Just left the store. Nice store. Good selection. Good music. The male greeter was nice.One of the cashiers did not greet me. Was just staring at me. Told her i wanted to return a pair of sneakers. Said she was waiting on me to show her receipt. Showed it to her. She assumed i knew the processing steps and told me the screen prompt is waiting for you.. I’m like oh, you didn’t mention it. She Said - ok all done. I had to ask her about receipt followup. Didn’t say thank u or have a good day as transaction finished.I just walked out instead of looking around again as i had planned. Lost a customer.

One cashier person and one person on the floor who chooses not to be welcoming. Simple question was presented, May I trouble you . The female associate answers with Im walking towards you. This was not a correct answer, if one shops there its at your own record.

Horrible customer service. I would have gotten better service shopping online ALONE. I walked in and was not greeted. I never had anyone ask if I needed help. I literally had to take sneakers off the wall and walk to a associate. Every sneaker I asked for my size, I was told real quick we dont have that size. Not once did they look in back stock. Then I grabbed a sneaker off the wall that was my size and I asked the associate if I could try them on. She gave me back the sneaker I had and walked away without grabbing the matching pair. I was truly livid! I walked out that store buying two pairs of sneakers only because the displays were my size and staff was forced to do their job and grab the pair. Never again!

Love the crew working tonight 060921. They let me in even after the store was suppose to be closing. BIG THUMBS UP TO MY PEEPS!!!

This footlocker was DRY no good shoes at all & employees didn’t even flinch at us being there

Went into the store yesterday, where I was the only customer in the store. 4 employees were at the register and no one greeted me. Started looking around and for 10 minutes no one asked if I needed help. When I finally asked a question I was given a quick NO and she turned around to continue talking to her co workers. No one tried to help. Horrible customer service! I left and went next door to Snipes where they greeted me and had excellent customer service.

I want to try and one in the size that he needed even though they didnt carry you I ended up ordering them off line
