The lady that gave my mom the hearing testWas YELLING.. told my mom if you dont take the test like I want it GO HOMEMY MOM HAS ALTIMERS....THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE GREATthey heard her tell us these mean thingsThey did nothingDont go there is you have MENTAL PROBLEMSTHEY dont caer.....IF I CAN GIVE 0 THIS IS THE PLACE

Donna at Sonus is a lifesaver! My hearing aid stopped working on a Friday morning and I panicked because I thought I would be without it for the weekend. The hearing center where I purchased my device was closed and not able to help me. I called several other places but no one seemed interested in helping me or told me I would have to wait days for an appointment. When I called Sonus, a friendly lady named Donna answered and told me to bring my hearing aid in so they can take a look. I walked in and within minutes my hearing aid was working again better than new! I will definitely be back to purchase my new hearing devices and they will be my go to hearing center from now on.
