Customer Service was poor. Employees were disagreeing among each other and one employee treated another customer in front of me w/ disrespect and what I thought to be inaccurate information on a defective part he was returning. Usually my experiences at Advanced Auto stores are very positive.

I forgot my mask and the coolest thing you can say in this day and time is im not the mask police man he was masked and behind plastic.. This is should be the mentality of all of us. His work was great too. Thanks for the fix a flat. Great store

They give decent service here with prices that are competitive enough. Rick was nice and helped me out enough when installing my battery for my car when I didn’t feel like doing it myself. I’d make sure the products they have available are worth the extra prices for the warranty’s or usage of your vehicle.

Usually a good place to shop. Wont be going back soon though, employees dont keep masks on inside the store, and these are difficult times. Cant go in again with that.

Beware they dont return tools. If you got something wrong in size you have to keep it. No nuts no sockets none of that. The tool selection is also poor. Better to go to Autozone half mile down the road with better product selection and superior customer satisfaction.

This location is AWESOME!I have been dealing with them all the time, they take great care of me.The whole crew is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly.From GM Rick, Cory, Christina, Jenny on down. they are a great group of people.I highly recommend this location, you wont be disappointed!

They have everything you need for your next automotive project. Though they are a bit pricey. They are open late and are good for questions pertaining your engine, nuts and bolts sizes. Etc

Very helpful and nice. Needed to replace my headlight bulb and was able to borrow a socket wrench. Also replaced my windshield wipers with no hassle.

Pulled into the lot with a battery issue, checked, replaced and ready to go in no time! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Highly recommend for your automotive needs!

Needed a new battery for my SUV and found this to be the closest parts store to my office in Clayton. I ordered it online (found a 30% off coupon) and then drove over to pick it up. The two associates were super friendly and helped me confirm that the battery was, indeed, toast. They were both very nice and the supervisor on-duty even toted it outside and installed the new one. Totally going back here for parts if Im in need and in the area. :)

I had a awful time just getting help from the people that work here. I needed transfer case fluid for my awd van and I needed to know what kind all the guy did was point me to the shelf and said it’s over there. There’s so many kinds I didn’t know where to begin. I also asked for gear oil and they tried to get me to buy royal purple that’s 22 dollars a quart and all the guys there acted like that’s what I needed. I should have left all my items on the counter and never returned to that place. The lady at Autozone down the street got me what I needed and I bought all my tune up parts from there. 300 dollars in business lost because your employees suck.
