I recently bought a new phone from this store. I was in sore need of an upgrade and the representative I dealt with was very friendly, patient, and helpful. She took to the time to make sure that everything worked out for me. The next day I realized that I couldnt find my drivers license so I called the store to check. I called and got a different representative who couldnt locate my license but he made a very genuine effort to check. I worked at a nearby retail establishment on Rt 22 in a customer service driven department so I know good customer service when I see it. I give both reps high marks for that!

I walked in the person start spiking spanish I said I dont speak Spanish he refused to speak English I asked for English speaking person.he spoke in english and said get out of my f.... Store.this is the store in rt 22 union nj

I would not deal with these people at all, went in to purchase a phone for my Son, The police were called due to an altercation, took me about 1hr & a half to get the phone, later I found out passwords were picked for us we didnt have, Auto pay & insurance were added to my bill without my permission, It took me 11 phone calls to try to get my funds back for a phone my Son lost a week later but was still being billed, still no refund, I was hung up on by Customer service twice, Also had to drive to get pin from store, once I did that she had to guess it, therefore the account was locked out of again & customer service told me to go to store again & show id,horrible experience, Metro hires alot of hood unprofessional people, I would never do business with them, I was also lied to by Customer service twice about the refund, NEVER!!!!

Great service. I upgraded my device and sales associate was wonderful. She did everything possible to meet my needs. She helped me transfer contacts and pictures, when I had no idea what my google password was. Great staff. Highly recommended! ☺

The girls from that store were so talkative and entertaining and knew their stuff. I had Keila G. and she saved me a lot of money last week. Best customer service Ive had. Definitely gained a new frequent customer.

I wish I can give this store a zero start, the lady that is working at that location in the afternoon is The most lazy and not aware of customer service relation at all she is so rude I went to that iStore to activate a new phone number in my number and she was Keeping me all kind or negative dont do what you have to do to make me believe that they Sim cards dont work on my phone the one that she gave in the store when she only supposed to put my old Sim card on my phone. But always told me that I have to pay $30 I dont even complain about it I say OK I can pay but she dont need any right to do anything else just being negative I also asked please can you put a Glass protector on my phone and she say its not my Fall if I put it in the screen came with bubbles and I told her it will happen if I would buy a screen protector here she say when you dont buy it over here and I told her you know what forget about it you are so negative to do anything for me Thank you anyway I dont want to go back to the store anymore and she just reply so dont come back that was very rude maybe she just want to get fired and Collett the unemployment with that kind attitude.

VERY NASTY DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES. CALL TO ADD A LINE AND JUST LIKE THE OTHER STORE OVER CHARGINGING CUSTOMER AND TYE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEEHANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME. I CALLED METRO PCS AND FILE A COMPLAINT. THEY NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS OR EMPLOYER NEEDS TO FIRE ALL OF THEM POINT BLANK PERIOD.. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL..

The worst experience I had has been with the workers in Metro Pcs route 22. Customer service was terrible. The girls there messed up my phone transfer twice. My phone Lg Stylo last version started messing up in 3 weeks. They took 4.5 weeks to get me a new phone. When my new phone arrived the sales person delete my picture without telling me. I so upset. I hate Metro Pcs and I hate Route 22 in location also.

Short story? The worst store ever.Dont go.If you wana save your money and your day..avoid it.They dont accept credit cards and that should be the first alert sign to anybody. I bought an i phone $340. Before signing the contract...( that i DIDNT read) i asked the sales girl:Is there something i should know before I sign it?..She said:NO...Two hours later i went back decided to change the phone for a more expensive one 100 dolars more(paying it, of course). They refuse to sell the phone because Im an old customer and they only do exchanges for new customers. For old ones they use a coupon and it can be used one time. Even if i want an expensive phone...they wont sell it to me. I asked for the manager and they refused to give me the name, or the name of the owner and after arguing a lot,they gave me one phone numeber...with no name. They should explain clearly whatever the customer needs to know that may result in holding them hostage to a tricky contract...I asked, they said, No. Bad customer service.Bad acttitude 100% Unprofessional ...i would say Dishonest.Even when i paid with a debit card(remember, they dont work with credit cards) i am looking forward to cancelling my purchase and going to an honest and friendly store

Strange, is it a metro store or not ? I could not find it through their website nor would they honor website pricing on the iphone 7, so i went to an authorized dealer(not store) and got it for a $100. cheaper.

The manager at this location also managers the location at Jersey Gardens Mall. She isnt very helpful. I purchased two HTC Desire and the phones only worked for about four days.They keep telling me the phones are back ordered. They have been for a very long time because the phones are crappie.they wont issue a refund.
