Visited at 7pm on a Tuesday.Staff is oblivious of customers. Didnt see even 1 clerk approaching a customer for help. Stock of parts, in this case, for wall heater pilot assembly was zero. Lighting was better than it used to be. I will not be going back to this home depot.

This is my go to home Depot absolutely love the paint department cant remember the guys name but he was really helpful had great customer service help and answered all my questions gave me the best prices comparisons and also gave me some of his paint ideas

This was a really interesting visit to this Home Depot came in looking for something in particular ended up speaking to like five or six store employees and they made sure that when I walked out of the store I was satisfied. Dont recall all the names of the wonderful helpful people that help me at day but yeah it was a Great visit. I felt like I was really important that day I actually felt like royalty 😁. I definitely would like to say Thank You to those employees I truly appreciate the service.

I went here looking for some parts they didnt have it in Ontario but they told me Upland and Rancho had them so Ill have to go to Upland or Rancho to get what Im looking for

This Home Depot is conveniently close to the 10 fwy. It has Good garden center and knowledgeable staff.The parking lot is not set up well and will lead to difficulties entering and exiting the grounds.Theres a good number of self checkout lines.

Went to 3 locations to buy lock set for three doors needed them all keyed the same no one there could rekey a lock until I got to the last place I think they should train their employees to do the job they offer the last store I went to had someone that did it and did it and did a very good job

This is a clean store and well organized. It isnt the largest Home Depot however it has just about everything the average handy man/inoman or non-binary person could need 😂

Curbside pick up sucks, would rather just go inside and shop. People just park in curbside pick up to shop so theres no parking sometimes. Way easier in Rancho or Chino.

I bought a Stove from Home Depot on Aug 4th. Unlike other home appliance stores which deliver in 2 days maximum, I got a delivery date after 8 days on August 12th. Fair enough, I am willing to wait because my landlord will only refund us on Home Depot purchase.Day of delivery, they didnt show up because they said they had logistic issues. I understand things happen. But now my delivery date is further 10 days ahead on August 22. Home Depot says that Tecmo has our stove and they cant help us. Tecmo says that that stove didnt arrive in their warehouse until August 11th. Bottom line remains that our family is without stove since last 2 weeks and we have another week to survive.Oh, and the best reply Home Depot has for us is that we are free to cancel our order and get 100% refund.

Interesting store setup, not like most other home Depot layouts. Almost experimental, that said top sold items per section. Usually will still have what you need but may run into odd items missing that are available in some other home Depot. Some business buys available that arent at other locations, in larger sizes/availability (eg. Airwick refills for auto restroom dispenser/ cleaning chemicals)

Personal kept asking me if I needed assistance, everything looked very organized, I saw lots of the floor workers refilling the shelves cashiers attentive and helping people ringing your items right away. Over allloved that store in upland store off mountain ave and eight.

Many good products from paint, caulk, garden, furniture lighting, tools, cabinet hardware, fasteners, casters,batteries. Check packaged items well as many have been opened and components have been removed. Online ordering for delivery or instore pick up available.

First time visiting the Upland location. And what a trip it was! This store is laid out differently than all the other locations Ive been to.The lumber is in the back of the store instead of to one side. Paint is front and center as usual, the narrow footprint of the store puts Paint right in front of the cash registers. The flooring and appliances are usually center rear but at this store they are just to the right of the entrance, next to Paint.The employees are just as helpful as other locations and there were enough of them that you didnt have to go far to find one.The app, on the other hand was not my friend. The search feature is really obnoxious. You can start typing what you want and the app will make suggestions which you would think is a good thing, until you select one of the suggested search terms and the returns a page with nothing on it except no products found!So dont make the meaningless suggestions!It also has no imagination. I entered paint mixer and several various search terms to see what they had and all my searches were rejected. Yet they have paint mixing tools. If you dont search for exactly what the app wants it rejects your search.

Went in for tiny adapter to adpt to new fridge to make ice cubes and water ..i didnt see anyone in the immediate area so i walked down 6 aisles and asked a woman there making keys if she or anyone could help me...she said she would call someone to assist me...well 15/20 mins i waited...no one ever showed up...i saw another 2 guys one said cant help...the other guy just ignored me...im gona start going to Lowes...the do help

Um typical Home Depot I guess, they always seem to have 50% of what I’m looking for.I asked a employee where the electrical department was and he wasn’t 100 percent sure (maybe he was new)The lady at the checkout was nice, sported a smile and engaged in a little chitchat.

Horrible service, tried to get a couple of pieces of wood cut to length, but there was no one in the lumber department. I repeatedly asked sales associates if they could send someone to help, but no one ever came. This is the last time I shop at Home Depot.

Staff is always friendly even when I bring my dog with me. They 99% of the time have what I need here for things falling under the home category. Never really short on anything.

OK heres the deal, Home Depot is like a preschool. A training ground for both employees that are unskilled and entering the workforce as well as contractors that have not enough experience or business to shop from a real wholesale source. So either way, the place is full of newbs. Some are kind patient people, some are delusional with imaginary self importance and thus, rude pompous jerks. Sounds like a fun place so far? Gets even better when crowded with home owners and DIYs. Just remember its all brought to you by Carls Jr.

This Home Depot location is my personal favorite location. First of all it is my local Home Depot, second this location is always very well maintained, third is that this location is always very well maintained and is always very presentable, and my fourth reason is that the employees here at this location are very friendly, helpful, and very professional. I not once have had an issue or complaint here at this Home Depot location and I must say that I am very proud of all who work here and am proud of how very well this store is operated. Great job to all who make this store a great place to shop for your home project needs. I as a Google local guide highly recommend this location. I shop at Home Depot a lot but maybe I got this one on a bad day. I needed a paint match sample so I dropped it off. There was one person ahead of me so no problem. I came back 40 minutes later after shopping and my sample was sitting there undone while the young man who took it was chatting with another employee. Then the young woman took it and finally made it. Usually the match is good but this time it was off and the paint sample itself wasnt good. It poured out in a big blob. I dont know if she didnt screw the lid on tight or maybe her attitude infected the paint. It screwed up my paint job. Grrr!

Home Depot is just awful. Zero customer service. Workers standing around. This is not one store. Same experience yesterday in Rancho Cucamonga and today in Upland.

I asked for help in the plumbing section. 1st time the guy was not assigned to the section, he asked to wait for somebody to come. Nobody showed up after 12 minutes. 2nd time asking for help the person was in charge of garden and did not know about plumbing. Really bad experience.

In and out fast, Upland branch. Knowledgeable employee sent me to exactly what I needed.

Typically I shop at the North Fontana Home Depot and I was in the upland area and needed a large quantity of vinyl fence and it was back ordered like six weeks out due to shortage of Vinyl. I was really stressed out and the crew at Home Depot upland (Yoselyn, Steve the manager and Jesse) completely went out of their way and got it from a different store to fulfill my order. The manager Helped loading all the material onto the truck in the scorching heat. Im so thankful to this crew they are true professionals and would definitely recommend this Home Depot

Very well stocked.. BE CAREFUL Lock your car. I had my truck broken into 3x here.. Its impossible for me to lock up every tool I have in the back of the truck.

I ran in looking for a part I was not knowledgeable about after 4 repeat visits to another store and was helped above and beyond by a great guy in that department.

I always go into this Home Depot and have never had a problem until a few days ago when I went to purchase two plants at the self-checkout. I scanned both items and payed for BOTH my plants. Before leaving I was approached by VICKY at self check out, she’s asked if I had scanned both items, I replied yes, after telling her I had scanned both items she proceeded to ask me for my receipt after I had I already put it away. I feel like I was racially profiled and it’s a shame that this happened at a store I frequently have visited for years.

Went there three times today to get a new blind for the kitchen I think I paid like $30 back when. Now it was $57 they cut it and it was the wrong one so they would order me one it went up to $89 not counting tax and all the other BS so Im going to take my business elsewhere

MY MOTORIZED handicapped loaded cart broke down in garden department and it took over 30 minutes for one of many employees passing me by to assist me.

Good to see that the employees there are always asking if you need help or not it really means a lot to a few people including myself today I went to get a new washer hose and I couldnt find it I swear I was looking for only 2 minutes before someone asked me if I needed help I cant remember her name but she was very helpful she help me find the exact product I needed at a decent price it was a steal. This store has been nothing but good to me and my family over the years it greatly helps when you have a store that your comfortable going too and not being afraid of not finding what you need anyway had a nice experience today thank you guys so much.
