Went there on a Sunday and they were very rude the manager was no help while he laughed and joked at the counter as well as the store associates walking around with headphones in their ears. Theyre not knowledgable about sneakers that are in stock. I asked for a specific type of shoe and they didnt know what I was talking about. After this visit I wont be going back to that or any location of kicksusa. I wouldnt recommend this sneaker store to anyone. Poor customer service.

Me and my boyfriend Purchased 3 pairs of sneakers and in one of the boxes there were 2 left sides... tried contacting the store and got no answer several times.. now I have to wait to get it switched...
