Staff was very courteous and helpful. They explained the pricing and even cut down the box to fit my items, which helped with the shipping costs. Ive been using UPS to ship items for years and no one has ever done that. I would definitely return to this store again.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. I went to print out my COVID test result which is a just a regular document. Black font white paper, nothing fancy. They wanted to charge me $3.20. Almost $4 dollars for a black and white print? I think not.

I enjoy the family that helps run this store. I have no issue with how they help to handle whatever I need done related with shipping.They understand how to communicate and direct you politely.Shipping can be confusing sometimes or annoying but definitely not something they could have controlled on their end when you met them in store. They are efficient to the degree that can be helped.

Every single time an amazon shipment uses this carrier service I get a notification saying that my package could not be delivered because the delivery location could not be accessed, causing my packages to arrive a day later then they were originally scheduled to. This happens to occur right before the office is due to close for the day so I am unable to make a complaint. Oddly enough the package is delivered the next day without any issue. With that being said, how did the first delivery malfunction occur when all amazon packages are delivered to the amazon hub? This is just plain laziness and bad customer service. It is evident that driver is just marking off the remainder of the delivery items as “unable to be delivered” to Dinh’s the route quickly. Whoever this delivery driver is for this area needs to be disciplined.

The Worst! Phone is never working! It appears whoever this little girl who work there has NO IDEAL ON WHAT SHES DOING! More importantly, They lost one of my package! And she Never even give me a drop-off package receipt for the package!Should have went to one in Elizabeth! They need better staff or better yet from what Im hearing from others: JUST CLOSED DOWN PERIOD! But before that happen they going to find my package or issue me a full refund!

The young lady named Annie is a very helpful fast worker and so is the young man who worked with her today. Thanks guys for actually smiling at me and saying hi. Other places aren’t as nice. :)

I go here sometimes to drop off packages for return. I also go at times for notary, passport pictures, and so on. Never really had any problems with staff or service.

The customer service is great ! There’s these two girls that are always greeting me. They look like sisters. Their mother taught them right !

I like them. They are just young people working there. So don’t expect highly trained shipping experts. And it isn’t cheap, although I don’t think it’s this particular places fault. But you can bring whatever you want shipped, hand it to them, and they’ll package it and ship it for you. That’s why I like them. I don’t have to do anything, but pay.

Throws packages so dont bring anything fragile here. not a bad encounter but something i noticed.

A nice little venue to ship out goods. Ive had multiple occasions where I needed to send out packages of varying sizes and they have been very accommodating and very fair with the pricing. They do offer some stock for shipping means and they are very fairly priced. They have p.o.boxes available for rent and you can access them anytime, even after the venue closes.

I have my Business PO Box with this UPS store (Since 2013), and it had worked for my company very conveniently. The staff are very helpful and are extraordinarily pleasant . I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Whoever delivered my package is honestly an idiot if I say for the package to be left on the porch why would you then go ahead and leave it behind the garbage. How was I supposed to know it was there when you told me on the porch. Now because I thought my package was lost I had to have it canceled and resent. Thanks so much for the inconvenience.

I use to like going here prior to today the ladies and owner were polite and helpful, today a man was very arrogant, nasty, and rude, also made a profanity statement. This man social skills suck or I could be in the wrong color skin hmmmmm!!

Worst UPS ever, arrogant service. You are better going to USPS across the street. Tried to milk 3$ to print 1 page

They dont deserve a single star . Its so frustrating over there and the driver in our route is a big lier. He must be trained to pick up and drop off at least a monkey could do it

The young Hispanic female employee who works there is a very disrespectful person. I have always gone to this ups location. But the owner Harry is on vacation..... it was not a pleasant experience.
