I love this store. Its easy to find, easy to park and Ive never had to wait long when Ive gone in. The staff have always been super helpful but not high pressure. This is my favorite location out of all the others in the vicinity.

Stopped in this morning with a few questions about turning in an old phone. Valerie was fantastic. She went over and above to help me and answer all of my questions. She even boxed up my phone to mail. I’ll definitely be returning to her when I need help in the future!

The worst. While the Staff is fairly nice, it seems they were more eager to point out what I couldnt do than what I could. Also, I was there to return some items. I walked in around 2pm and was there till they closed at 7pm. I wish I was kidding. I had the first agent help me, who then had to call another agent at another store, who then called their boss, who wasnt available. I had to make my return this day or I would have gone past the 14 day window. Well, it didnt happen. They suggested I go to the mall store the next day and they would make a note on my account and I could have them call to verify. So, I took another day off work to return my phone, case, charger, screen protector. I arrived at the mall.when they opened, and unsurprisingly, they wouldnt do the return because 14 days had passed. I told them about they day before and provided the other stores number. Oh, I also called ATT that morning beforehand to.explain what was happening. The agent on the phone said there was no reason for them not to do the return and said to have the mall store staff call ATT if there was any problems. I asked the mall store employee to please call ATT to fix this and they, the agent and manager flat out refused to call. I could keep going as there is more to this, but it is pointless. There is no happy ending. No positive resolution. Do yourself favor and steer clear of this store and att as a whole. I am 44 and I have been so.dissapointed over the years watching customer service go in the toilet. It is a combination of lack of proper training, zero motivation caused by poor wages, and employees who are ignorant to what pride in your work is.Anyways, right now I have an ATT account with $750 in credits that can be used to pay the monthly bill and handset installments. I also have a Galaxy s21+ 5g connected to it. Its only a few months old. I am selling the entire account and phone. Buy it and I can transfer the entire account over to you. So, if you want to disregard everything I wrote before this, and want to buy this phone and credits, hit me up. I am on most social media under my name, Samzirra.

Somehow, we came on what seemed to be the busiest day for the AT&T store. Luckily though, we were greeted and helped by Gloria Bacon. We had come in for something we thought would be a simple and quick procedure but unfortunately, we were wrong. From forgotten passwords to AT&T technical online support not being able to help (through no fault of anyone in the store), it seemed that everything that could have gone wrong did. Still with all these accidents (and being at the store for nearly 2 hours) I have to say we had a pleasant experience. Gloria was extremely attentive towards us and her positive attitude was too contagious for us to be upset by how long we were there. She had made 2 hours feel like 20 minutes. I have to say, this was the best customer service experience I have had in the last 5 years.

Sharlene was working alone and patiently juggling several customers, giving each her full attention and expertise. When she was able to get to me, I explained my frustration with having spent hours on the phone with AT&T, trying to secure a SIM card for my new iPad Pro. Sharlene troubleshooted and even coordinated with a company rep on my phone to initiate the device without the physical card. Most helpful. Most pleasant.

March second was the best day ever! Me and my wife got helped by biankah and sharlene who had the best customer service I have ever received at any phone establishment. The way they helped me and my wife maneuver through learning our phones was so helpful. I will only come to this store to ever buy a phone again. If I could I’d give it 10 stars!!

Horrible customer service and untruthful sales people! Bought 3 new iPhones with $50 screen protectors that had “lifetime” feee replacements through the store. When we returned 3 mos later to replace scratched screen, we were told there’s a replacement $9 fee and that the manager who sold us the plan was no longer there.Asked about upgrading phones and service and could not get any answers about new plans.

This store is not a good place to get service. They are slow and disrespectful. They dont seem to think it matters the type of service they provide. Make sure if you do go there to have every purchase attached to your account even if it takes a long time to complete this. Also in most cases they will not print a receipt so make sure your email they have on file is the correct one.

Don’t come to this store. Management is horrible. Lazy beyond belief. The tv and what is on the managers phone is more important then his actually job. To top it off the manager answered his phone while he was helping me and it sounded like he has a second job or something. Wish my job would pay me to do my other job. Hygiene should be a requirement he did not smell good, the store was nasty as well. Upper management must be desperate to put someone like that in charge. I will take my business lines elsewhere. Don’t come to this store!

Madeline was the most unprofessional person I have ever done business with. She was burping, hiccuping and using foul language in front of us. She did not transfer the information to my new phone because she wanted to close the store 3 hours early at 3:00. It was clear she wanted us out. I will never go back to that store or recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I both needed to upgrade our phones. The employee that helped us, Heather was probably one of the best customer service people I have ever come across. She was friendly, engaging, continued conversations with us as needed while we waited for all the phone information to be transferred. She even went as far as to go to another store to get my new phone for me, not many employees would care about that or even offer. She was very knowledgeable of everything we needed, not only that she answered a lot of everyday questions about the technology of the phones as my husband and I are old school. I dont know how we would of understood how or what new phones to get without her. Not only that, she saved us money by explaining how one of our services could be adjusted. Cant say enough. Hope she gets a raise and more commission. She actually worked about 14 hours that day to accommodate us as well as other customers, because there were about 10 people waiting for assistance and only 2 employees. If it wasnt for Heather I would of walked out.

From the moment i walked in I was greeted with a warm Hey welcome to AT&T. Marquis was the young gentleman that helped me and he was absolutely wonderful. Answered all my questions and helped me get into a phone that fit me perfectly. Out of all the AT&T stores i have visited, this was my favorite. Keep up the good work!

Wait for nearly an hour only to discover that the two phone lines I tried to cancel months ago are still being charged on the account... I have tried to cancel these once before...this company simply wont let you go... there were no contracts associated with the lines ...very poor service...very unhappy.. been with AT&T for more than 15 years...time to move on...

As a long-time AT&T customer I was happy to hear that there was an AT&T store close to me. My wife and I went in right after their grand opening. Although the store was pretty bare-bones at the time we went, we were greeted happily and shown some sweet devices by Courtney on the showfloor. You could tell that Courtney knew what she was talking about and was familiar with each device and their specs. Eventually my wife and I both ended up getting new phones that same day, but it wouldnt have been without the excellent customer service given to us by Courtney. She made sure our plan was set just to our needs, and it was a very seamless process to switch my wife from off of Verizon.All in all, Id easily recommend this location to anyone looking for a new phone.

Worst customer service experience ever . Yes. They are friendly but that is not as essential as getting the job done accurately. One mistake after the next, lack general knowledge about phone plans, policies and procedures . If you want to be misguided, frustrated and confused .... go to this place . Otherwise, go to an approved at&t store to get accurate information that this branch most certainly cannot provide .

My family and I recieved the best in store customer service I have ever recieved at an AT&T store. I brought my grandma and aunt in here yesterday to look into adding phone lines and new phones to my account. They went above and beyond. My grandma and aunt are elderly so they needed a phone that is pretty user friendly, they nailed it!! Let them hold the phones, try them out and just overall made sure they were taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers which is a very rare thing anymore.Marquis and Lyn deserve some big kuddos!! I grabbed their cards to send my customers there way.Thanks a million you guys!

Went by the store to find out what happened with the power button. They werent able to fix it (had to make an Apple store appointment) but they helped me set up the appointment and even showed me a couple other devices that I could upgrade to. Showed me multiple promotions and gave me a demo of each!!! THanks for the help, I will be back when I want to upgrade!!

Went for a quick sim card change. Only a couple people working on a Sunday so had to wait about ten minutes for service but what can you do. The process to buy and activate a new sim card was fast and easy and only cost about 6 dollars. Parking is adequate and its not hard to find, its the complex just past the main whole foods and apartment one. Overall cant complain

When we came in the lady working told us it would be just a minute. Okay no problem. We waited 45 minutes before we left. She was too busy trying to sell the previous customer anything and everything to even awknolege us again. There was 6 people including me waiting for someone to help us. At one point a guy came from the back to help the lady figure out how to help the first guy but apparently couldnt help anyone because after helping her he just went in the back again. Very frustrating when Im trying to get things done I dont want to spend that long waiting to get help.

This store has the BEST employees! I had to get rid of my current internet service provider when there were major issues there, and we had to get a new system for my practice. It was scary going a few days with no internet. They saw I had a million questions and was quite worried about the process so they literally came out to my business and set it up for me! Got me through the password/network key process and everything, and the internet here at my office is better than it ever was! Friendly, funny, charming, observant, problem-solving are just a few of the great ways I can describe AT&T University Place. Great job!!

I appreciate the service and respect given to me today from the employee working at about 2:30 today. I have recently moved to Tacoma and was trying to return my wifi modem from Indiana. I had been given instructions to go to a UPS Store to have it packaged and sent for free. After no success with a worker from UPS across the street, I came to this ATT Store.The employee was an expert with customer service and making the right connections, as well as a kind human being! He understood the problem of regional ATT associated with either U-Verse or DirecTV. He called an associate in my region who efficiently gave him info to help a UPS worker get it. Then he went a step further and contacted a better UPS saying he was sending me there. When I got there, they had my package checked and mailed within minutes! Now I see why they have a better start rating!Kudos to ATT for their great service!

The very worst customer service I have ever experienced and that is saying a lot. The system wont allow me to give zero stars. It took over 3 hours to upgrade and activate a phone. Only representative was under trained and did not have a clue what he was doing. Just received my first bill and it is hundreds more than he told me it would be.

Stood inside of here for twenty to thirty minutes without being asked if i could be helped. Only one representive working at a cellular phone store? Like really? Like Wow, and i mean Wow for all the wrong reasons. Seven customers waiting to be helped by their one rep equals bad business. Doesnt everyone have a cell phone now-a-days? Let me answer that; yes they do. And being that the cellular phone market is constantly changing, its customers are constantly upgrading. Wouldnt it be smart to have more than one rep working at a time? Thats what i call a no-brainer. I value my time. They did not. Miserable experience
