Where do I start. I have to say that this store doesnt even deserve a 5 🌟 rating. No where close to it. The owners two gentleman were outstanding. I received very friendly and efficient service. They were knowledgeable about the products and the phone service Metro by T-Mobile provides. So when I said they didnt deserve a 5 🌟 rating I meant that they deserve a ten 🌟 rating. I would most definitely recommend this store to family and friends. Oh I I will be going back to my next eligible phone upgrade. Thanks guys job well done 🤗

The Manager is a liar and told me that my service and device payments would total 111.00 a month. Ok not bad now I find out that that is just the cost of the device and that the plan is another 65 a month. Horrible person that just wants to make sales I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Experience was amazing! Sam the manager was awesome. He will take care of you and answer any questions you have. By far the best metro I had ever been too.

Getting a phone was fast! However, the guy charged me an additional $50 for screen saver and cheap case. I asked how much is that stuff? He said dont worry Ill give you good deal. I could have easily bought online for $15 versus his upsell. Would recommend having him give actual price prior to purchase. My credit card was compromised after visiting this place. That was last place I went and used card. Two days later my bank notifies me that an overseas party is trying to charge stuff on my account. Will not return.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. Especially when Israel is working, he is the best! Israel never leaves with me unanswered questions, he is very knowledgeable of all devices and deals. Israel is the one to see if you need assistance. I had such a great experience at this store. They had the best customer service which is one the main reasons I switched to Metro PCS. Harry was knowledgeable about their products and services. He also transferred my contacts and pictures to me new phone. He is a life saver. I definitely would recommend this location to my family and friends .

Best MetroPCS location to go to. My husband in I went in to get new phones and Harry took great care of us. In fact he told us to come back the following week to get a great deal. Honest salesman who was willing to sacrifice a sale that day to get us a better deal when we came back in. Would recommend to anybody.

Why does this store close earlier than posted??? I saw the employees walking out early. Whomever did closing on April 9th 2019...not impressed. Only came around that time due to an emergency. I usually would not arrive 30 minutes before closing because Ive worked with people like this. Change your hours of availability if you cant stay til closing hours have been completed. Went to the metro in converse. Had a very pleasent experience there.
