I took my son’s vehicle to get a new radio out into his Volkswagen CC. The staff was very professional and the work was done was very well done and timely. Going back to get a Headlight replaced. I would highly recommend .

A single star rating is too generous for this place. I had the unfortunate need to get an interlock installed in my car last week and my experience was just horrible. At first the guy in charge, a Mr. Duke would not answer any questions about the use of the device and my car would not start. He looked at me as I struggled with the device for a full 10 minutes and in desperation, I went over and appealed for help. He told me to find a youtube video then changed his mind and asked for my phone. He pretended to search for a video but the first thing he did was subscribe me to his youtube channel without asking for my consent. He then gave me my phone back and proceeded to tell me how to use the device as if I was wasting his time....But the worst was still to come. When I went to the NJ MVC yesterday morning I was told that the Duke had omitted to include one of the required forms in the paperwork. The MVC gave me a fax number where the Duke could send he docs but this shop has no fax machine. So I drove 50 miles back to autosound and was made to wait for one and a half hours and then handed back the requisite form without an apology or any remorse whatsoever. The customer service at this business is way below par and very disgusting. If you respect yourself I would advice you to give this place a wide berth and take your money elsewhere.

When in to get some info and see if a part was broken. it checed out ok.. no push on sales. took his time with me. i would buy from them in the future

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. First Reason is because I came in to get a subwoofer installed into my car today and they took ridiculously long. I dropped it off at 8AM and didn’t get it back until 5:30PM. The customer service was not good at all. One of the mechanics kept saying that the high to low part for the subwoofer I bought is defective. That I needed to pay for the part he sells. I get it electrical parts can be defective out the box but every time I asked for him to explain he kept walking away from me like he was avoiding the conversation. Another thing I found rude/disrespected about is that even though they knew the unit they installed was defective. They refused to remove it because “it will take to much time”. To me that is not polite customer service at all and is no way to treat a customer. They rushed putting it together in the end. Wires not put into the amp properly. Looks a mess. Things all over the place. Reason I write this review is because I don’t want anyone to have to go through what I did with such rude and disrespectful customer service. For anyone reading this I would not recommend you give this place a chance! They will screw you over in the end.

This was my third time using them for remote start installation. Work is always first-rate with fair prices. The owner is very knowledgeable in all kinds of automotive modifications like alarm systems and sound systems.

Brought my 2015 wrangler in for a full speaker upgrade and interior lighting installation and was the best decision I made. The owner Duke was very helpful, extremely intelligent in this field and charged me half the price other places were charging. Techs are fine... work is neat and clean... would advise bring your own equipment because they use cheap products... installed hid lights in my car and i had to replace either the ballasts or bulb every month... took it to Audi after I was fed up and they said the wiring connectors weren’t rated for the wattage and were melted.. my question is did he know this one of the many times I came for replacements and simply charged me for a more expensive bulb or ballast when it was the connector the whole time ... I dont Know but there’s a better place exactly across the street

Duke, aka the owner, was VERY patient with all of my questions. I asked a lot before choosing my stereo set up and he was very kind and answered all I needed, and the result was flawless, no scratches in my interior and he saw other problems electrical wise which he helped fix as well. Win win baby!

I initially stopped by to inquire about installing a new radio in my 2005 Honda Accord and met Duke, the owner who couldn’t be more honest. Turns out this is a very common issue after discussing options, I suggested I’d prefer to replace with the same factory radi that I could get on eBay, not an add-on kit with bezel. There was no hard sell and he simply said, bring it in and we’ll install it for $xx.After 2 weeks when I got the radio, I stopped in, he was very courteous, had a few customers ahead of me but then swapped out the replacement radio/AC controls in no time.Nice and clean, no marks around the dashboard. Perfect job and at an awesome price. No sales pitch to install a newer radio with Bluetooth and bells and whistles. Duke and the crew are honest, hard working guys who deserve all of the positive reviews they get. Definitely will be back for a remote starter on my other car. RT22W. I went to autosound for a video in motion for radio to play through car phone mirror link spent $600 and ithas not worked at all. I have taken car back several times without situation being resolved. Why would you install something in a vehicle your not sure it works.

Ive been here twice.First time, I walked in looking for a compact subwoofer to install under the car seat. They are na Alpine authorized dealer and had exactly what I was looking for in stock. They also installed it Nad never had a problem with it for years.The second time, I simply wanted a dashcam permanently installed wired directly to the car.No problem! They were able to do a clean install with no wires showing!Not going to mention names but I use to go to a other car audio shop in the Ironbound section of Newark and got tired of their BS.Autosound on RT 22 always delivered for me, never had to wait, never a delay and never any BS.

(White Nissan Juke) My LEDs had problems but every time I take my car to get looked at the owner makes sure he fixes the problem with no problem. Always service with a smile. I have recommended friends and family, all happy customers.

A year ago I set out on a quest to upgrade my car system in a car thats vitually impossible to change. After visiting several shops and doing my research for what I want, I ended up at Autosound Two. Even after giving him a hard time, he gave me a good sound and advise on how to make it even better. Despite his earlier advice, and months of more research, I ran around again just to end up back at his shop! First time and it was a great experience!

Went here 6 time for HID lights in 1 yr. lights kept going out then the Balis went bad had to keep replacing items for the same issues. Then finally after the last visit I was told that I needed to put resistors to make the lights stay on. They said it cost $60 each. I refused to pay that since I’ve paid for the same issues 4 of the 6 times I visited. Went to guy in my own neighborhood that explained that Dodge and Chevy doesn’t work without resistors when after market HIDs are installed. He also told me the resistors costed $45 dollars a PAIR. This place is a rip off. Don’t go in fresh U will be a victim.

Since I first got a car and started getting aftermarket items, Ive gone to Auto Sound. First at Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ then Union on Rt 22. I have always recommend everyone I know to visit them for tints, hid, sound systems, etc. But after today 7/11/15, I will be searching for some place else. After speaking with the owner DUKE last week and on the phone yesterday i was given the following prices:HID-$150.00, with adjustment harness for my 2015 Jeep JK +$50@ $200 installedAmp kit for a subwoofer and amp install $75. jnstalledI showed up at 8:15AM since they are first come first serve with the intention of getting the amp installed and doing both my headlights and foglights converted to HID, but I was given different prices today by other employees.HID-$200.00 plus $50 for adaptor harness @$250.00Amp Kit -$90 plus cost of install.Seriously... if you do business with them, ONLY work with the owner.
