The prices are amazing! Better than dollar store prices better than W-mart or discount drug stores. In many cases better than supermarket and Costco. Its clean, orderly, never crowded pleasure to shop.

Not only is the store easy to navigate and find what you need, the staff is lovely! My husband and I came in to purchase a TV stand, and Ivette and Sarah, who rang us up, were great, super friendly and very helpful. Were definitely coming back soon!

As discount stores go it was okay. To me what puts it ahead of others is that they sell Broyhill furniture. (I was not shopping for that though).

Furniture, rugs, appliances, makeup, bed and bath, snacks, painting supplies, Christmas gifts, toys, and other stuff. Worth browsing.

They have everything. And a really nice staff.

I was going to purchase a sofa and bed from here. But they dont deliver, they use a second party delivery service. So I am spending over $1000 on merchandise and then have to pay an additional $300 for delivery??!! You have got to be kidding me!! And the staff could care less about what you are saying to them. Not good at all!! Very disappointing 😟😟

Slowest checkout. Even though its more convenient I will go to another location.

When you need the part to a mop that you cant get anywhere else. Its a large store with a lot of hard to find stuff

I picked up a couch from there good price. Delivery is 3rd party but that wasnt a problem.

Rep at the register was great. Courteous and helpful. Place was well stocked and clean. Will go there again eventhough its out of my way.

Big store,clean, it seems like all big lots have different types of products, but it seems like the further you travel in new Jersey is where these I want to say better products are. The employees are always very pleasant and helpful.I also have a problem with senior citizens discounts and military, the only way this business gives it is if you join their rewards program.

Great place to shop, they have a little bit of everything from food to furniture, i went there and found a sofa i wanted, i put money down on it and wanted to have it delivered by Sat because Tuesday was my birthday unfortunately i got a call on Thanksgiving saying that my Sofa didnt come and i had to come and pick out another one, i was a little disappointed til i got to the store, and met up with a great salesperson named (Manny) i picked out 2 other sofas that i liked and be said he would try to get one of them in before my, he did, i got a call one day before my birthday saying that he got the sofa that i really liked the most in. Not only did he get the sofa but he also wished me a Happy birthday and gave me a great price on the sofa, great job Manny for going above and beyond to help me, so people if you want great customer service, ask for (Manny), he deserves a raise, keep up the good work Manny👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I like the Big Lots in Union on Route 22. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have good sales and I can use my rewards towards my purchase

Its a lovely store I was surprised to find some great kitchenwares. I just wish staff would say something when someone doesnt have a mask on.

Place did not have alot of selections. Store ok but I guess today was not the day for shopping there.

Brand new and clean. The Prices are very Competitive. Its definitely worth a visit. Its in the same lot as Target and theres plenty of Parking. Easier than going to Woodbridge, after they closed the Elizabeth Location.
