I cant say enough good things about this business and the people there. Theyve done high quality work, never disparaged other service places, made exceptions for me when I absolutely needed it and above all, always been 100% honest with me, even Im instances when they could have made the extra buck. Theyll have my business as long as I own a vehicle. I dont know how many places youll find like this but the good news is you dont have to look anymore, you found em.

Service and communication has always been top notch at this shop. If its something a dealership doesnt have to touch, well bring our vehicles here.My small complaint is the online appointment booking. Without knowing what days are available (as you can select any day regardless of availability), scheduling and appointment requires a phone call/email anyways. Not huge really, it just kinda defeats the purpose of being convenient, as it adds an extra step.

Oriskany Garage Tire and Auto by far is the best in the Mohawk Valley and Central New York. The service is kind, honest and will prioritize with you what need attention the most on your vehicle. I have been a customer for the past three years and they have done a fantastic job everytime. They even have loaner vehicles to provide if your repairs will take longer than a day. This really helps for a one car family like mine. One really awesome feature the garage uses is a diagnostic report of the vehicle with photos of what needs to be fixed, then they call and discuss it further with you. The prices and labor costs are honest and they never try to force unnecessary repairs or work to be done. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Oriskany Garage Tire and Auto. They really are the best, I highly recommend them for any auto repair or maintenance.

I called Firestone auto care in Clay NY to buy Firestone tires, The guy said Bad news we cant get them, they are out of stock I said my girlfriend Tammy works at Oriskany Garage and Tire, If anyone can find these tires it will be her. I called Oriskany Garage and was told by Tammy that there were 8 tires in the system. with in minutes my tires were order and have already arrived at the garage. It doesnt matter that Tammy is my girlfriend, it matters that Oriskany Garage got me the tires that others could not. it doesnt make sense, they obviously care more . Thank You!!!!

Oriskany Garage is always respectful of customers. They give details of work needed immediately, as well as, in the near future. The staff never pressure us to have work done at Oriskany Garage, they just want to make sure people are safe in reír vehicles. Also, I walked out the door after dropping my car off at 7:30am, and Russ offered a ride to me straight away. Oriskany Garage is simply a business who does work honestly and does a great job (my new tires drive fabulously)!

Said that specializes in Audi on web site and they couldn’t tell me anything (took me an hour on YouTube to fix) vary thorough but not good told me I need a oil change even tho I just did it 500 miles before it when there just because there no sticker to remind you or say when it was done 😂

The trailer repairs had been made and the car was ready to go Upon inspection, a second repair was needed. I was promptly notified the part was ordered and the repair will be made when the part arrives. I like this garage. I purchase my tires here, repairs and inspections. Prices are reasonable. I get good advice. They try to meet my requests. I am happy! 🥰

Heard good things from a friend so decided to take my care there for an inspection. Told me my wiper blade was ripped, and the other (i thought) was burnt out from trying to get heavy snow off. Told them I would go handle that stuff and bring it back so it passed. They went ahead and fixed both wipers and even put light bulbs in my license plate light free of charge. Will definitely bring my car back when it needs work.

Everyone says this place is great . Absolutely horrible customer service . I brought my vehicle in at 7 am on a Friday 12/27 they told me we are going to get to it today . They did not call me Friday to tell me we weren’t able to get to your vehicle. I called before they closed and than I got we are bringing it in and we will have it as the first car on Monday 12/30 I arrived at 7 am when they open. And waited until 11 am to find out they are not going to get to my car anytime soon they don’t know if they will get it in today. I will never go there again and I will never tell anyone to go to such a unprofessional facility.

Theres been one or two times in the past where something wasnt taken care of completely, but they quickly rectified it. Their prices are fair. Theyre also good listeners and communicate well. All the times Ive brought my cars there, the problem has always been fixed quickly.

Above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. My buddy shredded a timing belt, and needed me to load his car on to a trailer to bring it back downstate to where he recently purchased it, and Oriskany Tire was where it was towed after it initially died. Not only were they completely honest about his problem, but allowed the car to sit on their lot for several days before we were able to get clear enough weather to bring it home. The foreman Dave Z was instrumental in getting the car on our uhaul, bringing us hot water to unfreeze the straps, and deftly push towing it around the lot and up on to the icy trailer. They refused to accept any of our money for all of this, so I highly recommend you give them yours. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Had a gift cert for a conventional oil change. Got that and a tire rotation and I was surprised at the price. Other than that it was ok. Ill right an updated review if I go back for something more extensive.

After purchasing my car from a loyal customer that had their car fixed here, before it was sold to me this woman had $1,500 worth of work done to the car before selling it to me. In hopes of everything being fixed only for me to receive the car and realized that there was much more they missed. Bringing it there again would cost me another $600. oh and did I mention this car was given to a single mother with children that had previously had there car fixed here drove it across country and didnt make it back with it.

Uncle Russ & His Staff are truly the BEST! I was having the hardest time, literally the hardest time getting my car inspected. I went to a bunch of different places who had me waste money and gas for a check engine light that wouldnt go off. I payed for what they believed was the problem.. only for me to drive about 20 miles for the light to come back on. I brought it here and in about 25 minutes, I got a call from a staff member who told me everything I needed to have my vehicle pass inspection. The price was great, They worked with my warranty company which helped even more. Vehicle was fixed and inspected in a matter of 2 Days! Thank You !!!

I have a hard time trusting people with my classic but they never let you down. Always works with the customers on what they actually need and not on random stuff other shops try to sell you.
