Niles is great. My favorite necklace is very delicate and I am anything but in handling it. I’ve broken the chain twice and needed the diamonds replaced. Every time my necklace looks like it did the day I bought it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I walked into the Jewelry Expo to browse while waiting for a service by a shop nearby. Much to my shock and GREAT surprise they had a wedding band that was exactly like my original band that has been missing. I’ve been looking everywhere for at least a similar replacement for quite some time. The ring was a little large and needed to be adjusted. Here’s what’s more unbelievable...they did it while I waited! The band has a rough design and only a professional jeweler would be able to tell where it was resized. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Rip offs! I bought a ring from here and had to take it to 3 appraisers to prove in court that the ring was worth far less than what they claimed. Crooks! I would recommend taking an appraiser with you if you have to purchase from them. CROOKS!

One thing I really liked, was all of the one of a kind pieces, and the willingness of the owners to cut a deal with me. Fantastic Place!!!
