I went here to print something out. It was sort of okay, one of the ladies was really nice. I asked to use the restroom and I was told someone would come back to enter a code. I waited for an extended period of time while other people were let in promptly and once of the customer service agents was speaking about inflammatory topics to due with race quietly the whole time. So it’s unfortunate, however some of the workers were extremely polite.

We were there for Back to school shopping. We had a long list to deal with. And were anticipating a challenging time. Well we were wrong and pleasantly surprised! Kudos and thank you for conveniently setting up items toward the front and well organized. Plus they reduced prices on several items. In general the store seemed to be well stocked. Employees were friendly and helpful. Thanks again Staples for your consideration and thoughtfulness. We sincerely appreciate it.

Before I went to the store I called and asked would they price the Amazon prime sale for a fire stick @ $14.99. she said yes if its packed and shipped by Amazon. I asked again, again the lady over the phone said YES. I asked how may did they have and was there a limit to buy. She said they only had three left. I went to the store asked for 2 fire stick. The lady rang them up I told her they where $14.99 on line. I showed her the Amazon site. Then she told me they are not price matching. We asked for manager who never came. Im not going back and I would always buy stuff from them. Ill take a farther drive.

Don’t move too quick! The paper cutter is trash, workers watch you struggling never offer help. And I even left a paper in the copy machine was on hold the entire ride back for 5 minutes and when I walked in I could see the workers ignoring my call. Worst staples ever

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised as I went back-to-school shopping for my students as well as my own family!! I was greeted, staff answered my questions and even offered to help me take my heavy bags to my car!! I felt as if I had stepped back in time because their customer service was excellent!! I often HAVE TO go to big box discount stores to buy school supplies, but Staples offered some comparable prices. We will return!!

Customer service in an uncrowded store was non existent with 5 people on staff. They all stand at designated stations offering no help. Their public used computers have no antibacterial wipes or spray. Not friendly. I can E-Z forget about this place.

I keep giving the copy and print section chances but it keeps disappointing. The last two times Ive visited, I was charged a fee so my document wouldnt be left undone until the next day. Mind you, there was no one in front of me and all I needed was for two sheets of paper laminated. After agreeing to pay the fee, it took the Staples associate less than 10 minutes to complete the task (something that without paying the fee would have taken 24 hours.) Look for other alternatives unless you want to pay extra. Two stars because Ive found good deals on a back clearance shelf in the back.

Staples in Upland has been my go-to place for office supplies for years. Today I bought 110 weight card stock and selected the Staples brand.In general, their paper quality and pricing are very competitive esp if you are only buying a ream.

Yesterday 10/5 I purchased a Office 365 access code from them. At the register, the cashier said the access card was not activating and then said, “can you go grab another one otherwise I have to get someone to get it” I was shocked because well customer service expectations but I went. After so many tries the switched code did not work and I even went to the support link given.Finally called to see if they would just switch it. They said yes with a receipt. When I came in the girl said to go get another one AGAIN and so I did, while she called the manager. The manager came finally after a while and said nothing to me and asked what the return was in an annoyed tone to the cashier. Then I was told that they would return my $$$ in a few days and had to charge me a whole new account now. It is not like I “broke” the code. You sold me one that did not work. Even if you couldn’t then atleast your attitude should be better. Everyone I interacted with has seemed lazy and unwilling to work with you. Hopefully the last time I have to interact with them.

Got my photocopies done fast. Cheap.easy. Didnt need any help and was able to copy my personal photos with no digital copy left over.safe and convenient.

There are a lot of great people here. Believe me, I used to work here! A lot of the complaints here are unwarranted. Every day we try our best. Customer service is the only job requirement and things like numbers are only recommended and appreciated.A few things to remember about Staples and all other stores. The associates usually have only an hour to clean the entire store and find all of the missing product, so every minute counts. Theyre not trying to be mean when they dont let you in 5 minutes after closing. And dont bang on the door asking to come in... I have just one copy isnt a valid reason for us to let you in. Not only does this rule protect the associates but it also means that Staples can be ready for the morning rush.The best times to come in every day are from about 10:00 to 7:00.

WORST PLACE !! Worked there briefly before quitting, I have never experienced such disrespect from management in my life. They run the store like cranky children but then treat you like your a stupid child They act fake to the customers and give them disrespect, no wonder why therere losing SO much money, business, employees, the manager Lori shouldnt be managing with the way she talks to her co-workers unprofessional, RUDE, uncaring. Dont support this horrible store!

Dont order online and pick up in store at this location. They do not have a a specific location they hold online orders to make it easy for the staff to find them. It would be faster to find the item in the store and check out at the register.

I had a awesome experience here with one of the staff who printed my headshots, she was so kind and polite and did exactly what I requested, while walking me how to send orders online. She called once my prints were ready, I love this place!

Im an avid cyclist and ride my bike everywhere. Consequently I carry a backpack to hold purchases from stores I patronize. As soon as I entered the store TWO store employees were tailing me. I find this type of treatment of a potential customer who is planning to spend money in an establishment EXTREMELY offensive and I will never patronize this location. I think this is gender discrimination because I doubt women carrying purses into the store are treated in this manner.

Another service review here. I went in to pick up my two day old online order. Got my email confirming it was there with no pick up deadline indicated. Good thing since I was out of town on an emergency. When I arrived to pick up my simple order ( one ream of standard copy paper and one common HP cartridge; both items in stock at the Upland store) the young man could not find it. I said cant I just get the items since you have them in stock? NO! These items were ordered especially for you. He went to ask his managers/supervisors about it. She said this is an abandoned order since you didnt come in to get it. I said there is no deadline indicated on my email dated just two days ago and why cant I just pick up the items since you have them in stock? But Noooo, instead they treated me like a child being punished for being tardy. Both the supervisor and her sidekick could have represented your company and store better. I think Ill start going to Office Depot.Also, I took a legal document in to the same store for 4 sets of copies. I should have checked before I left the store but when I got home I found a whole section missing from 2 sets of copies. I called and they said it should have been verified before I left the store. Wouldnt that be done by the clerk with me present?

Not many employees around or specialized item selection/selection for such a large office store. Recycled or eco friendly products would be nice too but i did not notice any

This is definitely the store to get all your stationary and school supplies. The store is huge but if you need something, the staff members will help you find it.

Good place to get office essentials

This review is about the service. Went to get a PDF printed. According to the guy, because they closed in about 5 minutes he could not print out four 8.5x11 pages because the printer was being used by another customer. The funny thing is Ive been there before and that printer that was used was one of many they have at their disposal (and prints have been made before in their other printers). So they guy was just being lazy. Thanks!

Worst customer service ever!!! It looks like the lazy fat ass brianna has no clue on what she is doing! Doesnt know how to process coupons, she put it to trash. Never smile or maybe thats what her real face is, this kind of staff makes your company go down and make customer never comes back. She didnt even want to put my products into plastic bag, what a lazy ass! Looks like she dont wanna work but needed the money badly so she dont care for the customers! Fire that fat ass!
