Took my cat in at 10:00am had my car on the lift filled out a financial statement to get a card and in 15 minutes I had almost $1000,00 in credit to get my car fixed and for new tires in the fall,I am very impressed

Excellent service. I wanted new all-season tires for my car. They only had two, and said they could get the other two for me by the next day. I brought my car in at 4:30 that next day, and they stayed late to finish the installation. My only problem is that they tried selling me a new battery even though I dont need one.

This place is the BEST. I showed up Monday morning at 7:00am when they opened. I explained I had to be at work by 8:00 in Canastota and didn’t want to drive that far with the doughnut spare tire. Even though they had 3 cars waiting to be worked on they took me right in and (to make a long story short) put a new tire on and had me on my way in 30 minutes. You couldn’t ask for better customer service than this place. They are incredible and I would highly recommend them to you if you need ANYTHING!!! Mark the manager is a great guy and will take good care of you!

Good service at a fair price. Bought four high quality new tires w/ damage replacement Warranty an oil change + filter, NYS inspection, alignment, mounting and balanceing, and break light bulb replacement. After labor and tax it came to $818.00 not bad!

Dropped my car off at 10 am to get tires on and was told it would be done by 1230 I call at 1245 and get told they need another hour I asked why they didnt have an answer so I go to the shop at 130 and they just pulled my car in and took tires off then proceeded to tell me its cause they were busy but no cars in the shop besides mine and no cars parked outside once I mentioned that the mechanic said well u arent a priority since you didnt wait for it well sorry for not wanting to wait 2 1/2 hrs for tires and get attitude from the workers

Good service but extremely high repair cost compared to other repair shops. If you dont care about money, this is the shop for you.

Update 11/2017:Mark and Armin always go above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle is repaired correctly and in a timely fashion. Garry, SherJan and Austin are always polite and work hard to get my vehicle repaired and me back on the road safely. Im so thankful to have a repair facility that I can trust with my vehicle and not try to sell me repairs I dont need (like other places) because Im a woman and dont know everything about cars.Original review:I have been bringing my vehicle to the Utica NY Firestone for about 2 years. Their recommendations for repairs are always accurate and I dont feel pressured into buying something unneeded. As a single mom, its hard to trust someone in a male-led industry like auto repair, but I feel confident in my choice at this location. If a repair recommendation is made, and money is tight, I can ask is this a safety concern or can it wait?. They have always been honest and upfront with me, and explained the pros and cons of immediate repair vs waiting a few weeks or even months. It makes the repair decisions easier to make when you know what youre up against.I have switched over to all Firestone/Bridgestone tires and am happy with that decision as well. They last longer than the Cooper tires I had been buying for years.The employees are accommodating, even going so far as to put a movie in for my son to watch (instead of day-time TV) while we waited for a repair to be done.I highly recommend them.

Overrated and over priced. Never again will i refer another person to this place. Charging an arm & leg to replace something that took them little to no time.. Theyll say anything to make a quick buck. Nearly 300$ later... People pls be cautious do your reseach and shop around.. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED!!

The power steering on my car went out in a drive thru line. Im from out of town and I managed to get to this Firestone. Fortunately everyone here is fantastic!Unfortunately, I have to have it towed to a BMW dealership 3 miles away BUT the staff here couldnt have been more helpful.
