I had a good experience with this company. They upgraded my order to a new model for free which I thought was great and they got my paperwork to me right away when I filled out the online request form. Shipping did take a bit, but I assumed that would be the case going in (4 weeks from the time I ordered). They were responsive through email only (1 day) to any questions I had and kept me up to date on the order status. Makes me wonder about some of the people writing these negative reviews.

Love Power Ride Outlet!! Shipping was on time quad was assembled and tested. Grandson loves it, runs great.3 years later, Christie who took my call sent me a replacement part with tracking #. It was the left handed switch controller. My grandson tipped over and broke it. I was very happy to get him up and running again. The ATV was bought Dec 2013,it is still running great in 2017 with basic maintenance . Thanks PRO!
I bought a BMS scooter and Hawk 250CC enduro. They are great. Their online website is great for buying. Very straight forward. I find their phone goes to voice mail 3 out of 4 times, but they return calls. By email is best. They always get back in about a day and they are nice, friendly, helpful and responsive. Plus I got $100 off for buying too bikes!I found this Google review showing they were closed with TWO stars.... TWO THINGS...FIRST) They are not closed permanently. I suspect some idiot who is pissed off they can not turn a wrench bought a Chinese scooter and expected it to run like a Honda out the box.SECOND) The low ratings are either bogus or the people got a bike with an issue (not PROs fault) and too stupid to work it out the issues. These are Chinese made, have QC issues, nothing serious, just small things, you can fix.WARRANY and GUARANTEE - If youre not happy, send it back. I had little nits and picks on my scooter and fixed them myself. BOTTOM LINE I got two motorbikes, nice ones for about $2000. You cant buy one local name brand Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Vespa for $5,000 - $6,000 of equivalent bike. Will you have better support local? Yes. Will you have better quality? Maybe, but it is fun to tune these and improve any deficient area to have a GREAT BIKE.... FIVE STARS...

This company is a complete RIP OFF!!!! we ordered 2 scooters back in June, they took 1900.00 from our bank account and then told us the scooters were not available. We asked for a refund...still no refund and NO scooters! They claim they refunded, but that is a lie. They will not return calls or emails. The BBB and the news channels are next. Never buy from this company!!!!!!

Ordered my TAO TAO ATM50 (PONY 50) on April 26 2020. Received everything by may 5 2020. RL Carriers was the LTL shipping company that shipped it to my door step. I paid $489 for the bike $199 for shipping. Everything was easy to put together. I already put 45 miles on it and I havent had any issues with it at all my top speed was 40mph it goes up to 50mph. Hopefully everything stays in working condition. So far I give them 5 stars. I havent had a problem YET 😁
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If I could give it no stars I would, but cant. For some reason did not see any of the reviews I was to anxious on getting a 4 wheeler for my sons birthday that I only cared to make the purchase to get it on time. Well here Im....... its been a week. They took out the money the same day out of my bank and have not had any replies to my emails or calls that I have made. I called the number that shows up on my bank and its a warehouse from Houston. Lady that answered the phone said they dont even have the 110cc ATV on stock even though they have it in stock on there web page. They have me the same numbers that I have tried calling for 1wk. I called my bank and have reported this as a fraud they said they will take care of the rest. This company is TRASH...... dont know why its still on web page.
I ordered a tao tao 150cc scooter. The scooter physically arrived in 10 days, paperwork needed to register in NYS (MCO and bill of sale) took quite awhile. All in all 6 weeks from order placed until I had documentation necessary to register. I did not pay for expedited processing which may have helped. Seller was responsive to emails but no luck reaching by telephone. Scoot runs great so far and is on the road. Overall not a bad experience, just know it may take some time.
I purchased 3 four wheelers. All three showed up within 2 weeks in good condition and they All run as they should. It was a little nerve wracking and they are hard to get in contact with but it worked out. If you cant reach them at the number for power ride outlet, try calling superior motorsports or Killer Motorsports..they are all the same company. I was able to speak to someone several times once I figured this out. They were very professional. We ordered ours not fully put together and they were fairly easy to assemble.

It has now been a month since my order, and ZERO word on what is going on. You try to call them and they say they do not accept calls. Only for sales. You speak to a sales person and attempt to get order status and they hang up on you. This site is a scam. They also go by superior powersports, and killer motor sports. They’re affiliated with tao tao as well, who does not answer. Avoid this site at all costs. I am opening a fraud claim and contacting their local law enforcement.

I ordered my two Tao lancer and got it when they said but I filled out the form to get my bill of sale to get it legal and its been a month and now they wont return my call or emails.
I have only owned this bike for a short period but it has logged many miles with no problems. Plenty of power and the semi auto clutch is a great feature. Seems to get good gas mileage. Overall a fantastic value.
I placed an order on line with this company and have not been able to contact anyone after, but my money was taken out of my checking account quickly! The person that did answer the phone did not know anything about what I was asking. I will be going through my bank to get a refund. Do not purchase anything from this so called company.
Good customer service. Great selection of used bikes. Prices are a little much for some of these bikes considering the condition and mileage. And it seems like theyre always getting new shipments in so youre bound to find something.
We placed our order on 5/27/16 and have not received any info on it. They took the money out of our account real fast but no luck getting any info on our order. It is so hard to even get a person on the phone. Every time i call i am waiting 20 min just to be sent to a voice mail. the 1 time I got a person on the phone they said thy do not know why it has taken so long and they will try to ship it out the next day. that was 3 day ago. Called everyday 3-4 times a day and NO ANSWER!!! do not use this place. Its a scam. Pray we get our money back or what we ordered.
This was a horrible experience. They took 2 weeks longer than originally scheduled arrival date. They called to tell me they no longer carried the color I ordered (orange) but had white with black stripe. I received an entirely black scooter. Not what I would have agreed to receive. This company was rude and unhelpful. Never again. I would not recommend.
I ordered a bike bike was exactly how it was described nothing wrong there. i paid for the faster shipping and it ended up not leaving any sooner than normal. i called to get a refund but it was never refunded. i have called 5 times now and still have not recieved my 50 dollars back....

The worst company I have ever in 62 years dealt with. I purchased a scooter from them. I was sent a completely different scooter. It was not only the wrong scooter, it was a cheaper, different color, different co. and to top it off, it was badly damaged. Broken plastic, leaked gas, and oil, etc. When I contacted P.R.O. I was spoken to in a matter that I have never been spoken to in my life. I was called a liar, called crazy, told that I got what I ordered, and if I did not like it, send it back(at my expense, with a restocking fee). I called the B.B.B. When the B.B.B. contacted them about this, they never even responded back. Anyone who is even thinking about buying a scooter, first check the B.B.B. web-site on P.R.O., and then, turn around, and run as fast as you can to a reputable company. This company is bad, and Im sure that I am not the only person that has been ripped off by them.

Disrespectful sale manager. Asked for a picture of my card info and driver licenses and still said my card was fraud. I called and tried to figure a way to fix the issue. Sales manager said it was no way, that he was the only one I could talk to, that I didnt know anything about business, and that I could take my business elsewhere because his company was still gonna run.Worse cumater service i have ever encountered.
The whole experience was terrible. Paid a lot of money to receive a lot of broken pieces on the bike I ordered. I followed the necessary procedures in the warranty claim. Its been 7 months now and I have yet to receive my new parts nor have I gotten any update. Poor customer service! When you call the customer service your on the phone for 45mins til someone answers and you dont even get an apology from them. I ask for some type of compensation and their response theres nothing we can do. What kind of customer service is that? To keep customers coming back you have to make sure they are completely satisfied. I will never do business with this company again and I suggest others to not waste their money either.

And eventually I got them to agree to sending me a new bike they never sent a new bike and the claim guy his name is Mike told me pretty much that Im going to have to deal with it and they proceeded to file a appeal on my claim. luckily I have a very good bank which is Bank of America and Merrill Lynch they were able to see that this company was a bad company with a bad reputation and had plenty of previous encounters just like this and the end I was rewarded with my money and I still have the messed up bike I tried to contact the company so they can pick their bike up but they never answered my calls or emails even to get their own property I warned you do not buy from this company check the Better business bureau website and type in power ride outlet for all the complaints on this company

Ive had a great experience purchasing my kids atvs, shipping was fast to my house and the product is actually really good quality for what u are paying. Im a happy customer and I am pleased with my buying experience thus far.
The worst company. After waiting few weeks, we got the motorcycle. We used it three times and we did not know there were two bolts missing which hold the muffler and the manifold and melted the cover. Now we cannot use the motorcycle. We called and wrote many times this company and no answer or response. Will report to BBB and getting legal action. My recommendation, pay a little more and be protected.
It took almost a month before my son received his dirtbike. He also did not recieve the free helmet that was supposed to come with it. Getting any reply back from customer service was almost non existent. That being out of the way, the bike it self is great quality and my son loves it. I would love to purchase 2 more bikes but am a little afraid to.

They need to be shut down. This store is nothing but a front to take your money and not deliver the product. They will wait until youre exhausted from fighting and collect the fees for cancellation. They want me to pay a $800 fee to return a scooter I never received from them.... They still have it.Im in talks with my lawyer right now. Id rather pay his fees then have them continue to prey on people.

I have never transacted with a more incompetent company. Zero followthrough. Zero communication. In spite of being in touch over the past week (which was 2 weeks after the order was placed) after speaking with a supervisor who waived the surprise additional $67 in shipping, the order still wasnt shipped dispite telling me it would be that day. This of course was after it still hadnt been shipped after a week of placing the order. Then the lady who I talked to because it wasnt shipped said the supervisor wasnt in the office, but would talk to him when he got in. While this is poor practice anyway since he could have just being called given the inconvenience that I have had with the order in the first place, STILL nothing was done even once he was in the office. Fast forward to yesterday when I called at business open and was told I would receive a tracking order and the moped was going out the same day. That never happened. Fast forward to business close when I called the same day to confirm I would receive an email. That didnt happen. Also, the online chat is worse than the phone service, which is surprising since the company by and large has no customer service skills on the phone and puts customers on endless hold. I guess it is better than no response on the chat. Avoid this company at all costs. They desperately need a training plan.
Do not buy anything from Power Ride Outlet. We received a damaged and non-functioning go-kart. The literature from the website was misleading about the amount of horsepower and weight capacity. Their customer service is terrible. We wasted our money, dont waste yours!
Im going to keep this short, but I ordered a scooter a few weeks ago and I have had nothing but problems with this company. Being put on hold for 25 minutes only to be hung up on, having my calls ignored, and everything happening at a colossal pace. I am still waiting on my refund, and not very hopeful that it will go through. I read the mixed reviews and thought I would give them a shot. PLEASE dont. OMG what a joke of company. Called prior to ordering a Bike. Said it was in stock. now being told on slow boat from china. Which will put at my door 30 days after placing order. Called to cancel and got some attitude from girl working the call center. I did cancel order and here it is 3 days later with no money yet returned. So i call again, and she tells me the cancel order was never put into the system.What a JOKE stay clear of this dead beat company. There is a reason the product is cheap and I just found out the hard way. Also maybe good idea that if you do work in customer service that you speak ENGLISH as this is native language in the USA.
Worst company to deal with. Not only did it take 4 weeks to get the go-kart I ordered, but the shipping company lost it! Once it left power ride they couldnt have cared less. I never got any of the extras that were advertised with it. I ordered it for my daughters birthday and needed it 4 weeks after ordering. luckily it showed up the day before the party and then I still had to assemble it. I called probly 10-20 times to talk with the manager (jeff I believe it was) NOPE! never was able to, was told he would call me back, never called. I couldnt even get the gloves and stuff that the website said would come with it. they said they were out of stock?!?! Then dont advertise it. Then I was told would come lift gate, well they dont, so i had to have friends come meet me to help get it off the truck or they would refuse to deliver. Worst company ever, never deal again. Bought another one from go-karts USA the next week and that was excellent. Buy from them!!
This company is a scam.Paid 1000 dollars for a scooter. Waited approximately 6 months. They eventually stopped replying to my e-mails. The contact phone number on the website didnt work. Thank God my bank gave me my money back. The company is not backed by the better business bureau and there is nothing they can do.

I have emailed and sent chat messages. I never get replys. I would like to get my Scooter but They wont return my calls to get my payment info.

Complete crap!... Never buy from theese people. Paid for installation and what I got was missing parts, and everything put together wrong. (rounded out heads of nuts, loose nuts, pins, missing nuts, pins. I mean, where do I start!?.... Now. Month later the buggy is broken and under warranty, but no one to hold up to that.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Spent nearly a grand, $950+ dollars on a 50cc scooter. I have messaged the company multiple times without any response its currently the 09/16/16 and I put my order in WITH Rush service. NOTHING has been done, no update about the transaction or shipment and no reply back to me. They are a scam, there are a multitude of other reviews that claim theyve been ripped off as well. STAY AWAY. Next step is contacting the BBB and hoping for a FULL refunday because they have a crazy restock / cancellation fee IF they even respond. This company needs to be shut down for literal grand theft. I gave them nearly a grand for a product and service and have received nothing along with many others.
Im very happy, its a great machine works great and my kids love it, it was delivered timely and was easy to assemble I got the 85% complete, I would recommend to anyone.

I have purchase two ruckus clone scooters and plan to purchase a touring scooter when I can. They have a good description so you know exactly what your getting and it ships fairly fast. Wjen shipping they do have shipping frames so that the vehicle does not get damaged. I did have a grip break during shipping but it was very easy to replace and everything else was perfect! Best place to buy when you live in an area no one knows what they are, I am still turning heads in my Icebear Insanedogg :)
Ill start off by saying that Im very pleased with the atv I received from you. I did a lot of research on chinese quads and dealers before I chose you, and I was still very hesitant on purchasing it. The customer service was great and answered all the questions I had for them. The atv was shipped in a timely manner. It came packaged properly. When I opened it there wasnt a scratch any where on the product. Im more than happy with the outcome of ordering through you. If and when I purchase another quad, you guys have my business!

I have recently ordered 3 ATVs from this site. Luckily no payments have went through but it is the first of November and the site still says labor day sales going on.. Labor day is in sept. That should have threw up a red flag but I proceeded to order anyway. Its been well over a week and havent heard a thing from these people. I have emailed and called both numbers BOTH OF WHICH DO NOT WORK. Id find another place to order from. DO NOT USE THIS CO!

It took a month to get my Go Kart, then when something went wrong, after only two weeks, they told me they could not do nothing without a claim form. I filled it out on the 7th day of October 2015, and now at 5 February, still nothing from it. In fact, they seemed to have misplaced the original form, so I had to make out another. I WAS considering putting something on layaway, but no way am I going to do that now. These people are more than willing to sell you stuff, but when something goes wrong, and it WILL, they are not there for you then. Do not go here, I recommend going to Power Sports Max. Save yourself the aggravation! Do NOT purchase from this company. We ordered the PRO XT150 for our kids. It took almost a month for delivery. They could not provide an answer as to why it was not shipping. We finally received it. The mechanical issues are ridiculous. One of the seats was damaged. Technical support will NOT answer the phone. Customer service does NOT return emails or phone calls. After spending a considerable amount of money, I am left with a 450 pound paper weight that doesnt work! The lack of service we have received is unacceptable and down right ridiculous. We are still waiting for a return call to rectify this issue.Oh and please be careful, the have another FB page where customers are NOT allowed to review them! Power Ride Outlet SHAME ON YOU!
Do NOT ever buy anything from this company, I was given a Scooter from these crooks over 2 years ago, when the truck delivered the scooter, it was all busted up. We paid extra $100 to have the scooter fully put together. We tried working with the company to come and pick it up or exchange it and they were horrible to work with. Wanting us to take mechanical things apart that we have not idea how to do, they offered U-Tube videos to watch are you kidding my partner just spent $800 on a piece of junk, why should we have to do anything? We continued trying to get them to work with us, we eventually did a chargeback through our bank as the item was not as described on the website. They first contested the chargeback and then gave the money to the bank. The bank credited our account back. We waited for them to contact us to pick this pile of junk up and over a year and never heard from them. They called me last week telling me I had to cooperate with them with returning the scooter back to them. I let them know I was ecstatic about this and to come get it as soon as possible because its taken up space in the back of my business. Let me tell you this Amanda Julian who is apparently in customer service along with someone called Claudia both horrible horrible agents. Amanda like many others on here hung up on me. If I ran my business like these clowns do I would be in line at the food kitchen and thats the problem they keep screwing people over and dont feel one bit bad about it AT ALL! Check out the listing on the BBB they are not signed up with the BBB for obvious reason because they dont know how to treat customers. They are currently at a rating of F with A being the best? Does this tell you something? Steve, Claudia and the rest of the clowns that work here are a joke. UPDATE PLEASE READ: All these people leaving negative feedback and saying they are going to sue. Are mechanically inclined. When you order a scooter or bike online. Be prepared to have to change the carb out and replace the fuel and vaccum lines. My Taotao 50 ran great all summer. I installed a 72cc bigbore kit a few months ago and my scooter does 50mph. Yoy have to know what youre doing. Youre just slow if you say youre going to sue them. I have never seen a taotao with problems when owned by someone who knows what your doing. I bet none of you even changed the Chinese oil and gear oil out before the first start lol. I would buy another scoot from them in a heart beat. I live in Maine and they are in California. My crate came all the way across the country and only had one easily replaceable part broken. What can you expect when you order a freight crate package? I have put over 200 bucks in new parts in my scooter and id pick it over a brand new Zuma or Ruckus any day.
Power Ride outlet is the worsest store in the world. Last year in September I bought two new and same scooters. One scooter did not start from the beginning, because of winter I put it in garage until spring. Couple days ago I decided to start my season and scooter did not start again, I found that battery was dead. I used battery from my second scooter and spend about two hours to start it, and it did not, then I used extra battery from my boat and it finally started but was running so rough that scooter was shaking like crazy and in a few minutes later something happen with muffler it was disconnected or cracked. Now it runs so loud that I can not use it at all. I contacted with Power Outlet Ride shop and their technician said that they will not cover repairing or pay for any parts, when I asked them to give me any idea where I have to go in my state he said find it yourself or fix it yourself. SHAME ON YOU pOWER rIDE oUTLET!!! SHAME ON YOU!! SHAME ON YOU!! You work like you live in China where nobody cares about you!! Shame on you!! If some of you guys decide to buy something from Power Ride Outlet, I bag you stay away!! Otherwise youll be in trouble and nobody will pay you back for their junk. They sale junk and only junk!! They deserve no stars at all !!
On May 21, 2015, I ordered a Roketa MCR-100 250cc Cruiser Challenger with V-twin fully assembled (in Europe it is known as Jinlun 250V). They were supposed to be able to deliver it on a lift gate truck. But the trucking outfit told me they couldnt deliver it that way, because the bike was too long. I couldnt receive it unless it was delivered on a lift gate. Then when I finally received the bike, the seat height was 29 inches and not 26 inches as advertised. It is too big for me. I complained but they said they needed proof and I would have to return the bike at my cost. My cost when they advertised falsely. Also the shifter was bent in. I showed pictures and proved to them it was 29 inches. So They changed the seat height on the specs. But still wanted me to pay for returning the bike. Since it is chinese no one wants to work in it to lower it. This is not a good company to work with. Not only that but the Certificate of origin called it a single cylinder. Had to get a replacement certificate. No body seems to be paying attention at the shop. No customer service.....
Yall, please stay away from this place. This place is a scam customer service if horrible you can never talk to a manager because they want let you....I called numerous times regarding my layaway spoke with the ladies tht always answer the phone...One lady gave me a tracking number tht dont exist I call back and told them tht I have not receive my mail...I call back and gave the lady the tracking number tht was giving to me a week ago she told me tht number dont exist...They full of lies...I wish I would have read the reviews before dealing with this place...I call so much to I got to the point where I just stop calling..you can never get through its like they have caller ID on they phone and if they know its you calling they want pick up for a long period of time...I call again another time they told me to hold on and never pick up the phone again....Yall please stay away from this company.....Its a scam!
Terrible ServiceI recently ordered a Roketa 127cc Sports Bike that took 4 weeks to deliver then stopped working the 2nd week I got it. I called a million times about it, they said they would call me back but never did. They charge u to use your free warrenty with restocking fees.now I have to pay $200 to get it fixed by a professional mechanic and also plan on SUEING the company for ripping people off.
I have not been happy with my scooter. It has been in the shop multiple times and is currently not working due to parts falling off (again) and an inability to get it started (again).
I bought a scooter from PRO in 2014 it was the 150cc pro eagle. I picked a Layaway plan at that time. After paying it off it shipped fairly fast and arrived within the amount of days shown on their map from CA TO S.C. The only issue whn i got the bike was the rear-view right mirror was broken. I emailed and called and they told me to subit a form. o BTW they also forgot to send my free Bike Lock that was offerd at the time. But When i submitted their form they wanted within a few days they shipped the xtra rear view mirror and said they were out of bike locks and offerd me a pair of ridding gloves instead (which i would of rather had) The bike fired up and rode great! I put a performance spark plug in it, always the best gas,and synthetic oil when it was time for a oil change. I also bought a part on it that was called a CDI-No rev system or something like that and it gave it some more horsepower and maybe few xtra MPH.. I had NO issues with it until OCT 2015 when i was in a wreck on it and it totaled it. So ....I put a new scooter on Layaway back in DEC 2015, for the 150cc Typhon, which is a little more than the pro eagle i bought before. I have to say my experiance with them this time as far as customer service has been a pain in the ass. They never upgrading the account to reflect payments had been made, but i always got emails saying they received payment and i had whatever amount left,it annoyed me though i could not log into my account and see that reflection. Anyway So i paid it off close to 3 weeks ago, I paid it off on a tuesday and it did not ship til the next friday !They used roadrunner for the currier which is also NOT BBB accredited btw! and have a LOT of complaints, but they got my bike to NC FAST then some other trucking company brought it to me in S.C., I just got the Bike in Today!! Just got done inspecting it and all, so far so good, only thing is the damn keys that r suppose to unlock the glove box DONT! which isnt a Big deal . I will update in a few days on how if it continnues to run good.. Im gonna go ahead and put the CDI NO REV part on this one like i had my other 1 too. So far soo good with 2 good bikes from them though.. but customer service this time was hell in all kinda waysWould give a 5 but customer service SUCKed this time, and Last time they never botherd to mention they did not have the free lock when i paid it off to ship they just didnt bother to send! and also the broken mirror. O and BTW when Test riding it Its a smooth nice ride but when i get to about 50mph it starts shaking like crazy!! Im thinking might have a little to much air in the tires and just needs breaking in.
Well as you can see from most, these people are terrible to deal with. Bought a gokart, arrived ontime but was damaged. They did absolutely nothing to assist and were stupid enough to forward me an internal email regarding my claim stating I was un-reasonable. Getting a damaged item and asking for simple assistance is un-reasonable??? Oh, and their tech support, good luck, they never called me back when I was having ignition trouble (turns out who ever put the ignition together did it backwards, off was on). Also, they lie about the item description, overstate what it really is. Prices are fare for what you get but save the hassel and go somewhere else that has better service.
On May 29th, I ordered and paid for a 49cc moped with a 70cc converter kit to be installed. Knowing that this was coming from China, i knew it would take some time for this to be delivered. I called in July or August for the first time and was told it was on the container ship on its way. Should arrive by Sept. I called back again in September and again was told the same thing only now it will be Oct. I called back againat the end of October and was told it was on a delay and would be in by the end of November. I asked to see a bill of lading that shows it has actually be shipped. That did not happen. I got an email in Dec that they offered to me 150 in free parts because of the delay which was equitable with us. I called again right before Christmas to be told that the moped is no longer available. I asked if there was another one available. The answer was no. I asked to speak to a member if management. That person would not be in until later but the customer service repassured me i would be a priority call for the management. I would like to mention that i am still waiting for that call back. I find it very difficult to deal with a company that does not give me a straight answer or the courtesy of a decent explanation--obviously it was not on a container ship. In the meantime, they have in fact, used my money and so far no refund has been issued to my knowledge. Would i order again--not even if pigs fly. I believe that they may have great product for some people but their followup leaves a lot to be desired. For the record, i did try to call again today Dec 29th and got the sorry we missed your call, please leave us a message. Yeah that really works too, doesn it.I am extremely frustrated by the inability to contact a human being in a position of making a decison. How sad a commentary on an extremely bad way to treat a consumer. Never again
I drove up there from san diego to get this quad. I bought two of them. they told me to be there by 2:00 I arrived at 1:30 and they were not ready for me. I had to wait up to 3:45 to get out of there. while I was there they seemed to have a few issues going on but then seemed to have finished building them and did a road test. everything seemed ok. I did notice when I did the hand brake on one of the quads that there was no light that came on, I just figured that that side didnt make the light go on and did not question since I was paying them to put it together and road test the quads. then, even though I had to wait for hours after arriving, I was very excited to get these babies home. the next day, I started checking their work and making sure bolts were tight and everything was good to go. I noticed right off the bat when I really started taking a close look that the hand brake cable was actually broken inside the handle, then it dawned on me that is why it didnt work for the brake light, secondly I noticed that one of the brackets for your feet was completely busted from the frame on one of the bikes. the welds were completely busted and so I was getting more and more upset by the moment. i realized that when i sat on the bike the day before i never stepped on the the nerf bar area, only the the foot pegs, so there was no way of knowing it was busted unless i was looking for it. also, I had filled these quads up with 91 gas, havent even been able to ride yet and suddenly discovering more and more problems. then the big one hit, on both quads they had put on washers as a band-aid to cover up that the bearings had a missing spacer and kept it just a little loose so the tires could spin. Well, the actually locked up on me and i about busted my *** on the ground because of their inexperience with their product. they had hours to put these together and still didnt do it right. they had me fooled, and sent me off on my way with bikes that could potentially kill someone at a fast speed. Dont buy their quads. Stay away from power ride outlet. so after driving 2.5 hours away i had to drive back up there, waste a days pay and pay for the gas to drive up there to return the quads, only to arrive there with their additude being that i test drove it and it was to my satisfaction when i left, and that i will have a 15 percent restock fee. The manager didnt even want to hear about why i brought them back and was very rude to me only because i showed him that i was very upset with this purchase. Nonetheless, i had to beg him for my money back in full. I did retrieve my money back, but there was no offer to compensate for my waste of time and money for bikes that were sold to me that were an accident waiting to happen. Lawsuit waiting to happen!!!!!
I ordered 2 hoverboards from Power Ride on Dec 16 for my kids (Christmas) using 3-4 day shipping and was told delivery would be 12/23, but the box came on 12/26. I get it, its Christmas, they were busy. No big deal, my kids were excited just knowing theyd have them the next day. So Fed Ex comes and delivers a box with a shipping label saying 1 Blk and 1 red hoverboard, yet when opened, there is only the black hoverboard! It was obvious from the outside the box was only sized for one. I tried calling for days but never got the promised callback or an answer. I got an email reply that said we can check with Fed Ex and see what the problem is, but that was a week ago. They never said they WOULD check, just that they COULD. I honestly dont mind mistakes or delays. Just the lack of communication. They gladly took payment for two hoverboards. If they emailed or called me, Id be fine just knowing theyre attempting to take care of it. As it stands though, they could be out of business and living in Peru right now. I saw another review here with the exact same situation, so Im not sure what happened. Terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM. I ordered two items and they shipped 1. I have been calling and wait on hold FOREVER and when I do speak to someone they tell me that my other item will be shipped tomorrow (everyday) yet never provide me a tracking number....Im very close to contacting the BBB if this is not rectified soon.MORE.....You must clearly me ignorant, incompetent or illiterate. Please forgive me, I typically am not nearly this critical of a company however if you would have taken the time to do just a simple bit of research you would have found that I purchased (and you accepted payment of) two hoverboards on the 12th of December 2015. These were scheduled for ground delivery within 4-6 business days and by the email above you can see that delivery was made 9 business days following the purchase. Forget about the delay in delivery, the delivery only consisted of 1 HOVERBOARD whereas I purchased (and you accepted payment) for 2. Given this was a purchase made prior to Christmas, you can only imagine that my 7 year old son was highly disappointed in not receiving the 1 item he asked Santa for. Furthermore and all while I kept complete calm and composed, I called and listened to your hold music for over an hour on the 24th only to be told (by Amanda) that yes indeed the warehouse has looked at the dimensions of the box and we made a mistake and only shipped one. No apology, no offer to rectify or make better by maybe....offering expedited shipping but instead telling me that the additional hoverboard I purchased wouldnt be sent for delivery until Monday the 28th December 2015. I was also told that on the 28th I would get an email with a tracking number for the additional board. Monday came and went and of course I received no tracking number. I called Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (28th, 29th, 30th) listening to hold music and being hung up on only to finally be told that my additional board is shipped and I am now expected to receive it on January 6th 2016. That would be 25 days or 16 business days from the original purchase for those at your company who are incapable of counting....Not once was I offered an apology, not once was I offered anything that any reputable business would extend for such incompetence. Please believe, I will share this (as I see that so many have about your company) so that people can know prior to buying what type of company they may be dealing with.Warm Regards,James McVicker

Used a credit card that was not used for 9 months less then 24 hours later 10 charges around the world i have been emailing them calling and leaving messages and nobody answers i have a police report for fraud and also contacting upland ca depart also for wire/mail fraud. DO NOT USE AVOID!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed! After taking 800$ from my bank account, 7 days later when I CALLED THEM for a tracking number they tell me they dont have the item in stock. Mind you christmas is only a couple weeks away. Thank you for ruining my sons Christmas!
I ordered a 150CC ROMA from them last Thursday, it just shipped out today and should be here Tuesday. I will update this review once the bike gets here, but Id still be skeptical for now.
Paid for my bike, a month later I got an email that said I had to pay an extra 30 dollars to get it shipped to my house. Dont buy from here unless, you want your item ordered to your house after a month.
