All depends on who is working when you go there. There are a few wonderful employees and then a few miserable ones. Even if you call in and they tell you your prescription will be ready by a certain time doesnt mean anything; you can arrive and then an issue that was never mentioned will happen and you dont even get your prescriptions. I miss Brownsville Rite Aid they are friendly and so helpful and go above and beyond for all of their customers. Would definitely switch back if they delivered to me.

Our prescriptions were transferred here from Valentines pharmacy in Smithfield Pa. and are severely upset with service! They did not have are insurance info. Been there 3 times. No communication all terrible service and wait time!!! Transferred them to another pharmacy, you should do the same!

Knowledgeable friendly staff

The staff is either great or completely rude, and they often close the pharmacy early. It’s pretty frustrating when you make a trip to the pharmacy after work to find out their closed 15-20 minutes early.
