Very nice and friendly people

Nice people, but completely unreliable service. I have dropped off packages that were not picked up and stopped by during posted business hours, like at noon today, only to find the doors locked and no one onsite. If you want a friendly staff with unreliable service they have you covered, but if you need consistent, dependable business hours and shipments that they cannot provide.

I didnt have a printer, & I had car parts valued at about 300 bucks sitting on the floor boxed......waiting for a trip to spartanburg UPS, or either call 1-800 PICK UPS to schedule a pickup that was gonna cost me $16.20....so....... I stopped by Mailbox, they printed my UPS return labels to the mfr. and even shipped em out for me..!!!!!! My cost... $2.00.........2 whole bucks...Id recommend Kyle n his crew.....very customer friendly & helpful store..!!!!!
