Walked in to PC Richards for the first time was greeted by a real nice sales person named Saint Moreau. He was very knowledgeable on the appliances that I was looking to at and patient. He answered all my questions and took his time explaining all the different features of each appliance. He recommended a mattress from Sterns and Foster called Reserve which I didn’t even know much about but once I got it delivered and tried it out I suddenly fell in love. This was one of the best purchases I ever made. I will definitely go back and see Saint again for all my future purchases.

Buyer Beware, I never write bad reviews, 0% Customer Satisfaction! The 1st red flag should have been that there are more Salesmen than Customers in the store! I called Corporate which is the same phone # for Customer Service. I was hung up on Multiple times even b4 speaking to an agent! I was waiting for an exchange for over 5 weeks, so I wanted a refund. Finally Customer Service Authorized an in-person refund, so I went to the Union Rt 22 store. Refund refused, stating there was nothing in the Computer showing my Complaint?? While waiting for the Manager I called back PC Richards CorporateCustomer Service lineJose stated, the lady I spoke to that authorized my refund doesn’t exist??I purchased 2 Washing Machines & 1 Matching dryer. The next day I wanted to return/upgrade 1 washing Machine to a more expensive model! The Manager sent a Service Tech to evaluate Washing Machine(Scam), don’t need a technician to upgrade. The Upgrade is a Scam, PC Richards charged my Credit Card for a Maytag Washer & no calls ever came for delivery date. Why is PC Richards Selling Washing Machines not in stock? The Manager states we don’t sell “TRIAL Merchandise”, refuses refund on 1 out of 3 purchases?? Why is the Manager stating Supply Chain/Covid issues (SCAM), my Salesman told me the delivery dates of 9/7 & 9/8 for Maytag & Whirlpool??I now know the Store Manager & Corporate do not care about repeat Customers!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! “0” STARSOnly use Credit Card with Buyer Protection, like AMX!!!Customer Service DID nothing but hung up on me & recharged my Credit Card!!

I went to the store not knowing exactly what I wanted specifically but one of the employers, his name is Joshua, came and helped out a ton. He seemed fairly knowledgeable about the products he was selling so I just stayed under his guidance and what I needed. No regrets in getting what I paid for.

The store PC Richard & Son in Union & Saint Fleur, our sales counselor gave us awesome customer service. He took the time to explain the timing of deliveries and the break down of the price. He really helped us out through this process, and stayed on top of it until the delivery was made. Thank you for your help! Goes to show good customer service still exists. If you’re ever in the store make sure you ask for him!

Expect to pay more upon delivery, if they actually deliver it without shattering the item on your driveway. We haven had one successful delivery with being told that we needed to pay $100 for a new outlet or $10 for an additional dryer vent or $65 additional dollars for a plastic waterline after you already paid for a copper line hookup.

Allen was very helpful in helping with a speaker selection for an outdoor church event. He and his manager helped to clarify the sound technology to obtain a high quality performance speaker. Disgusting service. The store manager was too busy to help a paying customer find one thing. He also argued with me that hes so busy and his staff is bisy( his staff was not l, they all ignored me when I asked for help) I wasnt greeted or helped even after asking for it. I do not stand for spending money at a company who cant respect their customer. If I could zero stars for the service here I would. Its the bare minimum

I was looking for a refrigerator a month ago. I was on a very tight budget. Mr. Donald More was so patient and helped me look through all the refrigerators within my tight budget. What makes Mr. More stand out from the rest was how professional and patient he was although I did not eventually buy a refrigerator.I would definitely look for Mr. More in the future if I have any mattress or appliances I need to get.

My husband and I were in need of a new refrigerator. PC Richard was the business we wanted to look first due to their offering of an 8 year warranty. My husband first visited and spoke with the sales associate, Mike. He showed Mike options for what our space allotted for within the budget we had and then all the information was relayed to me. The next day, I accompanied my husband at the store and met Mike, who continued to show us various models while accommodating all our questions and standards. He was knowledgeable and patient, not at all pushy. At the end of this visit, we ultimately did not buy because we were still just wanting to be certain for a major investment. We slept on our decision and ultimately wound up back in the store the very next day and met with Mike once again. He helped us realize that the model we were looking at would physically work with the space we had, even showing us space comparisons. Finally, he gave us our quote, including the 8 year warranty we were interested in, and we decided to buy. We are looking forward to a more modern refrigerator backed by a comforting warranty, thank you Mike and PC Richard staff!

Thanks to Saint for being super helpful with our wall air conditioner purchase. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was super knowledgeable of the appliances and appeared to give us the best the recommendation. He also tricked me into writing this review, claiming I’d get a discount on an item that was already marked down.

After looking for help for 20 minutes in a competitive retailer, I drove to PC Richard in Union and was greeted at the front door by a salesperson who immediately offered to help me. Rohan was pleasant, helpful and professional. He answered all my questions, made suggestions that were very informative, so made my TV purchase experience extremely pleasant.

We had the best experience!! We had to buy a lot of appliances at once for a renovation and while most places were giving us a difficult time to get everything in on time with a good deal, we walked in and out in less than 30 minutes and got everything ordered with great appliances within our budget and with Alfredo providing fabulous service! He got the job done.

I purchased an iPad in July and today (10/03) I had to cancel because I never received the product and the store doesn’t give me any due date. So I was in the dark all this time. I tried to contact them many times, I called, I went to the store, I called customer’s service, and nobody was able to help or give me an logical explanation. The salesman and manager Lala never returned my phone calls. I will never buy anything there again.

We purchased a 65” tv last year which blacked out on occasion. Excellent service was provided by Vincent but after several attempts and part replacements it became obvious the tv was not reparable. Mike and Rob at the Union store honored the warranty and allowed return and replacement of the tv on the same day it finally failed. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and care with which both Mike and Rob assisted us. We have been longtime customers of PC Richard and son and plan to continue to enjoy their excellent service.
