I didnt get his name, but theres a elderly man that works where the screws and bolts are (I believe its aisle 20). He is very helpful. Not only did he help me with the screws bolts and washers I needed, but gave me some good ideals for the project that Im doing.

Of the several Home Depot locations I’ve been I enjoy this one the most. I’m usually in and out in fifteen minutes and if I ever need to find something quickly there is always a staff member around to assist me.As someone who does regular maintenance on both my and some of my families homes I am happy with the efficiency of my stops here and the quality of the products I have purchased.

This store started out as Villagers Hardware store, which was a Home Depot prototype for a smaller footprint location. Since the store is smaller than their big box locations, it has less inventory - so I am knocking off one start for that reason. The location is very busy, it is hard to find a parking spot on a Saturday if the weather is nice.

Donna was amazing very helpful knowledgeable gave us info on financing, a discount with the home Depot card extended warranty. Also her card and when to find her in the appliance department go see her. She also gave us an ice cold water. Go there but from her she is honest and worth asking for

Second time going to this store and is a waste of my time. I checked online for the product that I need, it shows they have, I go to the location and is nothing there, the associate confirm that they do have the product but they never find the item and I have to walk away with nothing. The inventory system is great, you can see if they have, but is useless if you can’t control where you put the item in the store.

This is one of the large Home Depots, that have almost everything. It is located on a Plaza with Homeggods, TJMaxx and Walmart.They have a very large outdoor/gardening/plants area that is mostly seasonal but with lots of choices. They also have a lot of tools for rent, large amount of construction material and the usual kitchen and bathroom appliances. Huge Parking lot. Not cheap, as usual with Home Depot. They have curbside pickup available.

Staff was extremely rude to me while picking up my order. They said “sir” a million times and then proceeded to imply I was stupid. Bad attitude, bad customer service, and I’ll never place an order for that location again.

Homedepot in union is not a well staffed store. Waited a half hour just for no employee to come and help me with questions that I had on a product. Had different employees call for help and still no one showed up.

Big place. Got lost still in garden center. Start new life.....

Like all other home deopt stores this one is well equipped but the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is the nearby one in Vauxhall has much better collection of items. The return was also a bit difficult here. The same return item rejected by Union was accepted by Vauxhall home depot.

Staff was very helpful and they had a good selection of succulents.

Great store and never a hassle like some of the others.

I was there may 24th order a refrigerator. She was so busy talking to her coworker. She failed to inform me of things. Offered me a discount of the displace but once she knew I needed delivery. She changed my order took off the discount. I had to read my receipt to find out. Went back to her then she try n explain. Now today I just got my order and I had to bring my refrigerator in my house by myself. Why would my order be an outside delivery for a big appliance. No one every told me this.

Interesting layout took a few moments to get used to. Great customer service and decent support.

Typical home Depot service personnel are nice and usually ask you if you need help special orders are not usually an issue but can sometimes take a while which is not unusual during these times..

4/9/21. Have never been to such a Home Depot. People look at you and say good morning. Helpful. Store is always put together. Obviously managers and people who care. Massive place, and the garden center is first rateGoing to up it to 5. Pretty darn good HD, in my experience. Most of the paint dept are friendly people, working hard, giving good advice/input. Garden center very friendly. Not much on advice, but it is a big box store afterall. My main complaint is nobody can ever be found for custom cut wood!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This store is awful. Its ok to run in and buy stock on the shelf and take it with you, but any large project orders, or pick ups I would definitely move on . I cant even tell the story, I dont think I have enough space, but from a consumer, who also manages a company that services consumers. THUMBS DOWN. From staff to managers. What a sad place.

To many employees chatting like they are on vacation day. No one seems worry to help. People just work there or their 8 hours pay. No because they really want to work helping us the customers. Managers are no where to be seem. I guess every one work there with only one purpose just to bring money home.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!Customer service/ assistance is none existent.I called for information and was transferred 7 times with employees laughing and having a grand old time in the background.Eventually the call was disconnected after 25 minutes with no assistance.There is need for immediate improvement.

Home Depot needs to train their staff that one of their major roles is helping people find what they need. Most people are walking around the store lost. I have been one of those people on numerous occasions. When I finally find an employee I have to run after them to get their attention. They can clearly see customers are looking for help but they try to avoid us at all costs! Usually it frustrates me so much that I just leave!

Had some trouble trying to purchase outdoor furniture. Cashiers said they are not allowed to sell chairs that were on display with more than 20 pieces in stock.

The gentleman who helped us in the washer and dryer department was okay. We had to go to customer service to pay since it was a delivery and that was a nightmare. After waiting for 30 minutes in line we encountered a young lady with a horrible attitude. The delivery was scheduled for 2 weeks away. We paid for our new appliances plus extra fees for new hoses and wires. Plus extra fees for removal of old appliances. Plus extra fees for them to hook up our new washer and dryer. 2 young men arrived on delivery day who from the start didn’t want to be there. They had attitudes from the start. The company was Forward Air....please don’t ever use them. There is so much more to tell but my lawyer advised me not to!

I recently lost my job and I wanted to do something nice to beautify my landlords rental property; along with my gorgeous husband Edward Gentile. Hes!a total hunk a hot convicted felon from Northern State Prison; a total bad boy! I went into Home Depot with my Handy Dandy Pinterest list in hand. I was totally unprepared for what I was about to encounter in the Home Depot parking lot. My husband was supposed to be working and he was in the parking lot with his best friends wife kissing her ever so passionately.To put the icing on the cake my landlords son was in Home Depot that afternoon. He saw tears streaming down my face and asked me If everything was okay? I could not talk I was so upset that my husband could be so bold with expressing his love so publicly. I escorted my landlords son to the parking lot to witness this public display of affection. I wanted to get a second opinion. He watched them engaged in their display of affection. My landlords son is a straight-shooter and gave me his honest opinion; that this was the most heart-warming and magical display of affection he has ever witnessed. He did not think my husband was capable of such a beautiful act of love. My landlords son said he has never seen two people so in love and romantically engaged in a public parking lot. My husband was literally glowing he looked so happy and alive for the first moment in his life. My landlord son was honest and straightforward and told me I never saw your husband look at you and kiss you the way we are watching at this very moment. My landlords son said this was like watching a mix between Nicholas Sparks The Notebook and Fifty Shades of Gray. My landlords son suddenly made my anger dissipate he made me realize that people change and your husband is happy; and if I love my husband I should want to see him happy. Home Depot will be a Giant reminder of the first me and my landlords son witnessed two married people chasing their love for each other and happiness no matter what the risks are.

Thank you so much to the customer service associates who assisted me with my buy online, pick up in-store purchase. Really appreciate them taking the time to fully understand the situation and help me figure out a solution.

Today I was calling the customer service to figure out if they have the jack stand shown on their website in the store, the first customer representative just hang up after a brief hold, the second one made me hold for 20 mins and the third one asked me again what is the SKU number, she told me it is available, then I asked her in which asle it is, she transferred the call to the fourth and eventually told me they dont have it. Great customer care. Wasted half an hour and got nothing. You are worth 0 star.

Didnt have what I needed

Lots of supplies but shelves have gaps here and there. The inventory online is ok but often says low stock and needs to be checked at the store... and I go there and they have 13 so not sure what low means. Lots of items available for pickup which is good. Lockers for the small stuff. Entry for the pros picking up bigger items and supplies.

You have lots of parking spaces. The attendants were ready to help you get what you want. They had all the items I wanted. I gave them 4 stars because I didnt like SOME of their prices.

Looking for lawn and garden stuff, left empty handed. Must be early still.

Been waiting 20 mins for help in plumbing literally asked the same guy to call in for a associate, he did three times and not one person has shown up. Usually I have nothing bad to say about Home Depot, but today it changed my mind. I rather go to a third party hardware store then this store ever again!!Here’s the best part they send me over someone after 28 minutes of waiting who knew nothing about plumbing thanks Home Depot you guys rock!

Seriously, HD used to have great custom service. My experience today was terrible. I placed an online order which was fulfilled. It took them half an hour to locate it and the person helping never came back to find me. I think she went on break or something. Another person brought it to me and it was chipped. So i had to send them back to replace it. Sigh. I used to work at HD and worked at a might higher standard in our store. So frustrating.
