested it would be best, if he came to the house for measurements and take some pictures in order to create the proper layout/design. During the course of 2 months we sat with him 3 different times, of course made few changes, lots of back & forth. Throughout this process Allen was polite and respectful. His recommendation on the the two tone cabinets was brilliant. The day we signed the contract and paid the initial deposit, we ran into the owner Bora . He took so much interest in the layout/design, his inquisitive nature prompted him to come next day (Saturday morning) to enhance/maximize the layout to our advantage. Work started as per schedule. Hats of to Ozzie, Gabriel and their entire crew. Clock wise, every morning they would show up and work the entire day( 6 days a week ). We ran into few obstacles, however, they found great solutions and resolved the issue every time. Whats impressive is the follow up skills of Bora and Allen . You call or text them and they are extremely responsive in getting back to you. The best thing about My House Kitchen is, one stop shop, they do everything. Complete demolition, installation of the cabinets, countertop, and flooring. Today, when my Wife and I step back and look at our Kitchen, it has the WOW factor !!

We had a wonderful experience with My House Kitchen from start to finish! I had reached out to many kitchen cabinet companies to get an idea of how they work and to find out the cost to replace our cabinets. No matter how many questions I had, Matt was always quick to respond and so friendly. He also listened to our needs and made sure our kitchen layout was how we wanted it to be. It wasnt the same with other companies. Two of the other companies provided a layout that was different from our request and then when we asked if they could make a change, they said we would have to put down a deposit before they could continue. After that, our decision was easy to go with My House Kitchen. They have an excellent showroom with so many choices and ideas. We were able to walk around freely without being bothered and then when we had questions, someone was there to help. Matt stopped by our house and took measurements of our kitchen space. Then we finalized and placed the order the next day. We realized we made a mistake on our end on the spacing of the cabinets in one area but Matt took care of it and adjusted our order. For our cabinets, it took 3 weeks for delivery. We decided to through My House Kitchen for the installation which occurred the day after delivery. Gabriel and his team were amazing! They did a fantastic job with the installation. We had an issue with the toe kicks not being delivered as well as some minor issues with a cabinet door and drawer but Matt was on it. The cabinet company worked on the order ASAP and Gabriel was back the next week. He is such a hard worker and made sure everything looked great. You can tell that Matt and Gabriel put a lot of pride into their job and make sure things are done right. We ended up going back to the showroom and ordering part of our backsplash from My House Kitchen after seeing it on display there. Overall, we cant say enough good things about Matt, Gabriel and My House Kitchen. We are so happy with everything and we love our new kitchen cabinets. We wish we had done it sooner. You hear so many horror stories about remodeling and contractors but we were so lucky to find a company that really does care about their customers. I highly recommend My House Kitchen.

Based on the prices we were quoted we thought wed have to compromise on the kind of kitchen we wanted. But on a recommendation from a friend, we visited My House Kitchen in Union - and were so glad we did. My House had the best prices by far. Their showroom was very nice -- clean, well-lit and a huge selection of cabinets, flooring and backsplashes. It was a very different experience than what Im used to. We never felt rushed or bothered - they were more than happy to let us browse for as long as we liked.We worked with Allen to design our kitchen. I highly recommend him. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. We went with Fabuwood cabinets - and although they are stock cabinets - with a few tweaks suggested by Allen - they ended up feeling more like custom cabinets. Allen was very helpful after the cabinets arrived as well, answering installation questions our contractor had and helping us resolve a few minor issues. Were super-happy with the way our kitchen turned out!A final note - My House also installs cabinets - and if we hadnt already signed a contract with our contractor, I would have chosen them to install our cabinets just based on how well our experience went during the planning process.

After going to HD and another cabinet place, we settled on using My House Kitchen. From the start of the process, to the end, I dealt with Evren, who I can honestly say, was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with me and my wife, and answered all our questions. Always responsive to texts/calls. We had a couple of design changes after his initial visit, and he was able to work in some of the features we wanted (a wine rack, and glass doors for some of the cabinets).We wound up getting our cabinets, countertop, floor tiles, and backsplash tiles thru them. We also used their installers for the cabinets and countertop. The installers did a great job and we are very happy with our new kitchen.There were a couple of setbacks, one was because my fridge was backordered (so not their fault), and the other setback was due to delivery of our backsplash tiles. We were told they were backordered and taking longer due to Covid, so we knew there would be a delay. In terms of price, they were fair, and fell in between a cheaper cabinet place (who had limited design flexibility) and the Home Depot quote which was higher.I would recommend this place for sure.

My mother and I stepped into the store ready to place an order for some tile, we were greeted poorly. My mother walked around just to look at some samples, and we waited forever for someone to come to us for assistance. Finally a man asked if we needed help, my mother said yes...no one came to help us. Everyone was on the phone seems like they were ignoring us. Terrible service. We walked out and no one said anything. Luckily there’s more tile places down the road. Definitely would not be coming back.

We learned that there is a lot of variation in quality - the hardwood cabinets are much more durable and feel richer. The hinges and soft close are also something we learned to pay attention to. All the positive boxes checked off at My House. Very happy with the purchase!

Working with Matt was one of the best decisions we made with renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. He was very kind. From start to finish everything went smoothly. With my old house, that doesnt have a level corner, the installer did a great job. Cabinets are a good quality. Too bad they dont do laminate tops. I had to go somewhere else for that. Overall, good place to do business at a reasonable price.

Im a detail oriented person who has to feel confident and comfortable with any project before proceeding. I visited My Kitchen and Han more than 5 times before taking the dive. All the while Han was very patient and answered each and every question. He was responsive to all my needs/changes while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. The cabinets were affordable, delivered on time and are beautiful. Ditto for the countertops. My contractor even said he is going to see if he can do business with them. Certainly check them out and their new expanded showroom. Ask for Han.

We just completed renovating our kitchen with the help of My House Kitchen and we could not be more delighted. They installed new cabinets, floors, and counter tops for us. We had a very good experience at My House. We were in the market for a new kitchen floor and countertop, and had gotten a quote elsewhere before visiting My House. Not only was the My House quote cheaper than the other quote (both materials and labor), but the selection in the store was much better. Also, our salesperson (Han) was very helpful without being pushy at all. Would definitely use this place again!

Bora is a very talented designer. and he made many suggestions to customize and expand the kitchen area for an optimal outcome. My personal plumber had installed a garbage disposal that was not done properly which caused my sink to shift. I have no knowledge about plumbing but this was a lesson learnt.
