Austin is an excellent employee. He was able to take care of me and 2 other customers at the same time and he really made sure everyone was happy with their rig. He showed me how to check my coils to see what kind of shape theyre in, which I had no idea about. I dont send stuff like this often but he really did leave an excellent impression.

So this week, my friend Rod and I went into Vapor Exchange, a couple of our co workers said they had been to this store and had a great experience. Well let me tell you I can truly cosign on that!! Jess was very friendly and so knowledgeable about the products they had to offer. Rod, had gone through 3 different batteries, and I truly believe it was because he was getting the wrong information! Nothing seemed to work for him, and he really wanted to stop smoking the pack & a half a day he was doing. He saw that vaping was working for me, I have not smoked in 3 months, I use to smoke a pack a day. Jess spent a good amount time explaining about the battery pack and atomizer he wanted, she made sure that he knew where to set the dial (he chose an Ego Twist), and how to change the coils. I was so impressed with her, she was amazing! I brought a small atomizer for the battery I was currently using and wick, She was so incredibly helpful, I love good customer service, it is what I have been doing for a living for 32 years, you will not be disappointed if you go into this store, you will definitely walk out of there feeling good about your purchase and feeling well informed. Great experience, thank you Jess, you were wonderful, we will be back!

*must read* Horrible. Treated like total crap the second I walked in by BRIAN. He was only one in there lounging on his laptop nothing to do I was very polite and asked for his help. He refused my obviously legitimate ID when I only wanted to buy two coils for $6!! And I had just turned 29! He was obviously discriminating because I was a flamboyant gay. Im really upset to see this at a place like this. Huge disappointment not to mention Im an out of town visitor. Very bad way to represent! Shame on Brian! (The scraggly dirty blonde guy with really bad skin). So not cool.

Just went to Vapor Exchange today for the first time. I was impressed with the selection and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. A super nice girl named Shay helped me figure out what I needed. 10/10 would go back!!

Its a pretty decent store. obviously its going to be more expensive than online because its a retail store. buy juice there all the time. the ego battery i bought there was much nicer than the knock off i got online.

A friend of mine brought me here about a year ago to get my first vape. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to suggest flavors forme try out while I figured out what taste I was looking for. Also very helpful when it came time to pick a vape. Not pushy, great suggestions and they made sure I had the right accessories before I made my purchase and took the time to show me how to fill and use it before I left. Thanks!

Got sold a mod that had been dropped before I got it. Got home realized and when back to get it replaced and they told me it was on me. The owner is a big time dbag though the staff is decent their vape selection kinda sucks.

Its like a wine tasting for Vaping. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff, they worked with me even though I was admittedly being super picky about different flavors. I really liked how they had a menu of all the different flavors they offered - Ive never seen a vape shop offer that. Really cool experience and I would definetely recommend it to anyone who wants to quit smoking, or who just wants a new hobby to try.

I must say that I love the location of this shop and the employees seem friendly and genuine.I bought an Ego Twist battery on September 14th and loved it. I came back a couple times to buy liquid because I was satisfied with their customer service. My battery stopped working on October 11th so I sent them an email and said for me to bring it in. Upon cleaning the battery and charging it for a few minutes, one of the managers Don determined that my battery was shot. It was very upsetting to me because I am being 100% truthful in saying that I did nothing to damage the battery and I know $30 isnt a lot of money to most people, but its a lot for me to throw away. They do offer a 14-day return policy, but I would buy with caution since Don explained to me that things like this just happen.I guess the most disappointing part of all this and why I am writing this review is that even though I find the employees genuine, they proved to me today that they lack confidence in their consumer. Don offered me 15% towards a new battery, but you can get them cheaper online. He said that anything more and he would be losing money. Ive worked in customer service and the service industry for years and Ive learned that it should be more about doing the right thing because it positively reflects your morals and gets consumers to come back. I just cant believe he would lose a consumer and all of my vaping consumer friends for a few dollars. Keep in mind Ive already lost $30 in the last month and now left with carts and liquid I cant even use right now.I cant do anything else and I know this will never be fixed, so I guess all I have is this review. I apologize for being so sour, this event just set my bad day over the edge. Check out this place if you want, but buy with caution.

Selection of USA liquids, strengths, and flavors are amazing. Just cant get into the huge batteries and bong-like devices they sell for vaping (Im middle aged lol). Will be buying a higher dollar ecig battery and refillable cartridges online, and coming here to get my juice. PS, have the hipsters talk to us normies ;) we have money to spend too

I have been a smoker for 20+ years and was very wary of these E-cigs. After stopping in here and talking with them I am on the wagon. It has been 4 weeks and I can smell better taste better and just plain healthier. If you feel uneducated this is the place to stop in they have GREAT customer service and the owners work daily so there is not any stupid sales gimmicks! Your Nicotine and flavor is made there not prepackaged and been sitting on a shelf for to long. Plus the have 50 flavors last time I was in. No one in STL has that many yet. No chinese made nicotine here all good stuff. So if your a smoker and you want to quit come here you can get a nicotine rating from 9 -36 I was a 2 pack a day smoker and started with a 18 I needed a lil more running at about a 24 and have no urge to smoke anymore. Plus this tastes way better and you dont smell like cigarettes. I can now smell people smoking blocks away. Love this place thanks for getting me off cigarettes!!

Loved this place, I already cut down smoking by so much since I went 2 weeks ago. Staff are friendly, patient, helpful and really knowledgeable.

While visiting St. Louis I drove 20 minutes to get e-liquid from this store. The door and the Internet both said Open Everyday 11am-8pm. Apparently they cant tell time because they were completely closed and lights off at 6:45... Lazy, Rude, and Unprofessional
