I had the best experience ever from my first phone call with Dawn where I explained my frustration with the audiologist I was working with. She walked me through everything and scheduled my first appointment with Mayra and the professionalism and her wonderful attitude she worked with and my insurance company getting all the information and the redirection of my hearing aid referral and was able to get my hearing aids in a timely manner she went about and beyond to make sure it was happy This is my first time wearing hearing aids and and three of the ladies in this office Dawn, Mayra and Lisa are in my opinion this companies biggest assets they are a true example in how to take cate of and work with people. Connect Hearing is where my previous insurance company recommended. Their staff was very courteous and friendly. Their audiologist, Susan Becker (now retired), was quite efficient and personable. She tested my hearing and showed the varying grade of hearing aides available under my insurance. I have been a client of Connect Hearing at this location for more than eight years. Even with the covid restrictions, I can get an appointment quickly. I have nothing but praise for this company. They even have locations in Canada!

I didn’t want to take a hearing test just because I don’t want a big ol hearing aid on my ear. But the ladies at connect were excellent and explained everything that was going on and when she showed me the aids I was so surprised to see how small they were. She is a professional and took the time to evaluate my hearing loss and recommended series of hearing aids with difference options. Everyone at this office is so professional. I brought my 95 yo father in for new hearing aids and felt so comfortable with the CoVid precautions taken. After a problem with the insurance, Mayra allowed him to return the ones covered by the insurance and purchase better ones out of pocket. Dawn let us purchase them with his credit card until approval on the promotional interest-free went through. Thanks for a great experience.

I went in very nervous and self conscious about my hearing loss. As soon as I went in, I felt comfortable with everyone. It’s a small and intimate office. Very happy with my audiologist Susan. She was very kind and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions regarding my hearing aids. Loved the fact that my hearing testing was in her office. No small isolated room to go in. WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER. My mother ordered new hearing aids from the Upland office of Connect Hearing and the experience could not have been worse- no communication, aids not ordered, took 4 months to process cancellation after they lost the order data and then advised they couldnt make them for her as ordered... terrible costomer service, follow up, solution solve- please dont go there, save yourself the aggravation.

Wonderful Staff, Great Service!I have been coming here for hearing aid services for several years. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything I need. Appointments are usually easy to get, and you can always walk in without an appointment to get your hearing aid cleaned free of charge or to pick up free batteries! (Hearing aid batteries are usually included free for three years after purchase.). PLUS, they always have a K-Cup coffee pot right there if you want some!Now that’s my kind of place!!!

This place is great. I was having trouble with my hearing aids that I purchased from here two and 1/2 years ago. But I could not remember the name. I was driving around in the area and found the office again. The ladies pulled up my information, gave me a couple of boxes of batteries since I have a 3-year warranty, only took minutes while they cleaned and replace the filters in my aides, and gave me a goody bag with all these delightful neon green things which I absolutely love and need. Staff is great and the office very accommodating. My experience has always been a positive one.

I decided to try Connect Hearing after reading the excellent reviews online and, especially, seeing the high rating from Consumer Reports. Im very glad I did so; Susan did an extensive evaluation of both my hearing and my present hearing aids, and made some major changes and adjustments which have made a world of difference in my hearing. She devoted a lot of time to the evaluation, was very complete, and she was very patient and answered all my questions. When it comes time to replace my present hearing aids, I will definitely be coming back to Susan and Connect Hearing.

A hearing test was required before I can see an ear specialist and was referred here. The staff were so nice and the facility itself is very nice and clean. Susan Becker, the audiologist was really nice and the hearing test felt so relaxing. My results pretty much validated everything that i have been experiencing with my ear

It was my first hearing test and I was trying to figure out why I cant hear some things and other sounds were too loud. The women and this office were terrific. Ms. Paradise was very informative and provided lots of information both before and after my test, explaining where results and options. (Im missing high pitch sounds.) I definitely recommend visiting this office, and have already referred a co-worker. It is in the back of a mini mall sort of place so drive in towards the back.

These gals are the Greatest!!!! Sue helped me find the correct fit hearing aids after a failed attempt on my part. Lisa is so calm and such a pleasure to work with, every time I have been there to visit. I have to honestly call it a visit NOT an appointment..
