I want to say our Bilo in Union has been a real God send to me and my family during this difficult time. The young people working there have been extraordinary and I want to thank every one of them and to say thank you to their parents. I know their parents are so worried about them going to work every day during this virus crisis. Kevin is gonna make a great manager one day. This young man is super helpful and so nice. Mr. James and Mr. Gene, thank you as well for bagging our groceries and helping to keep our community safe and sanitized while we shop in the store. I want you all to know your work does not go unnoticed and you are both very much appreciated.

Love shopping Bi-Lo, very organized, neat & clean. Especially love their Buy 1 Get 1 free items, save me much money. Make sure to check out the weekly sales.

The shopping experience was nice. The store was attractive and clean. The checkout experience was the opposite. We were charged too much money as items on sale must not have been scanned correctly. We had to take our receipt to customer service. She was awesome. Yet, the cashier cost us an extra half hour. The refund was $15.00, as that was the amount of the overcharge.

Workers are polite, but very few are patient. The items that you are looking for are easy to find. The atmosphere over all is calming and not chaotic. It is a quick trip if you need to get something within a short time frame.

I had a pleasant shopping experience. The Customer Service Manager actually helped bag our groceries today and everything we needed was in stock.

Great supermarket. Big variety of foods and competitive prices. Its also clean, well lighted and a pleasure to shop in. To bad Food Lion bought them out and they are closing our store in Union, S Carolina. Nice try. The only authentic competition for our Bi-Lo in this area is a Food Lion in Newberry, S Carolina. Other than that, there was none. Happy Shopping!!

Would be 5 star but they are always out of stock on sale items. Ann Hart has been her for over 50 years. I love this woman and the employees here are so nice. Cashiers really should not be playing on their phones while customers are waiting to be checked out.

Better meat than Walmart. And you dont get treated like your stealing going out the door.

Its a nice place to shop for groceries but the prices are kinda high. Good quality meats!

Bad experience last week, and today in Union South Carolina. I stop every week to get my groceries, but very unprofessional staff. A bunch of young kids that could care less. Loading groceries un buggy, not even paying attention to what they were putting in on top of everything. The meat department, especially poultry has been terrible. Whole chickens had been wrapped over original pack, but had blood and juice running out all over all my groceries, and all over check out floor and counter. It was a mess and no one seemed to be worried about contamination. Should have used some kind of sanitizer. The very same thing happened last week with these whole chickens. Packages leaking even with the secondary wrap. There is a problem somewhere, but I probably wont be stopping at that store again. I hope this info is helpful. Thanks for your time.

Prices are 30 to 50 % higher than Walmart and even their sales items are still higher than Walmart. Their bogo prices work out to the same or slightly higher than Walmart . I only by sales items that make sense / saving a few cents at BiLo . I by most of my meat at Midway who has better meat at lower prices everyday and by the way i hate Walmart but i have to save where i can . I would rather that be local and Bilo

Spoiled fruits & vegetables in the fresh produce seem to be the norm in this store. Even after speaking with a manager and showing them the issues nothing changed. I refuse to shop here any further.

The girl that checked out did not know how to read the coupon on the toilet paper. It said, Save 50 cent now. She told me that it was for 12 roll packs that it wouldnt work on that pack. The coupon said for 12 or more rolls. It was a 12 roll pack.🤔😒 After I told her it was for that pack she tried to scan the coupon after I had already paid.😒
