Being able to work on my own car is great. This AutoZone always has what I need and its open late.

Our truck had a break failure about ten minutes from this Autozone. I sent my wife to go get parts to temporarily fix the vehicle so we could get it home . I stayed with the truck. My wife returned from Autozone without the parts, and told me the guy behind the counter wouldnt sell her the parts. She said they asked what she needed those parts for, and she told them our situation. They told her what we were planning to do wouldnt work, so they wouldnt sell her the parts. I had to find another ride to a WALMART to go get the same parts that I would have bought. I was able to clamp off the rear wheel brake line with WALMART tools and DUCT TAPE and the fix worked. How did I know it was going to work? I CALLED A CERTIFIED MECHANIC, WHO INSTRUCTED ME AND ASSURED ME IT WOULD WORK, AND IT DID. This cost us an extra hour and a half and a run to WALMART to get parts. I used to only to to autozone, but it sounds like they are too busy being SEXIST, PATRONIZING ARMCHAIR mechanics to sell you the parts you need. Fellas, if you are thinking about sending your wife to go get parts here, dont. Ladies, if you need something for your car, dont go here. Im not going to Autozone anymore, and Ill see to it that this story makes it to reddit and other forums that ladies who work on vehicles frequent.

I came in an ask for a specific part and the woman tried to tell me its inside of a part thats its clearly is not I pulled up a picture to prove it and she tells me its a different part and I clearly asked for a Camshaft Position sensor just like the picture stated PLEASE HIRE FOLKS WHO CAN READ AND COMPREHEND

My 5 stars is for James who works at this location!I drove my SUV in with the engine making a horrible noise. I was 4 hours away from home. He came out and listened for a bit and was so kind about what he thought it was, directed me down the road to the body shop. I had 5 people with me and we were all moms or kids lol, so we didnt have a clue what to do in this horrible situation !!! So grateful for his help . When my husband and father in law went down to tow the car back a few days later, they also just so happened to go into this store and James remembered me :)Such a bad situation, but he made it smoother. Thank you!!!,

I wouldnt trust car advice from a staff that cant seem to figure out how masks work.

Went to get a replacement bulb for headlight. They helped me find the correct bulb at a great price. They even tried to replace it, but without success. Overall great service.

Went in for a center brake light LED replacement and the employee told me that I cant buy an LED light for it. I know for a fact that there are retrofitted LEDs, Ive used them on other cars. Sad when Amazon is more helpful than an autoshop employee. Either they are not knowledgeable at all or they are trying to push the regular bulbs over LEDs.Save yourself the trouble. Do your own research and shop online if you can. If you have to go to an auto store, dont go to this location.

Wednesday July 29th 2020Fat, old, light skinned woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. Has a hardly working type of personality.Avoid this place. Its gotten ghetto over the years. NAPA has gained a new customer.

I come here all the time, and am a rewards member. Hands down, worst customer service of any location Ive been too. They act like its a burden to help someone find something. It even check out. This post is primarily for management as a reality check. Your store is dragging the Auto Zone name through the mud.

Michael was rude by taking a personal phone call the entire time servicing me . When he asked me for my name spelled it out for him and because he got it wrong he blamed me for it . Michael proceeded to rush me through the wrap up process and cut me off . He needs more training

Always hit or miss to see if you get a happy employee or the manager. Try for manager. The manager on Olive turned out great but also check warranties on things like batteries. They dont work like you think.

Bought a part and it took far beyond the amount of time I was told that it would come. I do not find it to be a reason why the part could not make it when I came from halls ferry to u city. Customer service just aint the same. People should focus on that MORE than standing their ground. its the customers that create the paycheck.
