Worst customer service I have ever come across and the worst part they dont give a flying leap about it. 4 1/2 hours for an oil change when you are the first vehicle in the door. Not a bad day..its their norm.
Horrible customer service. I left two messages with the parts dept for a part I needed... Never called me back. And if I took the time to detail my roommates experiences with her BMW, Id be here all day. They arent trustworthy, they dont care and they are terribly arrogant. I dont know if this is the same at all locations as weve only dealt with the Hickman location.
