Horrible experience. I decided to purchase quartz countertops and a subway tile backsplash from Gameiro. Communication was very poor from the beginning. I had to reach out over and over again for weeks to just set a date for installation. I felt like I was chasing the owner to give him my money. But I thought, hey, maybe he’s in high demand. They came and demoed my kitchen and then after, rescheduled installation twice. Meaning I had to go almost a week without access to a sink and countertops. No big deal, lots of take out and it’ll be worth it for the final product. On install day, his team came and installed, he left an hour into install. At the end of the day he texted me asking for payment, which I sent immediately. He never asked if we were satisfied with the work.One of my drawers will not close easily because of the counter installed and the grout cracked across my ENTIRE backsplash within a month. There are other portions where the grout was just put on poorly and are patchy. I reached out to Rich to see if they’d come do touch ups. He said sure, to just hold tight and he’d get back to me to schedule. I reached out to him for over a month and he continued to put me off until he just stopped responding! I am very disappointed that I spent thousands of dollars with Gameiro. I recommend not choosing them.
