Randy is the best customer representative there ever was at T-Mobile. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, shook my hand, answered all of the possible questions and concerns I had about my iPhone 7Plus. Also did a amazing job putting on the screen protector. I can tell he truly cares about his customers and puts maximum amount of energy and patience into everyone that walks in T-Mobile.

Do not do service at this store unless you want to be misquoted on how much your monthly bill will be . Just transferred over from att and was sold a bill of sale from brandon and jesse. Just received my first bill and it is $72.00 a month more than what they quoted me. So displeased Should have stayed with att. Would never recommend this store!

I came in because my phone was broken and I needed a warranty exchange. All of the devices that got sent to me were defective. I went through 4 warranty exchanges and none of them would even turn on. Mahalia helped me each time and was AMAZING! This was a very frustrating situation and she made me feel at ease and like she was doing everything she could to help me out. I cannot give her enough praise! Thank you for your amazing customer service! There arent enough people like you in this industry.

This store deserves 5 stars--the customer service is excellent and the associates know their product.! I never feel pressured to buy unwanted or unneeded items, but felt they really took into account what was going to work best for me. Even though this store is a bit of a drive for us, we will only be frequenting this store in the future for all of our t-mobile phone needs!

Worst customer service ever!!! Ive been to this store a year ago and had the best experience with the staff but today it was the worst. New staff same managers! That stand around and do nothing. I walked out in tears for how i was treated at this store. Unacceptable! I really wish i could get a hold of a district manager ASAP! Do yourself a favor and go to a different T-Mobile store. They are not friendly here! Especially JU he was the worst agent and lacked customer service skills.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store! My iPhone literally exploded on the concrete this evening and I had about 20 minutes to make it to T-Mobile to have it replaced. I called the store and told Randy, who is the nicest and most professional customer service rep ever, what happened and he not only helped me navigate there, but he was waiting at the door with my account already up on the screen and the process started when I arrived! Randy and CeCe, the assistant manager, helped me get everything in order and even stayed late (by 40 minutes) to make sure I had everything I needed. I am incredibly impressed with the service I received by T-Mobile as a company and also with the courteous staff this location has employed. Randy and CeCe went above and beyond tonight and I highly recommend both of them! Thank you guys!!!

Visited on 7/17/17 and your crew was amazing.From the huge greeting as I came in the door, to the very second I walked out the team members were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and fun! Answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. My old phone took so long to transfer the info to the new phone that I got to spend a few hours with them. Not once did I feel like I had inconvenienced anyone or rushed to make a decision.
