The guy there are great. It just took longer than I wanted to get smoker shipped from the warehouse. Otherwise a good place to shop for a grill or smoker.

Shopped many different places but Barbecues Galore in Upland had everything I needed and the prices were great! Vincent and Ryan answered all of my questions, took their time creating the quote and fairly large order to make sure everything was accurate, and kept me updated on the order. Definitely recommend this store and will go there again for all of my barbecue needs.

I believe I can get better help from a box of rocks then the horribly ill mannered blonde skinny kid working here. Talk about not having a clue.

I received exceptional customer service from this store! The two young ladies that assisted me were Sarah and Susie. They are truly a great team! I had to contact the store by phone initially and spoke to Sarah. She was helpful, courteous, professional and considerate. ( I was a little anxious when I called) She was knowledgeable about the product, extremely patient, (I had to look through my text messages to retrieve the information about the smoker I was inquiring about) and ultimately helped me to make the decision to purchase. She was very accommodating and put the product on hold for me to pick up later. I had an emergency and needed to reschedule my pick up time, at which time I spoke to Susie. I was impressed that she already knew who I was and expected my arrival or call. She was friendly, courteous and professional. She even asked about my dad; whom had gotten sick the day before. What a class act! Thank you ladies... you both deserve a raise. I will continue to shop here, even if it is 30 miles (round trip) away from my home.

I tried to get some information about a grill Im thinking about buying from a family member. I contacted the Upland store and spoke to Daniel. Let me say this Bbqs galore. If Daniel is a representation of the people you want to help a consumer with one of your products, you might want to rethink your training program. Maybe Daniel needs to be retrained on how to speak to a people like a potential customer, not a moron. I guess Im off to Google now to do my own research!

Went in to browse with the wife and were very clear that we werent looking to purchase that day. The sales associate was still very polite and helpful and provided excellent information.Will definitely purchase our next grill here in the near future.

They have a well stocked store but, the grills that are floor samples are not always in stock and have to be ordered. They wont sell the floor stock without the store managers approval

I was looking for a bbq the personal was in the phone never came up to us n ask what we need it. Us be very expensive.
