Cheryl is amazing! She has been at this location since I’ve been in school and now own a salon. The entire staff has been nice and friendly but Cheryl has gone above and beyond for me- offered to call other stores and locate what I wanted if it was out of stock. She’s truly a pleasure and I’ve always had a good experience shopping here. This is the only location I go to. -Caitlin (Mission Salon)

I am new to town and was exploring my new neighborhood. So I walked in this store to buy some pedicure items for my mom who is having leg issues and won’t go to a salon. Most of the staff was amazing. The woman working the cash register was truly rude about informing that it was for stylists only. Truly sad. I usually don’t bother with reviews but felt a need to let the store know how this affects their reputation.

Disappointing. Would have given them 2 1/2 stars if that was an option. Had an armful of stuff, got to check out & found you have to be a licensed cosmologist to shop there. No problem, Cosmo, shoot yourself in the foot. Sacrifice potential profits.

Sheryl and Erica are the bomb digidy doo! What ever u are paying them isnt enough! You always are greeted when you come in the door, many times they even remember your name! They are always eager to help, make sure you have the best deals and get you on your way! Love them!

Extremely rude!!! I will never go to this store again and I will take my business elsewhere. I have a hard time grasping how customer service at a beauty supply store could be this unpleasant. The sad part about this whole experience is that it was a manager. How can you train associates on customer service when managers lack the customer service skills. Maybe they should attend a Chick-fil-A training boot camp for some customer service pointers.

This is the worst customer service experience Ive ever received. The younger girl in the front has been rude to me every time I have come in, I regularly shop here for color. She would not sell to me by looking up my phone number since I misplaced my card - several other locations have done this before. She told me she didnt have time to look it up because they closed in 7 minutes. Shes also locked the front doors before closing time several times too. I had over $70 worth of product I needed for an event and she completely left me hanging when she knew they were closed the next day. I will never recommend this location to anyone, they are awful and she makes the company look bad.

I had horrible experience 10/26/17 at 3pm the younger girl had no idea what she was doing and the older lady was awfully rude Ive never had such horrible customer service. Needed to grab stuff for my sister in the car sitting with dogs. Never again will I got to cosmoprof only salon centric stuff fromnow on. Cosmoprof you should hire people who have better customer service skills.
