Far and above the cleanest thrift store in all of the Des Moines area. When you see workers steaming the clothing before they put it out on the rack, that’s some thing pretty amazing that you will never see add any other thrift store.Great selection all throughout the store and workers always very pleasant.Would give a five star review but there is such a discrepancy on all jackets as far as the jump in prices. While all of the clothing is priced a bit higher than Goodwill‘s, I have no problem with that given how nicely it’s put out on the floor and how clean it is. The jackets though are priced through the roof and I can’t imagine anyone ever paying those types of prices at a secondhand thrift store. On my last stop, there were at least seven or eight jackets I would’ve normally picked up even at $12.99 which is what Goodwill prices there is that.

Everything they have is a little high priced for being used. The couple things they had for bigger women were waaay to over priced. $10 for a plain black dress. I could understand if it were dressy but thats outrageous for plain and downscale dress. I will say the furniture was cute but couldnt find the price.

This place is a joke. How you going to call yourself a donation center, yet charge ridiculous prices? Example: My wife went to get a tall standing lamp for living room and yall wana charge $84 SERIOUSLY!?!? GOT IT AT WALMART FOR $15 INSTEAD! GREEDY MUCH?? This place is a joke, dont waste your time nor money. Stick to Goodwill or better thrift shops/donation centers.

Nice little thrift shop. Small selection, but pleasantly curated and fair prices. Goods a notch above Salvation Army.

This place is the best thrift store I have EVER been to! Lots of quality stuff! Even the clothes! It’s also arranged nicely so it’s not dumpy or junky at all. I also give my things to them too. The people who work there are super nice too.

This is the best thrift store experience in Des Moines. Curated items at fair prices. I walked away with exceptional deals! The ladies were cleaning items in back of store, they do a wonderful job. The employee named Ruth at checkout was wonderful. This thrift store curates a collection of higher end clothing and doesnt charge a premium.

After a dismal turnout garage sale I was able to donate nicer clothes and decorative items to Hospice of Central Iowa store. My mom would be happy. Donation entrance is clearly marked and helpers were right there to take my items. Feel good day.

People under the age of 16 arent allowed in the store but didnt know that until we got ten feet into the store. A worker told us that we had to leave because our kids werent older enough and that they had to be 16 to come in due to CoVid. There were no signs on the door about this rule. But guess what there was a baby in the store when we walked in so I guess the rule only applies to my family which is stupid and unfair.

First time visiting, I just saw it was a thrift store I hadnt been to and have no desire to return. I was ignored the whole time I wandered around looking at things. The other customers who came in AFTER me were greeted and chatted with. All the employees saw me enter. No one spoke to me. The only things that were said to me (after I stood at the counter getting irritated) were the price and thank you. Im thinking they expected me to shoplift. Just a bunch of middle aged narrow minded women.
