Bought my BMW X3 last Friday from Utica BMW. I asked online about the SUV I was interested and went over the next night. Jeffrey Hanson came right out and handed the keys to us. It was easy and simple. When we left that night, Jeff didn’t pressure at all- none of that creepy car salesmen stuff.I called the next day and bought it. Picking it up was easy too! Jeff sat with me for almost an hour to show me the features and help me set up my vehicle preferences. Checking out with Cody was smooth too- no pressure. I appreciate it! A great experience!
Didnt know that Subaru had moved. I felt deceived by the salesman that greeted me when I asked for a specific person. Said he hasnt been there in a couple of years. It took quite a bit of time for him to finally tell me that the Subaru division had moved and the salesman had moved with the brand. I was looking to trade up and he was offering used Subaru? He finally told me where they had moved to and I will find Mike Green another day. Certainly is not the dealership that it was. The showroom looked barren and run down. It did appear however outside that they were updating the lights and the old ones were laying on the ground with the big round mid-century balls hoping that they are going to be upcycled. They were quite unique and distinctive
Had been in the market for a very specific and surprisingly rare used vehicle for over a year, and BMW of Utica happened to take one in trade. I stumbled across it on their website on a Thursday night and sent in an online request for info. Friday morning, I got a call from Antonio Cooper, a young, energetic, and ridiculously helpful sales person there.Antonio sent me a slew of photos that he took himself, since none were on the site yet. The car looked amazing, the price was right in the range I was hoping to pay, and so we worked out a few remaining details, including logistics for pick up.I was coming from 700 miles away, but Antonio said theyd make everything easy for me. And did they ever. I arrived at the Syracuse airport -- an hour away from Utica -- at half past midnight Friday night, and Antonio was there to pick me. He drove me to a nice hotel near the dealership, which they paid for. And then he picked me up from the hotel in the morning after the car had been detailed and had final inspections.The sales process was fairly quick, made simple since I wasnt financing or trading anything in. By 11am I was on the road for the awesome drive back to NC in the unicorn of a vehicle I thought Id never find.Many thanks to Antonio and the entire crew at BMW Utica. Highly recommended!
Well, the dealership itself is kinda ok. Antonio, who sold the car, did really great job! Nice guy! He absolutely understood me with my needs of BMW. And now Im happy to be a part of the family. He was easy to talk to. What I was kinda frustrated about after the purchase is actually the back of the car. I think previous owner hit the trunk door somewhere. It is barely noticeable. Well, i think dealership knew it, but never told me about it. Its not Antonios fault cause he just didnt know about it and its really difficult to notice it. That is the only reason that i gave 7 stars, but overall great experience
Just purchased a 2018 BMW X5. First the car is great. Beautiful shape and well maintained. But most importantly this was the most pleasant and professional car buying I have ever experienced. I first contacted Cody Broadbent online looking for the car. He was instrumental in finding me the car and getting me all the information I needed. The day I had available to test drive the vehicle he was unfortunately unavailable because of military duty - Thank You! Understanding that my time was limited he handed me off to his colleague, Antonio Cooper. Antonio made himself available for my test drive and followed up on all my questions and concerns as we went through the financing and ultimate sale. He even came in on his day off for the delivery. Hey Im as cynical as the next guy when it come to car dealers, but if this is how they do business everyday - give yours to them. Thank you guys. Great job.

This is by far the best dealership there is. I recently came to New York from Florida. I unfortunately ended up totaling my previous vehicle, and so I spent over a month going from dealership to dealership trying to get a vehicle. My credit dropped by 88 points from trying so hard. No one wanted to even give me a chance or try. Antonio Cooper from BMW of Utica is by far the best salesman out there. He is the only one whom was willing to fight for me even though the journey lasted almost a month he never gave up, and kept fighting for me. Him, and his sales manager went above and beyond to help get me in a car and back on my feet. I can not express my gratitude enough or properly explain how much they have helped me here at BMW of Utica. In a few words thank you all. You truly are the best, and I will definitely continue to do business with you all, as well as my family.
They offer a great repair guarantee on all of their repairs, until it comes time to be true to their word and stand behind the guarantee. Then they try to find any loophole to get out of making it right. They do a great job at advertising their guarantee just don’t expect them to stand behind their word.
I came in with no expectation of purchasing a vehicle. However Antonio Cooper made the process a breeze. He was kind and down to earth. Also when working with the finance dept this was also great. I believe above and beyond. I am now a first time owner of a BMW. Very pleasant experience, no pressure.
As someone with a history with BMW of Utica, I can applaud them for the various improvements they have recently made.I primarily dealt with Antonio, who was helpful and friendly every step of the way. He helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, and even helped resolve some issues that I encountered while transferring the old registration to the new car. He did everything he could to make the entire experience an easy and enjoyable one.

Went up to test drive a vehicle. Called the night before and was told I was still good to come up for the test drive. Called again the day of and was told I was still good for a test drive. When I got there I was informed that the vehicle I was looking at was already sold but I could still check out other vehicles! A huge waste of my time.

For the first time in MANY years, i had an absolutely wonderful experience when leasing a brand new BMW. Staff was courteous and respectful. Namely Steve Uvanni - went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Also followed up with me on numerous occasions. I could not be happier and would recommend both Steve and BMW of Utica to anyone!
My first experience with them was OK and I purchased a vehicle with a warranty when I used the warranty I find the work done was not satisfactory and that their time frame for service is extremely lacking I also feel that they are not clear when communicating when and what they are able to do if they are even able to do it. In my opinion go to a different BMW dealer for your service needs.

They were wonderful to work with, appointments on-time and kept, paperwork organized, necessary phone calls were kept and the entire time everyone was smiling. I recently purchased my ‘new-to-me’ used 2017 BMW 430i from Antonio! He’s very attentive, professional and great with following up, even if he is not in the office. Jacob was my FM who was organized and after a long day of traveling to sign the paperwork, he made it quick and painless. Ifyou’re in the market, go see them!!On a side note, the detail department is less than par, unfortunately.

The staff have changed. Was disappointed how they now, treat people here. As soon as you enter the front desk lady gives you attitude and serve customers depending on how you look. Same goes with service desk ladies and some other staff. Almost turned down a deal because of these SNOBBY staff, I was upset. Other places are awaiting with open arms and happy to take customers money, if you continue to treat people like that your future will be desolate. Unorganized operation and slow staff.Only three star rating goes to young man at parts desk, Stephen the sales guy and young man at finance office for their efforts, otherwise it wouldve been negative feedback.
First experience was not good. Then new service manager came in and took over. The new SM is awesome and makes sure things get done. Unfortunately only complaint I have now is the third brake light which I paid for them to install in Jul broke when they delivered our car back. Then covid hit with possible cases. Now just awaiting for the fix to happen before the elements ruin the car. I entrust her to fix the matter once everyone is green light health wise.

Stopped in because my service engine light came on and stayed onI was not happy with the service. And I bought the bmw there. Not happy at all. I asked if it was safe to drive the 2hr trip home. They didnt know Omg. I need to speak to the boss.
I had an issue with my experience here but after speaking with Florian and Corey they resolved it. They reached out to me and heard my concerns and fixed the problem. I am not sure if any other dealerships would do this. I am satisfied with my purchase and would go back.

We were just looking for a truck. Some of the used trucks had visible rust on them. Also cigarette smell inside. I would not buy a vehicle that smells like cigarettes!
Masks required, however, I think they forgot to tell the employees!! 3rd employee I saw had a mask on however wearing below chin, burping then saw there was a customer, LOL! My 4th encounter finally a mask!! Tried calling before I went took two attempts and finally had to leave message. Did get a call back, but whether on the phone or in person very laid back attitudes like they don’t care whether they have customers or not. This is my second experience feeling like they could care less. Not that they care but I much prefer Syracuse where they are attentive, appreciate everyone coming through their doors. Going back to Syracuse it is worth the hour drive!
Horrible sales staff. Perhaps even fraudulent. Told me 11am the two cars i was interested in were available. At 1:30pm went to showroom. One of the cars was “sold previous night” and the second car I test drove, made an offer and miraculously was also “sold previous night”. They then proceeded to show me three dogs. Unbelievable negative experience and i drove 90 miles to visit them and they knew I was from out of town. Ten thumbs down 👎! Stay Away.
Everything was seamless--from making the service appointment to check-in and check-out. Tyler was great as a Service Advisor, and I really appreciated being updated periodically while I waited for my vehicle. Having Mike the Service Technician come out and explain exactly what was done was very helpful and a nice touch adding to an overall great experience.

I had the first service appointment for my X2 last Wednesday at BMW of Utica, and it was a very satisfying experience. The staff at the service department was great, especially Shawn. Since I live over an hour away, scheduling service can be inconvenient. Shawn was very helpful when I called to book the appointment, and was considerate of my needs. I was provided with a loaner vehicle while my X2 was being worked on. The new building is very nice, with a comfortable waiting area for service customers. The whole experience was excellent. My experience with Shawn in service has been nothing short of outstanding. I’m my experience with different BMW, Shawn has demonstrated exceedingly customer satisfaction. There have been complex computer related system issues with my new 2019 coupe. Shawn was able to work through issues and use research detection methods to resolve a problem that took over 3 to 4 months to resolve. Shawns perseverance over this matter was very notable. Again, BMW engineering, other service focal points could not resolve my issue with a replacement display screen (navigation and satellite radio would not restore or sync) other vendors would not take responsibility and Shawn stayed with follow up until he used personal research to resolve the problem. He is an outstanding representative for your company an a rare example of true leadership and proponent for clients.
Let me start out by saying that BMW of Utica is amazing. They offer exceptional customer service and very attentive to every need and request I had when trying to find my new car. Mark and Matt went above and beyond to not only find me my M340i xdrive, they even shipped it down to me!! I got exactly what I wanted and the whole ordeal was able to come together in less than 10 days. If youre looking for a new car, used car, or just interested in seeing what is on the market, BMW of Utica is the place to go!
I was completely dissatisfied with my experience at the dealership.I had my BMW flat bedded to the dealership for a check engine light issue after my local mechanic was unable to remedy the problem. Explained to Mike exactly what had been done and he started replacing exactly what had been replaced. The technician did replace the items that were recalled. The issue was they wanted to just replace parts till the vehicle was fixed, my mechanic could have done the same thing. I asked Mike to stop as the next process was to take the top of the engine apart at 11 hours labor to see if that was the problem. My expectation was that if a BMW technician had it they’d troubleshoot and fix the problem. Instead, I found out they would be replacing parts until it was fixed.I also asked them a price to detail the vehicle and authorized it to be detailed. When I showed up to pickup the vehicle it wasn’t detailed. The good news is service advisor Tyler apologized and got the detail done as I waited and came up with a solution. (Great job Tyler). I will rate the dealership as poor overall and a shining star for Tyler. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.Thank you,Wade

I went to BMW of Utica for a oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am and requested it be done by 11am as I had an appointment. Tyler told me that my car would be finished by 11am. I went to pick up my car at 11 and it was not finished. They had my vehicle for 3 hours! In addition when I did get it back at 12 when they finally finished, my car had oil and grease all over the door handle, door, and fender. I reached out to Mike the service manager and he stated that he would get back to me in a few days with information on getting my car cleaned. I have never received a follow up call from Mike. I called and have left several messages. I ended up needing to call corporate. BMW of Utica is this really how you treat a costumer? Absolutely horrid customer service I will NEVER bring my vehicle back there and I suggest you shouldn’t either.
I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection on my BMW X1 that has 7,000 miles on it. I waited for my car which took over 2 hours to complete. Great they washed my car, but left greasy finger prints on the white interior door and all over the passenger seat. It wasnt easy to remove off the leather seat. Not impressed!!
Unfortunately, there is no zero star or I wouldve given it.Im a mechanic and would never take my car there but for the inspection did force me to go for a recall. First recall was the blower heater motor harness, took the car there with nothing wrong and gave me the car back not blowing air at all, last recall today was for the pcv valve and the car also was like a dream with no warning light on the dash or any other fault, gave me the car back with rear window not working and when I spoke with them about it, they told me we have the part in stock we can fix for you! I nearly lost my mind as if someone is doing it on purpose. Should I boycott a brand I love because the dealer is messing up with me or should I move out of city because of that?
Have had 2 great experiences with bmw utica. couple months ago they did a couple of recalls on my vehicle and last week saved me a bunch of money with a thermostat issue i was having. turned out to be the wiring and not the actual thermostat. car was serviced and out the door for $240. THANKS!

Overall, the work and staff are great, BUT,your new way of checking in and checking out needs adjustment.Your business is very busy and you do not have enough staff.I know my car was ready for aver 20 min (i recognized my key ring)But the gentleman working the desk was alone and had 3 people walk in, plus dropping cars off, plus checking out people ahead of me. I am gald I was not in a rush that day.ALSO, I have white interior. My car door and seat had dirty smears from hands. I know this was not there prior to service as I had just had the car fully detailed.The mechanics should be wearing protection or better yet, a clean person should be moving the cars.Thank youSheila Gahan

Did not call back when they said they would I was told I would owe 750 dollars above my benefit any from homeserve Following a conversation with office representative any reduced to 600.00. Next day I was told cost was to be 750 again.Tagain.Toal for water heater replacement was to be 1550.00. Way over charged. Say the least I cansel the job and got another contractor for half the AMT STAY away these people !!!!

This is a overdue review for an excellent dealership. I always come here to service my vehicles after having a bad experience at Burdick. Mike, the service manager was always courteous and accommodating to my busy hospital schedule. A loaner vehicle is always provided though you would have to book it at least a week in advance depending on availability.The dealership was bought out by Lithia motors back in 2016 however the management (both Sales and Service) has just been revamped only about 1-2 months ago.One impromptu stop at the dealership floor after servicing my vehicle has embarked my first business deal with them. Not only were they able to get me more for my trade, they have also discounted the vehicle so that it actually fits my minimal budget. The Sales Manager, Matt were excellent and I’ve known him since he was a CA 2 years ago. Bravo! The sales rep, AD, was also very thorough and attentive, making the sales experience more enjoyable. He also served the Army so thank him for his service!The general manager, John, was the one who came out and made the executive decision for my purchase and he had an excellent attitude. Unlike certain unapproachable GMs.The new finance manager, Nathan, was extremely friendly and was completely honest about his products. Did not try to sell me anything that he didn’t think I needed. Bravo.Delivery was a breeze. Transition was smooth. Couldn’t ask for better.Will definitely come back for my next vehicle while I am here. Highly recommended.

Warranty paid for all service to my car so all i had to pay was 108 they tried charging me 150 extra then they tried to wack my credit card when it declined they called me a minute later aaking for a payment scam artist
