Horrible customer service. Just rebuilt my engine with one of their kits and shortly after during the break in period, one of the needle bearings exploded and now I have bearing pieces all inside the motor. Need I need a complete rebuild because they decided to throw in some cheap wrist pins/needle bearings. Worst of all is they don’t answer or call you back. Learn from my mistake do not buy from these people. Will be adding photos soon.

Spent 1000$ on a cylinder and piston for my Suzuki king quad and the piston rings were not the right size. I purchased the correct rings from Carillo piston company and BP racing refused to refund the money I spent on the correct rings. Poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from here. Just look the the star rating they currently have. It must be an ongoing issue and please spend your money elsewhere where customer service exists.

New management there went above and beyond to make sure my parts were correct after some confusion regarding an old order. There was concerns regarding their reputation however the owner spoke with me directly and informing me that they are working hard on customer service. They even overnighted my part overnight to make sure it would arrive on time. Thank you!

I have a doubt about the quality of the parts. Some boxes have no marks. Clutch does not fit in vehicle impossible to return

So back in May I ordered an engine kit for my YZ from BP through eBay. When I finally received it the piston was wrong, they had packed a 14-15my one instead of for the 03-13my the kit advertised. I Called them and I had to pay for the right one to be sent and they were going to email me a return label. That was June 4, 2021 and if you got the label I got it! I have called so many times its ridiculous. All they do is put me on hold or take a message and I never get a response. On top

Dont order from these clowns. They send you the wrong parts, belittle you when you tell them they did. Take a month to send the proper parts to you. Just to find out its the exact same wrong part you just sent back. They ignore your messages when you try to contact them. Go literally anywhere else. These guys have a horrible rating for a reason. It honestly should be way lower. Worst business I have EVER dealt with.

Ordered a kit and called them a few weeks later to get an update. I had had 0 communication from them during these few weeks. They informed me it was on back order but I could go down one size on my order and they could ship same day. So I agreed to that. They didn’t refund me the difference of $107.46 between the two kits. The kit shows up and has the wrong head gasket in it after I specifically asked them about making sure the gasket kit got changed out not just the jug and piston. Instead of complaining I just order the correct head gasket because it had already been over a month to get the original parts. So that cost me an extra $70.04. So at this point I’m out $177.50. Then comes the problems. In under 8 hours of run time the timing chain they sent in the kit broke. Quite obviously a faulty part. So this part failing destroyed my cases internally which cost $983.39 to replace. Also destroyed my timing chain guides which cost $91.96 to replace. Then I am not willing to run their brand of timing chain anymore so I get oem one for $88.61. So now I’m out $1341.46. So I talked to them about getting some of this taken care of. They are willing to refund me $30 for the faulty Chain and send a replacement gasket set which they price at $75.24. Which leaves me owing $1236.22 to repair my quad because of a faulty part they sold me. This is on top of the cost of the rebuilt kit of $1173.84.This isn’t counting in the down time and time it takes me to do the tear down and rebuild. The vacation trip it ruined by breaking down while I was out of state riding. Or a lot of the miscellaneous stuff such and fluids, filters etc that I am now also having to buy again.In total it cost me $2268.17 to buy a kit that they sell for $924.49.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....I ordered a full rebuild kit ($1100) from them, I called first about availability because I had a race in a few weeks. They said everything was available and it would ship out within 1-3 days and it would take approximately 5-7 days for deliver, I went ahead and ordered the parts.After a week and a half of not receiving anything I called and asked if I could have a tracking number, because I still had not received anything. I was told that they were waiting on a piston and asked if I would accept a substitute from the one I ordered, and that they would send out the parts as soon as possible. I said that I would accept a substitute as long as it was stock compression, and that it was a name brand piston and not a cheap Chinese one. Very frustrating to hear when I specifically called and asked what they had in stock so that I’d be able to receive in time to have rebuilt for my race.My parts finally arrive THE DAY BEFORE my race and they sent me a high compression piston when I specifically asked for a stock compression piston. I called them and told them they sent the wrong piston and that I had a race the next day and that I had to run that piston if I wanted to participate and not take a 0 on point total for that event. I asked if they’d send me the correct one to replace the high comp because I didn’t want to run my engine on high compression any longer than that race. They basically told me to pound salt and that if I wanted to run that piston (the incorrect one that they sent me) that it’d become mine and if I wanted them to send me the correct piston (one I ordered in the first place) that I’d have to pay for it. They even went above and beyond and offered me a 5% discount!!! (Sarcasm). Needless to say I will never be doing business with this company ever again.

They sold me a cylinder kit for full price that was supposed to include a timing chain and head studs and a JE piston. I receive it and it has a cheaper manufacturers piston, no head studs, and no timing chain. I had to install the parts anyway for my RZR because the family was relying on me for a trip that weekend. I had no time to deal with a garbage biz that might just screw it up again. Dont buy from them!

This is the worst experience for business practice Ive ever seen. First it takes one month to receive the package, then it is missing half of the motor (both cases), then they dont want to really return it they just want a very small discount. Then to top it off the send a shipping label with a bad address, and their email on their contact list is not found or does not exist. Dont shop here save yourself a headache.

Took my money for ltr450 valve kit and its been more than 1 month and still havent received a refund or the valves. Spoke to a stephanie ortiz through email who said they would shipped in 3 days that was back in may 12. I tried contacting stephanie but her email was deleted. Do not purchase from these guys even if the website states item is in stock which a damn lie.

Our engine has been there since March of 2021, and they still wont tell us when they will even start onnit.

Ordered a big bore kit last Friday and got it today, all parts are high performance, really happy with my purchase definitely going to be coming back to buy more parts from them, All the staff was very helpful, especially Lena, any time I had a question I just called and she would answer them without attitude or anything, really don’t know why people write bad reviews when I got everything as described and without headass, definitely recommend them!

I really dont understand the bad reviews. For a company that usually offers free shipping I really appreciate the fact that they ship stocked parts right away and parts that are not stocked get shipped later on. Costing them more on shipping. That enables me to start on a build with what I got and finish as the parts come in rather than wait on a whole kit,The kits are amazing! As a learning engine builder, the worst part about building one is meticulously finding all the parts and deciding which ones are the best and what arent as well as determining what parts can be kept stock and which ones cant. BP takes all the stress away from that designing the kit for you with top notch parts the meet or beat OEM specs.Their shipping is quick and the customer service is very easy to talk do, understanding, and friendly. Packaging was great and all of the parts stayed protected.My only complaint is that their website is not updated according to your order. Upon receiving most of my parts the status is still processed. I can see that some people may become worried about this when they place an order due to their mixed reviews. It is something that I personally wouldnt worry about and would continue to order from this great company.Great products and good service. Happy to be a customer.

Absolute worst company to work with, ordered a simple full enginestock rebuild kit over the phone. Half the parts received were not the brand requested and paid for. The other half wasn’t even for the right bike. Trust the reviews this happens way to often to be acceptable. At first they wanted to help resolve the problem through email. After they made 3 more mistakes sending me the wrong parts again over the span of a month and a half. They decided they were no longer going to rely to my emails. So I then called and was told they would check on my parts status and call me back... ya that never happened. I requested a refund for one of the parts because I just purchase it elsewhere... ya that never happened either. Save yourself two months on your build and buy elsewhere. Absolute garbage company.

Called BP when the top end of my banshee blew. I wanted to upgrade to a Cheetah cub, but they asked about the kind of riding I do and suggested I think about a Serval cub kit. I went with their suggestion. They mailed it and the whole kit was at my house in days. Ive also used them to order filters and good prices and a top end kit for my kids Blaster. Good company and quick shipping.

Not FREE shipping. Parts came with -$23 owed for shipping. Tried to get resolved but got no response. I would not recommend buying from this place. Not Trust Worthy. If possible I would post the picture of the package with postage owed and their address. NOT TRUST WORTHY.

A month ago I ordered a $550 parts kit through eBay from this seller and I’ve only received 1/3 of the total parts I’ve purchased. I’ve contacted them multiple times through email and through there store phone even leaving voice mails to the people I charge of delivering parts and I haven’t been reached out to yet. The negative reviews are true! I paid $130 for a top end on my 400ex and it took just about a month before I received it. After all of that time waiting BP sent out the wrong parts I received a very similar top end and it looked used. It took me every bit of 2 weeks to get a hold of someone over the phone. BP racing did not answer any of my emails or return any messages. One day I remained on hold for 45 min just to be told to call back tomorrow. When I did get a hold of someone the guy said to send it back and that I didn’t need a return label or anything. I NEVER received my refund after returning the product I had to file a dispute with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

This is not a good community member of Upland. Cut us off in traffic almost causing an accident and then pulled in an area that is not a lane beside the three cars stopped in front of us and ran the red light. This happened right by their shop and the they are dull enough to drive like this an have vanity plates of “BP Racing”.

I have ordered a kit for my grizzly 660 and i get wrong parts in mail and missing parts now i cant get ahold of anyone ive been calling for a week now no answer they told me they would ship out correct parts and shipping label for the wrong ones now im sitting here with wrong parts and cant get ahold of anyone or get a response at all. Also was told i was getting quality parts and niche head and parts showed up... All i want is my head studs and my correct jug shipped to my house i expect better service when spending over a thousand dollars

I ordered a part from jaymes over the phone and my husband found the identical part for $100 less. I called jaymes back and asked if we cancel the orderer and he said yes. He never did and charged me $440. I will be contacting better business bureau and let them know that he basically stole $440 from me. Shady business. Over prised and employees lie. I had a feeling this would happen. Jaymes seemed mad that I cancelled the order.

Purchased a head from this company that was suppose to have heavy duty valve springs and retainers. Was sent with stock replacements. Which immediately broke. And this company wants to try and sale me the springs head should have came with.

Very disappointed with this company! Ordered parts from them on August 24th off of Ebay. We first recieved a phone call from Paul a week and half later after we ask them where the part was because we noticed it still hadnt shipped. Paul reassured and promised that he personally shipped out the item on the 4th and that it would be here in 2 to 3 days. Our company recieved a phone call from Stephen saying our part was sent out yet again and we would receive it either Friday (7th) or Saturday (8th) after we left a negative review on their ebay page after waiting the 2 or 3 days after Paul send he sent it. Well part didnt show up those days or today. Stephen also said if we had not recieved our item that the company would over night our item at no charge and to our disappointment there was no answer when we called either time. Yes we got a refund but we are disgusted in the promise this company makes and does not deliver. They gave us the run around for over 2 weeks. Not only did this company waste our time but our customers which made our company look bad in the process because of this companies negligence. Would never recommend this company!**Update December 23rd part still hasnt been recieved that was promised to be over nighted. I think its safe to say there was no intention if sending the item.**

New years in Glamis, and we wouldnt be here without BP RACING. I wont deal with anyone else ever again. The customer service is above the bar. Beyond knowlegable. We have built three banshee motors with BP and every time I left a msg I recd a call back fast! All my questions were always answered and they didnt make me feel stupid for asking . I would not be here having an amazing time in Glamis if it wasnt for Paul and BP racing. They go above and beyond to help you get off road. I wish more businesses were like this.

Sent wrong part which was dropped shipped and I wasnt informed they were drop shipping. We have a warehouse in Ohio is what I was told. Matt will not return my calls so I had to dispute the charges on my credit card to try to resolve this. Very poor customer service and very shady. I will contact my attorney general and also the government Internet fraud unit!
